The upset :-( Bluetooth and Locked Screen

I put off upgrading because my ipod was perfect.
I decided to suck it up and update it over the weekend and never regretted anything so much.
Firstly, we have just got a new car and the only requirement I wanted from the car was the bluetooth streaming - I can't cope without having my tunes blasting away in the car. Worked perfectly until the upgrade but now the control buttons don't work in the car at all anymore and it used to pick it up straight away and just play.
I've tried deleting the phone from the car and starting again but nothing :-( I can't drive with my ipod connected now since I would have to click on the device to change the tunes - not safe!
Also, the ipod buttons when the phone is locked do not work anymore and I have no clue why. I've gone through settings and can't see anything. The buttons are there but don't work........does anyone have any suggestions?
If anyone has any suggestions at all I would greatly appreciate it. I really really hope this obvious bug is sorted soon.

Have yo went to the car manufacturers support site?
Is there a firmware update available for the car system?
Sometimes this works
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
Otherwise, sometimes a iOS update breaks compatibility and you will have go wait for an iOS or firmware update for the car system,

For the first few days I had iOS 7, everything worked fine. Now the Control Center and lock screen will not play, pause, or skip through my music or iTunes Radio. I didn't have that problem, but I had many others. Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My ipad2 is flashing between the apple logo and lock screen.

How do i stop this? I cannot restore it as itunes wont let me untill i put the passcode in (which i cant do) and the hard reset hasnt helped. PLEASE HELP. Its only six months old.

If you cannot restore because you cannot enter the Passcode, recovery mode may work. I hope you have a backup, because you will lose all app data and device settings.

After 10.7.2 my login and lock screen shows option of guest account along with the admin account ... how can i get rid of this..

Even when the Guest Account / Access is disabled, the login option / and lock screen, still have a guest login.

You cannot do two different simultaneous VISA writes over a serial bus. There is a single rx line on the pc's com port and a single rx line on the instrument. You only hope is if the instrument allows you to chain commands and the reception of the carriage return triggers the instrument to implement both at the same time. Maybe you can send CTS01 and CTS02 separated by a space or comma. The manual should tell you if that's possible or maybe you need to ask the manufacturer.

You make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store and get it serviced/replaced. You broke it. If you can't even force a reboot, there's nothing much more you can do.

From the lock screen, to access the camera you touch the camera icon and slide in an upward motion. It no longer takes a tap to get it to open.

iPhones require a SIM card for activation, regardless of whether it is being used as an iPhone or an iPod.
Put a SIM in the device for the carrier it is locked to and activate it. The SIM can then be left it it or removed.

Is anyone else having issues with scaling down photos to fit the screen for home and lock screens with ios7?? Installed ios7 this morning. Tried to use one of my photos from camera roll as background for lock screen and I can't scale the photo to fit the screen. Never had a problem before and now when I pinch the photo to get it to the right size of the screen, it won't stay that way. The photo is enlarged way beyond the screen size so it doesn't look right. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Here are the steps that I would recommend going through when experiencing this issue.
Resolution
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.
