If they are using three separate Mac accounts, then they have three iTunes libraries and three iPhoto libraries, so it just works.
If they are trying to share one Mac Account, they probably want to switch to separate accounts.

He should use iCloud. If he sets up an iCloud account, he will get 5GB of free storage which purchased content from the App Store and iTunes does not count against. His contacts and photos will count against the 5GB of storage but if he needs more space, it can be purchased at any time.
Many users have gone PC free and totally rely on iCloud now. It is very easy to setup on the iPad. Just tap on iCloud in the settings and follow the prompts. Read all of thses for more information.

There are no songs in my itunes library found when selecting autofill, and dragging songs into device does not do anything now what?

when i hit auto fill under music it just says Itunes cannot add any song to "___'s Iphone" because no songs in your itunes library could be found.
there clearly is an anbundance of music that I have been syncing all the time, I have not the slightest idea why it just stopped working, also when I try to manually click and drag songs into the device tab in itunes, NOTHING happens.
any suggestions on how to fix it

I have a very smilar problem. Recently imported my modest music collection from my old G3 CRT to a new Mac Mini by linking the two machines and then dragging the music library and songs over.
iTunes works fine in normal screen mode, music library is all there and all songs are visible and play but when trying to play back with the Apple Remote it opens up iLife ok and lists the playlists. Click on 'Songs' it says that there are no songs in the library. Click on any playlist then it goes to 'Shuffle Songs' then 'Error has occured' It can't seem to see the music library.

Tried but as yet no success. Tried re-naming the iTunes Music Library.xml and also deleting com.apple.frontrow.plist from Library and letting it rebuild without any luck.
Any suggestions out there as how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

I'm a current Apple Developer but once I sync my iPhone 5 into the current latest version of iTunes it wants me to restore the phone not back it up. I just want to BackUp my iPhones contents like I used to do with the old iTunes software but this one unfortunately doesn't give me an option to? Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Yes I have the current updated version of iTunes which is 11.1.5. So yeah when I connect my iPhone directly to the MacBook Pro I have tunes pops up and wants me to restore the phone iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone “Enzo’s iPhone”. Go to the Summary tab in iPhone preferences and click Restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings. it doesn't give me any option to click to manually back up or restore. It only happens to my iPhone because I'm a Apple Developer and I called Apple just now and they said it works for non developers but for developers the new update isn't for some reasons working like it should Apple Care wasn't able to give me any help regarding this they told me to contact the developing team so I did but it haven't heard back from the team. My friends iPhone 5 works when I plug it into my computer and it shows what should be showing the normal user interface like manually backup or restore ect... but when I load it up this shows ? iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone “Enzo’s iPhone”. Look under system preferences on the mac at what is be controlled? Look at Mail, Contacts, Calendars. How many accounts are managing contacts? Just the cloud? the cloud and gmail? or cloud, gmail, yahoo, and exchange? If you have more than one contact account, then you will have different contact lists, if John Smith shows up in more than one of your contact lists, you will have multiple entries.
Pick a contact list that is your master, (I use iCloud), only turn on contact syncing for it. The same for your phone. Spend some time on the iCloud webset (www.icloud.com) and work on your contact list there. Clean it up, remove duplicates, etc...Changes will auto sync back to all your devices. Life gets much simplier.
Just remember, if you sync different contacts lists and a large number of people appear in your different lists, then they will appear as duplicates.

I regret to learn of any issues after the software update. Let's check some things out on your phone! Does the text message say who it came from? Is it a contact you message on a regular basis? Are you using the messaging application that came with the device, or a 3rd party application?
I recommend deleting any unneeded messaging threads and then powering the device off/on. Keep me posted!

Unless you enabled Find My iPad on it before it was stolen then there isn't any way to locate it. If you did enable it then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPad disabled on it.
If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.
If it was never registered to your account then it won't appear on your support profile : https://supportprofile.apple.com/
The only other ways to find it that I know of (apart from on the actual device) are via the packaging, the backup on a computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061

What fonts? There's a whole slew of fonts available with typeKit, which is included in CC, but specific fonts may still require to be bought individually from the respective type foundries.

I think you are seeing sharing networked computers in your sidebar.
That doesn't mean they are connecting to you, or even that you can connect to them (they are likely pass word protected). It's a bit like looking around your room and seeing a bunch of computers on tables... you can see them, but that doesn't mean you have access to them.
It's also like seeing a list of WIFI networks in your Airport menu window - just because they're listed doesn't mean you can connect to them, or they to you.
Does that make sense?

Email does not and has never synced between the iPhone and the computer. It sounds like you may have had your PC set up to use POP3 for e-mail, which will download e-mail from the server and delete it, causing it to vanish from your phone if the phone was set up for IMAP. IMAP provides full synchronization between the server and clients. What you delete on one will vanish from the others. This is the preferred method of managing e-mail as it prevents e-mail from being downloaded, for example, on a PC and making it inaccessible on your phone.

The warning triangle means, that iPhoto has lost the connection between the thumbnails and the photos and cannot show them in the browser.
Rebuild the iPhoto library to reconnect the photos. What is your iPhoto version? If it is iPhoto '11 do the following:
Back up your iPhoto library.
Hold down the command and option/ alt keys while double-clicking the iPhoto icon to launch iPhoto.
Keep holding down the keys until you are seeing the FirstAid panel.
Select "rebuild database" from the panel.
Does that bring your photos back?
If not, download iPhoto Library Manager and use the rebuild function.

It will pick the highest service in the list which has an internet connection.
To order the list, open Network System Preferences and select Set order of network services from the button below the service list.
