The uninstaller for photoshop CS5 did not remove CS5.1
I ran the uninstaller for CS5 successfully and it's gone. But I still have 5.1 on my system and now the uninstaller is gone. How to do remove that along with deactivating it?
You should have deactivated PS before uninstalling it. To make sure it's all removed, use the cleanup scripts:

The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.
You need to look for and download the update yourself and then manually apply it as per the detailed instructions on the download page:

Did KODO have Problems if there is a mix of jdo metadata files in
build.dir and in external jar's while registering a Schema with the
MappingToolTask ?
We extracting all *.jdo files from additional jars to a metadata dir and
also copying all *.jdo files from the current build.dir, because KODO
only supports a single Fileset for the Metadatafiles.
The Ant Schema Task looks like:

jdo.schematool.class.path: is the Path for the KODO Schematool
zeus.persistence.jdo.properties: ist the kodo.properties file

also enhanced classes with corresponding metadata files
and that fails with:

com.wuerth.phoenix.bcserver.base.versant.PCapacityStruct comes from a
jar which also contains a metadatafile.
We are wondering because if we exlicit give a different metadata file
via a fileset the Schematool should ignore the other Metadata files
inside the jar + build.dir !?

ChristianThe only Apple computers that have a Mag Safe connector are MacBook laptops (MacBook, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air).
The Mac mini 2010 and 2011 models have a standard power connector, I believe it is called an IEC C7 connector. You can see a picture of the back of the Mac mini here http://www.apple.com/macmini/design.html

I had Microsoft 2011 installed on my macbook, and my macbook had crashed recently. Luckily I had backed up my drive before. After fixing it i tried to restore my files and when i tried using microsoft office i was given the before mentioned error message. Unfortunately I had misplaced my office box when moving and so I don't have the CD or reg key. I also tried copying the app from my brothers macbook, but i still go the same error message. Is there any alternative way.
Office usually can't be restored intact without a good activation key. The only thing that I can advise is getting in touch with Microsoft to see if they can retrieve the key for you.
When you get the key, you can download a digital, dmg file of Office.

The last update 15.01 did not remove 15.0 is it safe to remove 15.0?
After doing the the last update 15.01 a few days later as part of my regular maintenance I go to remove programs to check for anomalous or invasive programs. I noticed Firefox 15.0 is still there. Normally the program replaces itself and or removes older versions. I am assuming it is safe to remove 15.0
Hey, me too. I'm not inclined to touch either of them without someone digging through the Windows Registy and figuring out what the Uninstall button will do. If you like to experiment, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings folder (your Profiles folder) in case something goes wrong. See [[Backing up your information]]. For example, you can copy your entire Firefox Profiles folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.

Can we use flex extension designed for Photoshop CS5 for Photoshop Touch as well?

I was learning about the Photoshop Touch application and when I started to search about its SDK, I found that it uses the same SDK as Photoshop CS5. Is my information correct? Also, if this is the case, then if I want to design a flex extension for Photoshop Touch, then will the extension for Photoshop CS5 suffice? Or, will I have to design a separate one from CS5? Please guide me..
Thanks!The Photoshop CS5 SDK includes functionality for creating interactions with Photoshop CS 5 from applications on Android™, Blackberry, and iOS mobile and tablet devices, as well as Mac OS and Windows® operating systems (an example would be the Adobe Nav app) basically the communication between an app and Photoshop. Flex extensions created for Photoshop would not automatically work with Photoshop Touch.

I know it can be frustrating when you are waiting for content to download to your iPhone from the iTunes Store. There are a few steps I would recommend in this situation. Please read over and follow the steps in the attached article.

From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.

If you can't complete the download on your iOS device, you can download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC and then sync it to your iOS device. You can also transfer purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer.

In the libary of iPhoto I do have double pictures only in the year 2006. Can someone please tell me how to remove the double pictures. I did rebuilt the libary but that solution did not help me any further.
I think the warning is very clear.
What warning? Where do you say that this plan you suggest will lose at least some, and possibly a whole lot of metadata, plus the original files of edited photos. This is significant dataloss. And you should warn people that this is the case.
While your metadata and originals may not be important to you, that is not necessarily the case for other users.
Fourthly, and last, cleaning the iPhoto library should be done at least once per year
This is nonsense. The iPhoto Library has no need of "cleaning" and certainly not in any way that trashes a whole lot of data.
I'm very impressed that you assess the application based on the sound of the name. It's not a common way to review applications, but I'm sure it has some merit.
FWIW it has been recommended on this - and other - sites for many years and has proven safe and effective.

See for yourself which version of ACR is needed for that camera’s RAW files

then check your version (Photoshop > About Plug-In > Camera Raw).
Your version of Photoshop does not support that version of ACR.
You could use the free DNG Converter. -
My wife recieved invite event from my PC Outlook. She accepted it, but it never showed up on her iCloud or iCal on our iMac. Then I removed her as an invitee and it did not remove the event from her iPhone. So now she has a event on her iPhone that is not on either her iCloud or iCal. How do I remove it from her iPhone?

Yes, you have to connect the iPod to that computer and go to the Photos pane for the iPod in iTunes and uncheck sync photos and the click on synce/apply. In the future do not check sync photos.

- Settings>iCloud and sign out and sign in with hers
Contnue to use the commpn ID/account for Settings>iTunes and App stores. -
Most of the songs on my iPod Classic no longer show up on iTunes on my laptop. I deleted iTunes & installed the latest version but this did not change anything. For example on 1 playlist I have 66 songs but only 1 shows on the iTunes screen. Thanks you for any help.
