Theme only on index page

Hi,
I have a customer where i want to implement a theme only on the index page. The rest should just use SAP corbu. Is this possible maybe by using the cockpit feature in the configuration tables?

You can assign a theme to a cockpit but your requirement, as far as I understand it, is to assign one theme to the index page and another one to everything else. That won't work. You are always using one cockpit, either the inbuilt one (/nwbc) or a named one. Even if there are multiple cockpits in the system, you will always be using one cockpit at a time depending on what ICF node you used.

  • Html and indexed pages

    I am trying to get ranked in google and only my index pages
    tend to get indexed. I do not understand why my secondary pages, do
    not get indexed for Lake Martin Real Estate searches.
    http://www.yourlakemartin.com
    Site header and search word as follows:
    LAKE MARTIN REAL
    ESTATE

    You can put a file called ".htaccess" in the root of any folder, and the server will use the directives in that file to control how it serves pages to the client.  There is a complete set of commands you can find by Googling "htaccess", probably more than you'd want to read, but among them is the ability to do a server redirect for any page fetch, which would let you redirect all requests for *.html to *.php automatically.  What's nice is that you can send a header along with the redirection that direts the search engines to adjust their indices, called a '301' header.  It specifies that the page requested has been permanently relocated to the new page name.
    On several of my sites I have such redirection being used - the .htaccess file contains markup like this -
    RedirectEngine On
    Redirect 301 /xyzzy.html http://www.example.com/xyzzy.php

    I just updated to iOS 7, but only the first page of my app buttons stayed.  How can I get them back?  And how do I show the Apple Music and Weather app- I can find them in spotlight, but there isn't an app button for them.

    Are you sure you don't see them when you swipe to the left?
    I actually had only one icon showing on the second page .... and then all of the rest showed up on pages 3, 4, etc.
    The Apple Music app is a red box with a white note
    Weather app is a blue box with a white cloud and yellow sun
    Did you try resetting or restarting the device?

  • Master Page - Theme only applies to 'Owners' not Visitors

    Hi,
    I'd initially raised this as an issue in O365 forums but was pointed to here to help try and resolve the issue. Issue below:
    We have designed a new theme for our default site https://[tenant information was removed by moderator].sharepoint.com (not the public site). In Master Pages https://[tenant information was removed by moderator].sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/ChangeSiteMasterPage.aspx we
    have set our default theme to GCC/gcc (the name of our theme). We have then applied this to all subsites by clicking: Reset all subsites to inherit this site master page setting.
    This works for me and the person who designed the theme and we can see the new theme. However anyone on that site with visitor / read permission cannot see the new theme and they just get presented a default theme with some css styles that don't appear.
    I did notice that if i browse to https://[tenant information was removed by moderator].sharepoint.com/_catalogs/masterpage/Forms/Html%20Master%20Pages.aspx The master page gallery page on the parent site that the theme isn't listed in there
    and there are two themes there in draft. How can we upload the theme in to master page gallery and publish the theme out?
    Would this be the reason that our visitors to our site cannot see our new theme? Is there a way to get around the theme issue?

    Hi Anandakrishnan,
    The master page is currently published as a major version however the theme still only shows up for owners / members but not for visitors. Is this a permissions issue somewhere?
    We created the theme by doing the following:
    creating a new master page with a CSS file, published this master page and assigned it as the Site Master Page and the System Master Page.
    If you are an owner or member of the site you can see the theme but if you are a visitor you cannot. Any other ideas?
    We are using SharePoint Online and the plan we have is SharePoint Online Plan 1 as part of Office 365 business premium plan.

  • Coldfusion will only display index.cfm no matter what .cfm page is opened

    I am currently learning ColdFusion using the tutorials on lynda.com. In doing the exercises I am running into a particularly unusual problem. No matter what .cfm document I have opened and I am attempting to work on the only page that will preview in Dreamweaver's Live View and in any browser is the index.cfm page of the exercises that I am working on. I have worked on these exercises on another computer, a laptop, with no problems. Both of the computer were running Windows 7 and all of the Site Setup information seems to be the same on both computers. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I cannot proceed effectively with the tutorials if this problem persists. I have all of the required components installed on my computer so I really don't know what the problem could be. Any help would be appreciated. Let me add that this is not happening with every CF document but with a particular Site Setup and exercises that I am working on through the tutorials that come with the Coldfusion tutorial provided by Lynda.com.
    NOTE: I am learning ColdFusion MX at the moment, but I have ColdFusion 9.1 installed on the computer that I am having the problem on.

    Adam,
    Thanks for getting back to me. I have attached a .pdf and two (2) text documents which should serve to explain the problem in greater detail. I am sending this from my email which is how I am able to attach the documents. The pdf really shows my screen and what is actually happening. If you cannot open the files let me try to explain:
    I have two (2) separate CF sites set up on my computer. I have the same sites set up on my laptop. I have downloaded lessons from Lynda.com so that I can learn CF. In one of the CF sites, which has graphics included, no matter what page I am working on when I go to view that page in "Live View" or any browser the only page that displays is the index.cfm page. I do not get an error message, what displays is only the index.cfm page. In other words, the only page that will display in this particular site in the index.cfm page. I do not have this problem on the laptop. I hope that clarifies the situation. If not please let me know. I am attempting to fix the problem but I do not know what to do as I have tried several things, including deleting the site setup and setting it up again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • What is the best way to load multiple instances of a button into master index page?. I have looked a

    I have successfully created an animated button that opens to reveal a quotation with a nested clickable link to the source. What I would like to do is have several of these with different quotes inside them, scattered on the page. I have looked at the composition loader available via Edge Commons, and it seems that would require some sort of Edge animate Stage 'frame' to load the instances into? Is there any way to place them directly into the master page - as div elements...?
    The outer of the buttons is the same, on hover they open partialy on click fully, to reveal  their particular text - which I thought about loading it at runtime with json, or maybe handlebars...?
    I would also like to make the buttons only take the necessary space. ie. before they expand they are only buttons. ( I have set the stage to hidden but it still takes up space). To acheive this, I think perhaps I will have to target the inner components css, and set them as display:none until the button is hovered over, then set :hover and :active pseudo classes inside edge. Is this feasible?
    Thanks in advance for any ideas/suggestions...

    Hello, Thanks for your helpful input. Based on that, and the tutorial 'http://tv.adobe.com/watch/learn-edge-animate-cc/ingesting-external-data-dc/' - I have written code to drive my button's behaviour.  (copied below...)
    var textArray =new Array();
    var currentHead = 0;
    var currentText = 0;
    var currentFoot = 0;
    var s = sym.getSymbol("textContainer");
    sym.$("textContainer")$.("text").html("");
    var sh = sym.getSymbol("headContainer");
    sym.$("headContainer")$.("head").html("");
    var sf = sym.getSymbol("footContainer");
    sym.$("footContainer")$.("footer").html("");
    $.getJSON("assets/sources1.json", function(data){
              for (var i=0; i<data.length; i++){
                        textArray.push({"head":data[i].heading,
                                  "text":data[i].text,
                                  "footer":data[i].foot,
                                  "link":data[i].link});
              sym.$("headContainer")$.("head").html(textArray[currentHead]).heading;
              sym.$("textContainer")$.("text").html(textArray[currentText]).text;
              sym.$("footContainer")$.("foot").html(textArray[currentFoot]).foot;
              sym.$("footContainer")$.("link").html(textArray[currentLink]).link;
    But there is an error I don't understand at line 7...
    Also - as you can see, at present I have several symbols in parallel. Would I be better off nesting the text containers inside the outer button container? and would I be better off creating styled mini- pages of text data, and then loading them - instead of loading them as symbols? I have had to create seperate symbols because I cannot adequately stle the text - so some is bold, some is italic etc. within one text field. Or can I? I guess I could nest several text fields inside one symbol...?
    I remain unsure how to load the finished animation button instances. In your example you were still loading into an animation But from yor example, I guess I would need to place all my examples inside an outer edge composition... but then I think positioning them accurately with css, making adjustments etc. will be fairly tricky. Is there any way to place multiple instances directly into divs in index.html? Could I simply repeat the class...? I may be answering my own questions here.

  • Problem uploading site to server by FTP - index page is blank

    Hi,
    I made my site in I web which works fine when simulating it in a local folder. When uploading by FTP to the server from a host where a rent my domain the program starts sending the files, but in the end it says publication error, try again later or contact your server provider.
    I did contact the server provider and they do receive the pages that I am sending BUT:
    - everything appears to end up at the wrong place in the server
    - the index page that is sent with the other files appears to be empty, blank which results in the server not be alble to order the site and a white empy page is shown when opening my site on the internet.
    I checked the html files which are all fine and when I send those to the server provider they seem all ok. But the index.html file is also empty on my computer. Is this normal?
    My first page is called 'home' and we had tried to rename that home.html file to index.html and again upload the whole site. The result is that I can now see my homepage when opening the site on the internet but without the index on top (the names of the other pages where you can click to go to another page on the site) and that is it.
    Can someone help me with this? Is this a problem with Apple, shoud the index.html file be blank? Or can they change settings in the server to solve this problem.
    Grtz,
    Kroko

    iWeb was originally designed as a foolprof way to create websites and upload them to MobileMe.
    Normally, the first, or Home, page of a website is named "index" since an index.html is required in the root folder of the server for everything to work as planned.
    To stop us rookies screwing things up, and to overcome the limitations of a single MobileMe user account, the developers packaged the site files in a folder with the same name as the sitename in iWeb.
    The top site in iWeb has an external index file which rediredts to the Home page so that it can be reached by the URL...
    http://www.domain-name.com
    Any other sites are uploaded as sub sites and require the addition of the folder name in the URL...
    http://www.domain-name.com/Site-Name/
    When you are uploading to a server other than MobileMe, you have two choices of publishing methods...
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/iWeb/Publish-Website.html
    Using the iWeb FTP allows you to upload the files in a foolproof way to avoid breaking the site structure. If you want to remove the site name from the URL you can publish to a local folder and upload the contents only...
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/iWeb/URLs-Favicons.html
    This latter method is only viable so long as you don't have a blog or podcast feed.

  • Having trouble with blank "index" page

    I've published my site to a folder and transfered it succefully to my webhost. The only problem is that it shows up blank. I think because the index.html is blank when I open it on my harddrive to see the contents. I don't know html well enough to input the correct code to redirect from the webaddress people type in to the aboutme page I want them to see first.
    I thought the program iWeb would write the index for me.
    Any thoughts/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

    I am having the same issue. Published to folder and then to my yahoo hosting and the index page does not instantly redirect to the home page as expected?
    On a mac it works just fine but PC browser shows blank page. Want this to be universal web access of course. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and if you wonder through the site there is nudity so be warned.
    http://garryirvine.com = fine on mac not on PC browser(blank)
    http://garryirvine.com/index.html worls on both. (redirects to home page from iweb project as expected [same for http://garryirvine.com/Home.html)
    The index page for me is not blank on my server it has the following(without "'s):
    "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"><html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><head><title></title><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url= Home.html" /></head><body></body></html>"

  • I have the latest Pages  5.2 and get a sign saying "INDEX.pages" can't be opened. I have need of some of the documents. What can i do?

                            I have the latest Pages  5.2 and get a sign saying "INDEX.pages" can't be opened. I have need of some of the documents. What can i do?

    Probably you have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
    Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
    Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
    You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
    Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
    Older versions of Pages 5 can not open Pages 5.2 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
    Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
    Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
    Once opened and saved in Pages 5.2 files can not be opened in Pages 5.
    Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened by newer Pages versions anywhere, is also converted to Pages 5 files.
    All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
    Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
    Apple has removed over 95 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:
    http://www.freeforum101.com/iworktipsntrick/viewforum.php?f=22&sid=3527487677f0c 6fa05b6297cd00f8eb9&mforum=iworktipsntrick
    Archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

  • Help - index page has disappeared after removing code that was recommended regarding Flash

    After inserting some conditional comments regarding earlier versions of IE not displaying bulleted lists properly. I received a message about Javascript code that should be removed regarding my Flash element.
    When I removed the code that was indicated, my index page changed to a gray screen that had some copy about needing to update the Flash player, so I thought I'd totally take out the code relating to the Flash element and I would reinsert the Flash movie. However when I preview it everything is gone except a gray background. In Live View the original page is there. When I try to look at in in design view preview or view it in a IE browser it is just a gray background.
    I'm attaching the code for the page to see if I accidently removed some element that needed to be in to display the page. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

    2.
    Deleting and getting the file should solve this problem.
    3.
    You should only require 2 IE conditional statement (for css code), one for less than IE 8 and one for less than IE 7.
    Both or just one of these should be inside the <head> </head> tags not anywhere else.
    The conditional statment in flash are for <object> code.
    Here is an example of how the flash code should look for your webpage:
    <object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" width="250" height="204" id="FlashID" title="name of your swf file here without .swf">

  • Hide everything apart from my index page for websearch

    hello i currently have a robots.txt file in my site to dissalow everything because google was indexing thing like my flash buttons, but now i am barely noticed  by the googlebots and am only on the fouth page of a search...
    what can i do to hide everything apart from my index page and the index keywords / page title description etc??
    Thanks so much for the genuis that can help to solve my headache!!
    much appreciated

    Hi Martin
    The problem with the htaccess method is that not everyone has access to their ht.config files (shared hosting), as for the robots.txt file this tends to hide everything, even pages that are not included (and is still readable by anyone who links to it, often used by hackers).
    As for the meta tags, yes you can use them, but Google (to name just one), is starting to ignore all meta info (started with keywords, now they are considering not using anything, except page title), and we can only blame the designers/developers who place everything in these tags for this, as much of what was inserted was not relevant to the page.
    The best method is the nofollow as even if it is followed the results will not be used (so they say), but to ensure that a page is not indexed, the only 100% certain way is not to have a link, even generating links dynamically no longer works, as dynamic pages are now parsed before searching.

  • How to remove the "Index Page" option from the Router in Network Magic Pro 5.5.9195

    I find it ironic and I can click on my router in the Map view of network magic, and the last option is "Index Page".  This immediately loads my router setup in a browser window. It completely bypasses the router login and password.  I do not want anyone to be able to start my PC, open Network Magic, and click this option and have access to my router.  This is stupid.  How do you turn this option off, remove it, or hide it?
    Yes, I know, I could put a password on my PC, but I share it, with other family members, and at this time I don't have user accounts setup for them.
    I am looking for a solution in Network Magic, not my OS.
    Thanks,
    Brian

    Anything you do without submitting to form has to be done on the client side (ususally by JavaScript) using data which has been send already from the server.
    With JavaScript you can do quite a bit. You can download tables which don't necessarilly appear on the screen, loading them into JavaScript arrays by dynamically generating javascript. Then you can pick up events like drop-box selection and use these tables to chose what you do next (e.g. preloading other fields, setting drop box content etc.).
    Or, you can cause forms to be submitted when actions like a selection happen without the user clicking a button. It's generally a matter of how much data you'd need to transmit.
    Another posibility is to use a Java applet, which can generate requests to the server and handle the results as it chooses. That are a number of problems with that but occasionally it's the best solution.
    What you can't do is to handle user input inside a JSP. The JSP has come and gone before the user even gets to see your form.

    Also keep in mind that I've installed owncloud using the source downloaded from the website. I previously installed using the pacman, but wanted to configure it to be under a sub directory and not as my web root.

  • Getting a blank white index page in browser

    I have been working the tutorial on Creating your First Web Site by David Powers (Dreamwiver CC) that has worked flawless up to the end, where I tried adding the scripting code for older IE browsers. I downloaded the JS file aFarkas-html5shiv-67bff28, and tried locating the src folder with the Insert/Scripts menu option but for some reason the folder was not in the project root where I put it. This is where I lost the index page that returns a blank page when I open it in a browser, or try and view the page within the designer. The html has no errors that I can see, and I have tried loading the page directly form the root folder with no Joy.
    Could someone help me figure out why a project that was working fine suddenly started displaying a blank index page?
    This is from the index.html page:

          <h2>Riding the Cable Cars</h2>
          <p>No visit to San Francisco is complete without a ride on the iconic cable cars that climb up the vertiginous hills of the city. Of the twenty-three lines established between 1873 and 1890, three remain: two routes from downtown near Union Square to <a href="http://www.fishermanswharf.org/">Fisherman's Wharf,</a> and a third route along California Street.</p>
          <p>The cable cars rely on cables running constantly beneath the road’s surface. The driver—or gripman—uses a lever to grip the cable to pull the car and its passengers up the hill. The gripman requires not only great strength, but also great skill. He needs to know where to release the cable to coast over crossing cables and points. The conductor works in close cooperation with the gripman, operating the brake at the rear of the car to prevent it from running out of control on the downward slopes.</p><figure class="centered"><img src="images/cable_car1.jpg" width="400" height="266"  alt=""/>
            <figcaption>The cable car terminus near Union Square.</figcaption></figure>
          <p>Although the cable cars are now mainly a tourist attraction, they’re still used by local commuters to get to and from work. The California Street line is particularly popular among commuters on weekdays.</p>

            Cable Car Tips
          </h2>
          <p>A single ride on a cable car costs $6. If you plan to travel around the city, it’s often cheaper to buy a Muni Passport, which gives you unlimited rides on San Francisco’s extensive public transport system, including the cable cars (but not the BART subway system). Even a single-day passport ($14) will save you money if you make a return trip, and stop off to visit Chinatown one way.</p>
          <p>There are often long lines at the cable car terminus, particularly on the Powell-Mason and Powell-Hyde routes. If you don’t want to wait, try walking a few stops along the route. The conductor usually leaves a small number of places to pick up passengers on the way. The California Street route is generally less crowded (but not as spectacular).</p>
