The video backtrack isn't in sync with the video, how do I stop this?

I've downloaded a video from itunes but when I come to watch it, the sync of the backtrack and the video do not match. Already tried pausing it and letting it buffer but to no avail, help?

With iTunes on your computer, go to iTunes > Preferences > Devices.

Each device includes this setting as well with the iTunes sync preferences for the device.
Each device synced with the same iTunes library includes its own sync preferences with iTunes. If this iPhone has been synced with iTunes on your PC, whatever selections were made with the iPhone sync preferences with iTunes will be synced. Nothing is selected for syncing with an iPhone by itself especially when syncing with iTunes on a new or different computer.
Where is your husbund's computer? The update should be done with iTunes on the computer used for syncing the iPhone.

First:
 (Apple menu) > System Preferences > Users & Groups > select your account > Login Items.
Determine if that program appears in that list. If it does, select it and then remove it from Login Items with the "–" (minus) button.
Next:
Select the entire line that follows (triple-click to select it), then control-click, and from the contextual menu that appears, select Services > Open:
/Library/StartupItems/
If the program or an alias to it appears in that folder, drag it to the Trash.
Next:
When you log out or shut down your Mac, de-select the checkbox that begins with the words "Reopen windows... "

To change accounts on your Mac, go to System Preferences, sign out of the current account, then sign into the new account. When you sign out of the current account it will delete synced data from your Mac. Assuming your data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) is in the other iCloud account, it will be synced to your Mac when you sign into this account.

There is a setting in the System Preferences for this as well that may be causing it. Go to System Preferences>General>Restore windows when quitting and reopening apps - at the bottom of the window under Number of Recent items. Remove the checkmark from that setting.
Also - if you close all of your windows when you are done with Safari - it should open to your home page.

One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for pic problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive

If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.
Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.

This is true. Ipod will sycn with one and only one library at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
This is one of the many reasons that always maintaining a backup copy of your computer has always been very basic.
You can transfer itunes purchases from the ipod: File>Transfer Purchases.

For soem reason if I actually dare to use my macbook the fan kicks in and is so loud that I am unable to use skype or other voice programs without a headset because of its volume, also it gets very hot very fast, so hot that if I rest it on my knees it burns. Thanks, it seems that it doesn't like to play games, which is a bit of a bummer as i bought this specifically because it was capable of doing that. To be fair, it is capable... I just need to get used to a sound like sitting by a washing machine on spin cycle... Wish they would make people aware of this in the Apple Store, its very misleading and not at all desireable.

Correction: this is for automatic logon of the iMac itself.
In SystemPreferences/Users&Groups login items tab:
remove the line
iTunes with the minus sign at the bottom.
then also iTunes Match if you have it.
