The update (Nokia5800 V5) keeps downlaoding !

I have problem with Nokia ovi suite
when I do update device software , it says you have to download 135mb . But it keeps downloading ....

What you should do then is to make sure your computer is up to date.
Restart you computer and download and install nokia software updater and try that one instead.
Complete the install and reboot your pc once more.
Turn now off firewall and antivirus and make sure there are no other running programs such as browser, Ovi suite etc.
On your phone do this before connecting:
Go to- menu->settings->connectivity->USB->usbconnection mode: set to Pc suite. and Ask on connection to no.
Reboot your phone.
open Nokia software updater on your pc and follow the steps (connect your phone etc...)

Check security software and ensure that communication to gs.apple.com is allowed. Follow these stepsfor assistance with security software.
Check the hosts file. The restore will fail if there is an active entry to redirect gs.apple.com. Follow theadvanced iTunes Store troubleshooting steps to edit the hosts file or revert to a default hosts file. See "Blocked by configuration: (Mac OS X/Windows) > Rebuild network information."
Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.

Firefox won't allow me to install the update. It keeps telling me to close any other copies of Firefox on the computer. Now it won't open at all.

I am the only user and, as far as I can tell, Firefox is only running one copy

Are you talking about the Google Toolbar? Did you install from here:

I have downloaded the update but Firefox keeps asking me to download the new version, what am I doing wrong?

I moved it to applications and then to the desk top icon for firefox. When I open Firefox it tells me that I need the new version. Is there a new version everyday?

Here are two screen shots to show you what I am seeing. The first screen shot shows it allowing me to select (highlighted in blue) my admin user (which is what I am locced in as). The second screen shot shows it allowing me to select the "Guest" user (highlighted in blue). However when I click on the user "Orion" nothing happens. It will not change to highlight that user.

Tried 50 times to download the update to acrobat, keep getting prompted to close flashbridge-wrapper-crossplatform, no idea what that is!

I've closed EVERYTHING I can think of, and it still says I have to close this thing that I have no idea what it is. I am SO frustrated. please help!!

Can't do anything on iTunes without getting a "open software update" button. I already updated the software, but it keeps asking me to do it. So frustrating!

When I downloaded the new version of iTunes, it insisted I also download a new version of Safari in order to access the store. I still cannot access the store and it doesn't appear that it registered any of the updates because it keeps asking me to update, but won't update anything. I just got a new hard drive last week and am wondering if they messed something up when they installed it. Also since I made the "necessary" updates I can no longer access my application on my desktop and have no clue how to get to them

Then it simply was NOT Brand New. Doesn't matter what the box looked like when you got it or if you went through the setup pages when you first turned it on. If it is registered to some other Apple ID then someone else had originally registered it and locked it to there ID.
Type in the serial number of the system into this page.

Then send it back to Amazon as Used.

The newest update to Firefox keeps running, failing and running again. How do I stop it?

The latest mozilla firefox update is irritating. It keeps trying to run and saying it can't and then running again. The only to get to the internet is to use Google chrome. I prefer Firefox but you guys make it so I can't use it. How do I stop this update?

I'm stuck with this problem as well, using Win XP sp3
Kill the process (in process manager) to stop the loop. In order skip the update and to keep working with 3.6.9, someone suggested deleting the update contents from:
C:\Documents and Settings\usernamehere\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox
This is just to keep working with the old version, and hope the next update will be smoother. Or if you have time, uninstall FF and re-install it from a fresh installer (i recommend xmarks plugin to keep your bookmarks, history and such for a smooth transition)

These are not links to any 3rd party website.
Try downloading the upgrade directly from Apple. Select the appropriate version for your model of iPad. After you have downloaded the update, attach your iPad to your computer, open iTunes and select your iPad in the devices list. Press & hold the Option key on a Mac or the Shift key on a Windows PC and click the Check for Update button. Browse to where you downloaded the update and Choose it. iTunes will handle the rest.

If you dont have none option then you must own itunes some money. So you have to enter the payment like a itunes giftcard. you can contact itunes by email by going to expresslane.apple.com

Please help me figure this out. I'm very unhappy at the moment. I'm fustrated and don't have any idea how to revert to the original version before the update was done on iMovie 10. I NEVER hated APPLE until NOW!! I love APPLE products and apps so please help me stay in that mindset. So I worked on some movie projects when I got my macbook pro 6 months ago. I update reguarly. I saw the update prompt and honestly, I did not think I would have ANY issuess with opening my previous files that I created only a few months ago with this updated version.The new updated version of iMovie 10 won't let me open my previous files I created before the update today. I have a wedding that I'm trying to finish and deliver and now I can't because that file version won't open. I keep getting an error message and the iMovie app closes. Last night I saw the file and tried to open it but no luck. Error message came up again. I reboot and turned off my laptop for the evening and tried again just now but nothing!! I need that video. My job depends on it! I worked so hard on this wedding video and now it's lost and won't open. I work another job and don't have much time. I really don't want to start all over again. I also have Jolly's problem. I found the iMovie 9.0.9 folder and tried to launch the older version of iMove. It would not launch. I removed all of the iMovie preferences from the Preferences folder, removed iMove 10 from the applications folder, and restarted my Mac. iMove 9.0.9 still won't launch and I can't access my videos created with the older version of iMovie. Is there a way to uninstall iMovie 10 and reinstall iMovie 9.0.9?

I am unable to install and also i cannot uninstall itunes, can anyone HELP PLEASSSSSSEEEEEE!!

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

HT4623 I updated my iPhone 5S to iOS 7.0.2 and iBooks will not load anything from the Store and Safari keeps crashing

I updated my iPhone 5S to iOS 7.0.2 and iBooks will not load anything from the Store- I cannot search or even view my purchases.
Also Safari keeps crashing. I have shut down the phone and restarted it twice and that hasn't helped. Any ideas?

After ios5 update My Ipod keeps crashing, and the internet stops but shows wifi sign

Well, this all happened after the Ios5 update to my ipod touch 4th gen. The problems are that when im using my wifi, it just stops as if im not getting any reception, but it still shows the wifi sign on the top left corner. A temporary fix for this is to go to settings and put my ipod on airplane mode off and on to get it to work for like 5 minutes. Its really annoying when watching videos or on facebook, etc. The second problem that I've been having is that certain apps keep crashing on me, one that does it the most is safari, it seems to crash all the time for me and now my facebook, news apps, among others all seem to crash. I dont know if this is a problem with the update, but it sure seems like it. Is there any way to fix this?
