The web site uses java is this available for mozilla moble and if so where can i get it?
tried to view a camera feed through the web site when i did it with my pc i had to add a java add-on but i can't find one for the mobile version...do you have any suggestions

When I connect my Air to my Samsung TV, I am able to see the screen mirrored on the tv for a split second before the tv turns to static. This pattern then cycles over and over. I can't get the image to stay on the tv screen. Any ideas?

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, however any redirect is appreciated. Where can I get the download for the latest old mozilla browser. The one with the dinosaur icon before the browser turned firefox. Thanks, JenPhoenix and Firebird were what Firefox was called before Firefox was settled on in 2004, and both used "birds" as the logo. IIRC, the dinosaur was used in the Mozilla Suite.

Can't use Java 64-bit install for mozilla?
Firefox is disabling the Java installation Java 7 u4, so I uninstalled it and I am trying to either get Firefox to recognize the 64-bit Java 7 u17 already installed or install 32-bit Java 7 u17. But when I try to install jre-7u17-windows-i586.exe it fails. Can either of these problems be solved so I can use Java in-browser?
I just uninstalled then immediately reinstalled the latest Mozilla Firefox and went into the appdata\Mozilla and install directory to clear everything in-between installs.Firefox is a 32-bit application, so it can't use the 64-bit plugin.
Are you getting the download through the automatic detection here?

Connecting to http web site using java socket

Sockets in Java I believe are reusable. Once created, it can be used to send a request using its input stream and get back a response using the output stream. My problem is I am trying to connect to a website using java socket but I am unable to get a response (though the same works fine I use URL and URLConnection). Can anyone tell me whats wrong? Hey, I was just wondering because I am purchasing my New iPad on Sunday! So excited! But I want to order a screen protector before I go and purchase it. I heard you could get screen protectors installed at Best Buy, but I'm not sure!! Please help!
I just got the powersupport crystal fil for the iPad2 and installed it on my new iPad (3rd gen). It fits perfectly and so far it doesn't affect anything (proximity, portrait/landscape rotation). in my opinion it's the best screen protector for the iPhone so naturally I thought i'd give it a go on the iPad (no adhesive, easy install, great quality etc). One note though, I'm not sure if the anti-glare one would work well on the new iPad with the retina display. I know the iPhone 4 uses a different one than the 3GS. Oh and Best Buy doesn't sell the powersupport.

I have tried to change my password and get to the part where you need to verify by answering the questions, and I get can not get any further, as it tells me the answers aren't the ones they have but I know it is correct, so I have asked for an email to be sent, but no email comes.I receive other emails from iTunes but not the one helping me to change the password. Has any one got any idea why?

(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first) using either of these:
While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help? -
Suddenly, as of two weeks ago, iTunes will no longer play any music. I tried reinstalling but this did not work either. I have a PC with Windows Vista. Has anyone else experienced this problem and fixed it?
Yes, I just tried playing a 10-second mp3 file I acquired from The Oatmeal and didn't once pass my external hard disk. It's a simple, monotone, high-frequency sound, but I get the same results: VLC's UI is still responsive, but its functionality freezes up, i.e. the buttons are still animated, and the menu still works, but there's no sound, the progress bar doesn't move, and the file doesn't play.

AminI downloaded the zip file to the start menu directory on my Pocket PC as indicated in the readme file. But when I go to execute the zip file I get a message saying that there is no application associated with the file and I should run the application first and then open the file from within the application. Does Pocket PC not support zip files. Any help on how to get this installed would be greatly appreciated.

Would appreciate in connecting Remote App on iPad to iTunes. It used to work find, before iTunes 11.0 - but now pop up window to input 4 digit code does not appear. Any ideas how to prompt window to open on iMac? Remote App works OK, but says that Home Sharing is not Turned On, although it is. Both devices are logged into my profile account.
You no longer need the 4 digit code in iTunes 11.
iTunes (10.0.1 or later)
Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
iTunes 11 or newer: Turn on Home Sharing in iTunes by going to File > Home Sharing> Turn on Home Sharing.
iTunes 10.7 or older: Turn on Home Sharing in iTunes by going to Advanced > Turn on Home Sharing.
Connect iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to a Wi-Fi network that is connected to the local network that your Mac or PC is also connected to.
Open the Remote app (software version 2.0 or later) on your mobile device.
Turn on Home Sharing in the Remote Settings screen. Make sure to sign into the same Home Sharing account you used to sign in to from iTunes on your computer.
Once Home sharing is enabled for both your computer and your mobile device, Remote app will be be able to view and control audio and video playback in your iTunes library.

I was having trouble and some Technician came into my computer and put me on Mozilla Firefox, with Window LiveMail along with my AOL email address so I wouldn't have to change it, I've had it for years with Window XP, it works well but I'm 81 yrs old, and don't comprehend like I used too, the only thing I think will help me more is to use Mozilla Firefox tool bar along with my Aol tool bar, hope you can help me, I can't figure out new things anymore but there are time when they say the tool bar will say one thing but I can't find it on AOL tool bar

I bought a virgin mobile phone from Best Buy [with a warranty]. It had issues so I took it back and got a new one. That one had issues so I took it back and got a new one. Now it's having issues. Can I just get a different phone?
I have a motorola triumph.
The first issue was that is stopped charging. Virgin Mobile advised me to get a new phone so I went to Best Buy and I got a new phone but kept my old battery and sd card.
But still it wouldn't charge so Virgin Mobile suggested I go back to Best Buy, which I did and then I got a new battery, kept my old SD card.
Now when people call me I sound far away [according to them] and sometimes when I answer a call the screen turns white.
I talked to someone else from Best Buy who basically told me to come in and we can work something out regarding the fact that I don't want another Motorola Triumph. I no longer trust this phone.
I also spoke to Virgin Mobile who said I could work out an exchange with Best Buy and get the HTC Wildfire because it is a comparable phone to the Motorola Triumph and would still work with my $55 unlimited plan.
So I called up my Best Buy and they are holding an HTC for me.
But the HTC is less [price wise] than what I paid for the Motorola Triumph so I'm hoping I can get a credit for the difference of what I paid for the Motorola Triumph at least in Best Buy credits. My fiance shops there often and I'm sure he can think of ways to spend it!
So I plan to go to Best Buy tonight to get the HTC and try that out. I hope I have better luck with it than I had with the Motorola Triumph(s) I've had.
