someone help me please i am getting very frustrated that the vibration doesn't work, i miss so many text messages now and when im in school i cant let the sound play.

Perhaps the vibrator motor is malfunctioning.

I am Rohit from India but recently moved to new Zealand. I have been fan of lenovo since 2008 when I purchased first laptop Lenovo 3000 Y 410. after that I have recently imporated Lenovo vibeX S960 phone.
It was started and working well initially. but one day the message pop up about upgrade the firmware.
I have updated it to Kitkat 4.4.2. After that I have been constantly getting message " unfortunatly the process com.android.phone has stopped working".
I have tried factory reset few times but the error has not been removed.
I am annoyed by this problem.
Kindly give me solution. pls

try this: settings/appsswype to left until you reach ALL tab.scroll down to Phone icontap ittap on clear datatap on force stopreboot your device then try again with SSID code, if it still crash, only a factory reset probably will fix the issue.

My phone was working fine till I did the April update just a couple of days ago. Now I have no service and the message
"unfortunatley, the process com. android.phone has stopeed working.
I haven't update any apps in months, I have tried a shutting the phone off and one. Have revoved the batterey and reinserted to
see if that would help. I even went in and killed some apps I never downloaded and do not use.
I can hook up to my home wi fi but can not get verizone signal.
I have been working on this phone for 6 hours now. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try a system cache clear; if that doesn't help, back everything up, remove your SD card to be on the safe side, and do a factory reset. See this thread for more info.:

Wildman gave a great suggestion, I would like to add if you noticed this particular error message after downloading a specific application(s), uninstall the application. I am including a link with instructions and screen shots for uninstalling applications below:

Also ensure your device is running the latest software version. The current Build number should read: SCH-I500.ED05, if not update the device software.

The battery's probably drained and the power brick on the fritz. Unfortunately, if she won't start there's little we can do for software-based diagnosis. You'll have to take it in to a Store or Service Provider for assessment.

Try clearing the system cache (it shouldn't erase any of your data):
Power down phone
Hold volume up/down & power simultaneously
Use volume down to navigate to 'Recovery', use volume up to select
Should see screen with triangle and exclamation point next to an Android
Press volume up/down simultaneously
Use volume rocker to navigate to 'wipe cache' and use power button to select
Once finished, use volume rocker to navigate to 'reboot system now' and use power button to select

IPod Classic will not connect to iTunes, tried many different things to fix but nothing worked

What I devices I have:
I have a classic iPod and a dell laptop with windows xp.
The problem:
iTunes and iPod work fine separately, however when I plug iPod in, iTunes will not open. If iTunes was open at the time I plugged in iPod, it freezes and wont function again until iPod is disconnected. [Once I left iPod plugged in for an hour and iTunes did open, but iPod was not noted as being connected.]
iPod charges when connected. Icon takes about 5 minutes to show up in my Computer folder. When I click the icon nothing will happen or the folder will freeze up. iPod doesn’t show up in Disk Manager either. Putting iPod into Disk Mode changed nothing.
How it happened:
Once when I plugged in iPod a window (not an iTunes window) popped up saying that the device should be formatted or it may not work properly. Not wanting my iPod to stop working, I clicked ok and now my iPod isn’t working. Lesson: don’t click strange buttons
What I’ve done:
> Right clicking and clicking ‘format’ on the iPod icon while in the Computer folder – computer does nothing or freezes
> Going to ‘reset your iPod’ – didn’t fix the problem
> Restarting iPod (turn on and off)
> Telling iTunes to prevent iPod from syncing automatically
> Uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes
> Put iPod in Disk Mode, computer still didn’t recognize it.
> everyother thing google and apple's self help section has recomended

Assuming a PC start here:

It is normal for the computer to recognize the iPod as a camera since thatis how one gets photos and videos off the iPod.

I reset my ipod touch(actually on the ipod) and it say's connect to itunes but now my computer wont recognize it. Not to sure what to do i have tried many different things but still nothing.

Try using RecBoot of TinyUmbrella to kick it out of recovery mode. If that does now work, try this.

How do I get the vibration on my phone to work again?

A couple of days ago, the vibration on my phone just stopped working. I really don't know what could have caused it. I tried turning off the vibration and then turning it back on. I've tried shutting off my phone and then turning it back on. I tried updating it and nothing has worked. Can anybody help me please? I have my phone on silent most of the day and I would really like for my phone to be able to vibrate again so I know when I receive a call, text or email

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
First... Double Check your Selections in Settings > Sound

I received a message saying I need to clear some space on my phone to receive any further messages. Then I started receiving error messages the first one says Sorry! The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. This pops up repeatedly non-stop. I can't place calls, get into any apps, I really can't do anything. If I restart the phone I get the error message System UIDs Inconsistent with the only option to click "I feel lucky".
I tried putting the phone in safe mode, but the same error message keeps popping up, it still says my phone is low on memory, and I can't do anything with my phone.
What do I do?? Please help!

I know how much of a burden it can be to get an error on your phone like this! I want to help you out. It sounds like there is a corrupt file on the device. At this point what I would recommend is a master reset of the device. Take a look at the steps here http://bit.ly/OgmMQm. Please remember to save all your information prior to erasing the phone. I have the first motorola droid that came out(A855). I keep getting this error message on my phone "The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" Gives me the option to force close or report. I have the latest software update(Droid 2.2). I have tried everything to fix this problem, reboot and take the battery out, cut off the cdma signals. I have did the factory data reset on it and the hard reset and it still did not go away. I think it is a bug in the software but not for sure. Do I need to send it to motorola to get it repaired are something? I can receive phone calls and make calls but as soon as I do the error pops up. I can send text messages but cant receive them. Please, anyone, Help Me Fix This Problem, Thanks

Take it back to verizon, you have a 1 year warranty, they will make you jump through the hoops, including doing another factory reset, but you should be able to get a replacement.

Go to /Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Move the AdobePDF browser plugin to the Trash.
Try Safari.
If you have problems locating the plugin...
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Click Go
