There are a few extensions i want deleted and/uninstalled nothing i do seems to work HELP how do i delete/uninstall them

i have a few tool bars that i've been trying to delete for a few weeks, i also have been trying to delete a few extensions that just wont go away now i cant get rid of some add ons i have deleted them their all still there disabling them dose nothing

Uninstalling Software: The Basics
Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash. Applications may create preference files that are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder. Although they do nothing once you delete the associated application, they do take up some disk space. If you want you can look for them in the above location and delete them, too.
Some applications may install an uninstaller program that can be used to remove the application. In some cases the uninstaller may be part of the application's installer, and is invoked by clicking on a Customize button that will appear during the install process.
Some applications may install components in the /Home/Library/Applications Support/ folder. You can also check there to see if the application has created a folder. You can also delete the folder that's in the Applications Support folder. Again, they don't do anything but take up disk space once the application is trashed.
Some applications may install a startupitem or a Log In item. Startupitems are usually installed in the /Library/StartupItems/ folder and less often in the /Home/Library/StartupItems/ folder. Log In Items are set in the Accounts preferences. Open System Preferences, click on the Accounts icon, then click on the LogIn Items tab. Locate the item in the list for the application you want to remove and click on the "-" button to delete it from the list.
Some software use startup daemons or agents that are a new feature of the OS. Look for them in /Library/LaunchAgents/ and /Library/LaunchDaemons/ or in /Home/Library/LaunchAgents/.
If an application installs any other files the best way to track them down is to do a Finder search using the application name or the developer name as the search term. Unfortunately Spotlight will not look in certain folders by default. You can modify Spotlight's behavior or use a third-party search utility, Easy Find, instead. Download Easy Find at VersionTracker or MacUpdate.
Some applications install a receipt in the /Library/Receipts/ folder. Usually with the same name as the program or the developer. The item generally has a ".pkg" extension. Be sure you also delete this item as some programs use it to determine if it's already installed.
There are many utilities that can uninstall applications. Here is a selection:

Spring Cleaning
Look for them at VersionTracker or MacUpdate.

I was recently searching in my iPhone 3GS for a phone number, and the search hits revealed text messages that I have long ago deleted and would rather not have in my iPhone. How do I delete these once and for all?

It was the strangest thing. You would think that once you delete a message off your phone it is gone.
But in the "search iPhone" feature several key numbers like an area code reveal phone numbers of people
who aren't in my contact list, specifically the first few words of text messages that I deleted long ago.
I would like to eliminate these once and for all.
Will "Erase Content and settings" do this for good? Once I restore the phone will they come back?

I have list of compatible adons installed in Ff4 but the adon bar is empty and there are a few visible in tools tab?

There are approximately 45 extensions installed in my ff4 which are compatible with firefox 4 the problem I am facing is that only a few just 2 or sometimes 3 extensions options appear in the add-on bar, the same is with the option tab menu. It also happens sometimes that when I restore the previous session I am able to view and use all the installed add-ons. I really don’t know what to do

Did you check the toolbar palette for missing images?
Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"

Update: An Apple rep called me today to update the status of my return. I was told that the replacements for the BLACK iPad 2's was still another 3 weeks out (at least) so they offered me a brand new WHITE 16GB iPad 2. I could have that or continue waiting. I opted to go ahead and accept the offer of a new white one. Worst case scenario if I don't like the white one I have buddy that just bought a 16GB black one that he would be willing to swap it.

The entire DVD containing Quick Time movies (Final CutExpress project) and slideshow was done in iPhoto. The Final Cut project was rendered prior to export to QT, the slideshow was sent to iDVD withoutrendering. The slideshow with most of the pictures from my still camera incombination with stills from movie clips and some downloaded from the Internet.After burning, the movie playback is perfect but the slideshow is not. The slideshow containing 3 differentkinds of pictures; those from my still camera looks OK; the stills from themovie clips and from the Internet are not. I don’t have much knowledge in this game, but I think NTSCwith frame size 720x480, and the downloaded picture Item Property shows most ofthem are between 400 to 500 x 300 to 600, may be both of them are not suitablefor TV screen while the stills from my still camera looks OK because they are2048x1536. These are Apple's tips on this:
Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 15 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see the battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.

The first thing I did was UPDATE. I have all the latest updates available (according to the updater). The Camera Raw Plug-in says it is version 8.0.
The RAW files are from a Canon T3i. It's a very common camera, I can't believe it wouldn't be supported.

In fact i didn't tell you the scenario.
2 company codes currency is SGD.
This they want to do consolidation without new gl & EC-CS.
This is where the hicup is, we have to choose Business area consolidation only.
But the question here is should we need to have 2 chart of accounts.
In my view there has to be only 1 chart of accounts.
But my doubt is whether we need Group chart of accounts or not in this scenario.
Please throw some light on this friend/friends.

There are a few tv shows that played this week that are not available on itunes from tnt. Why are they not available for download. We watch these each week, and I have checked to be sure that there was actually an episode this week, and there was.

Under other "sync-able" players, there's usually the "Sync only checked items" radio button. Not for the 2.0 Apple TV. There's no option, but acts as though that option ("sync only, etc...") has been selected. Figured it out after an hour of walking back and forth from my Mac to the TV. Argh.
Try it. De-select the shows, sync the AppleTV and look under the "TV Shows" and the one's you've unchecked will not be there.

For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.
