The way to fix the iTunes 10.2.1 problem
You should download the icuuc40.dll and copy it in the document of Apple Application Support,and you should close every apple service when you copy it.

The original post is misleading.
This only applies if you are receiving the following error:
Tunes BEX error
Fault module: icuuc40.dll
version: 4.0.0.3207
Here are the deatils:
Some users have a problem with the current version of icuuc40.4ll (v 4.0.0.3207)
Replacing it with old version of icuuc40.dll (v 4.0.0.3205) or a newer version (v 4.0.1.0) usually fixes the problem.
You need to be logged on as an administrator.
For Windows 7 users– look for icuuc40.dll in the folder given below, select it, right click and select Properties>>previous versions tab. If you have an earlier version, restore it.
Or:
For Non windows 7 users or if there is no earlier version
Download icu4c-401-Win32-msvc8.zip from http://icu-project.org/download/4.0.html and extract the new version of icuuc40.dll from folder icu\bin. (v 4.0.1.0)
Drag icuuc40.dll out of:
32 bit systems: Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application support
64 bit systems: Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
To the desktop.
Replace it with the new version of icuuc40.dll.

Ok so I cant open my Itunes due to Windows Error 2 and the message says to uninstall and re-install Itunes but I'm pretty sure that would wipe the library right? Is there any way to fix the problem and keep my library?

Note that, as it says in those articles:
iTunes Store purchases or songs imported from CDs are saved in your My Music folder by default and are not deleted by removing iTunes. While it is highly unlikely that you will lose any contents of your iTunes Library when following these steps, it is always a good idea to ensure that your iTunes library is backed up. I recently connected my iPhone to my computer, iTunes would not start... I got error: "applcation failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the appliacation may fix the problem." When I tried reinstalling it failed - it said insufficient permission. You need to find out who the carrier was in Switzerland and see if they will unlock the device. The carrier with the lock is the only one that can authorize the unlock. You may need to check with the original owner and see if they can get it unlocked by the carrier if you do not qualify.

If you are running Mavericks 10.9.2, you can buy iPhoto 9.5.1 from the AppStore - it is the currently sold version.
The iLife bundle is called iLife '11, and the iPhot version in iLife '11 is iPhoto 9.x.x. - that is confusing allright

Clean charging port with clean dry toothbrush. If something more than dust, dirt, debris is present, clean with toothbrush and a small amount (drop) of Isopropyll Alcohol. The pins are on top of the dock midrib.

Best RegardsThe ONLY fix is to know the Apple ID/Password that was originally used to activate the phone. If you don't know this info, then the phone will be useless to you. Apple can't/won't help you.

My Ipod touch says i have to connect it to iTunes so i can restore it but it will not restore even after following the steps to fix the problem.
After pressing restore and after l5 minutes or so It comes up with the error 1611 and I followed all the steps but it still won't work.

I have the Iphone 5, and it shuts off randomly and the screen glitches. I have taken it into verizon and had it reset but the problem still continues. Is the only way to fix the problem to get a new phone? Also, why is it if I do need a new phone I can only get a refurbished one when I am paying insurance every month?
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, take the device to Apple for evaluation.
