You will need to be much more specific about what you problem is. That is how TM works. That is how you find things to restore from TM, by using a Finder window so that you can browse through the Mac's hierarchy of folders and files.

The top screenshot is the Windows Open dialog box. All File > Open... commands in all Windows programs bring it up. Try File > Open in Notepad for example.
It belongs to Windows not Adobe. You cannot change this because there is no such thing as an Adobe Open dialog box.
The bottom screenshot is Windows Explorer. It is Windows' OS File Browser, not an Open dialog. It is not called up by Photoshop or any Windows program.
You have to click on "My Computer" or a Folder icon to get to it. You can double-click a psd, jpeg or other image file in the Explorer window so that it opens in Photoshop.
There is Adobe Bridge and Minibridge Alt + Ctrl + O or File > Browse in Bridge

In the menu bar, Safari > Preferences > Security > Web Content
Some popups will not be blocked by this method, but blockable popups will be.

I right click on link, click, open in new window, then nothing happens. Or, windows within a page will not open, for example, on gmail, when I click "details" the window will not open.

When I right click on a hot link, then click, open in a new window, a window will not open. Alternatively, I can click, open in a new tab, and a new tab will open. How to avoid the annoying little window that opens when I go to close a file?

When I put my cursor near the x of a file tab to close a file, a little window opens over the x and I have to wait for it to dissappear before

It should be real easy to install the latest ATI driver for the latest ATI mobility video card but that hasn't been the case with those with my computer. Computer stuff is never as easy for my as I think it should be. I'm probably and excellent candidate for Apple computers but I'm too cheap and old to switch.

There is a real good forum of users of this computer and many have problems installing video card drivers. That is why I wanted to leave well enough alone but some say the latest drivers perform better in games so I gave it a try. My first try was installing Dells recommended latest driver for the video cards in my computer. They installed but my computer refused to use them and it hinted that it didn't like the signature. I tried for a while to get it to work but gave up and went to a site recommended by one of the users in the forum and it downloaded fine and is working.

I suspect if you're trying to open a file in 08 that's been opened in 09 the file has been updated to 09 and will not open in 08.

I came up with an alternative solution.
Instead of actually trying to move the JInternalFrame from one JDesktopPane to another, I added a single, maximized JInternalFrame to the left side. When one of the right side frames is to be docked, I merely copy its ContentPane to the single JInternalFrame on the left, set the original to be non-visible, and adjust the properties of the JSplitPane to make the "docked" frame appear.
When the "close" button on the docked frame is pressed, I simply undo this procedure to "undock" the frame and redisplay it on the right-hand side (with its content intact from the docked frame, but in its original position).
