There are multi purchases on my itunes account and i cannot get to it to see it

i need to find out what purchases have been being made on my apple itunes account.  when I signed on today and changed my info there were three or four other unknown emails assoctiated with my account!!!!  i have been billed everymonth and i am trying to find out if this is my kids purchases or if someone else did this

If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent purchase is above the list). If you are being billed every month then that indicates that it might be an auto-renewing subscription - there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

    For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices. 
    That all works.
    It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now.  They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
    I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

    I just upgraded my iPad iOS from 3.2.2 to 5.1.1.   I have never used iCloud but turned it on and signed in.  When I go to purchases it says there are none associated with my ID.  Should have $1000 worth of purchases!

    Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download, so they won't appear in the Purchased link for re-downloading, so you will need to contact Apple.  Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that audiobook and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).

  • HT203167 I can see an audiobook that I purchased in my iTunes account and on my iphone, but it's not transfering into my library. HELP!

    That's basically it. I purchased 2 audio books from my iphone, and only one transfered into my itunes. I saw both books download in icloud, but again, only the one showed up.
    What should I do. I see it everywhere except where I want it.

    In 2005-2006 I lived in UK and had UK iTunes acct (no iphone).
    Moved to US, changed acct in 2007. No problems.
    Got iphone 2010. No problems.
    Randomly in 2013 my itunes acct reverts back to UK, taking iphone with it. I have sucessfully changed the itunes account back to US, but cannot get iphone to change back to US. I have tried syncing the phone with my US itunes. I've tried to find a way to change it on the actual phone. I'm out of ideas. Pleased help.

    iTunes can't verify my address to complete a purchase. I went to my account (iTunes) and it has all the correct info. I re-entered everything in iTunes just to make sure and then did the same with credit card account. Still no good. Message "We couldn't verify your address. Make sure you've entered the correct blah blah blah" This account is 7 years old! what could the problem be?

    Woooooow, that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen... I searched my address and apparently they decided to add a "Rd" to the end of my street name... I've NEVER used that before for my address, but as soon as I typed it into my iPad, it FINALLY let me in. SOOOO silly! Just go to this USPS site and type in your addy. It will verify ALL of your entire address and make you ALL of that is typed into your Apple device, because they have become address Nazi's to make sure everything matches. http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp

    For a faster response you might go to the iTunes support area. It has a list of support items to look at. There's also the iTunes communities (forums) also.
    The only live person you'll get is if you pay for it if your computer/device is out of warranty. If it's still under warranty then it may be free. These are just user to user forums. Apple just host's the site.
    The e-mail I sent last summer for an Mac App store/iTunes question took about a day to get back to me, not too bad I guess.

    The photos you upload to My Photo Stream are stored in iCloud for 30 days to give your devices plenty of time to connect and download them.
    You can sign in to another iTunes Store account on your iOS device by following these steps.

  • My Ipad is stuck on the connect to itunes screen and I cannot get it to work even when I connect to itunes. I have tried switching it off and plugging it in while the home button and on button are switched but nothing works.  Please help me.

    My Ipad is stuck on the connect to iTunes screen, I have tried plugging into iTunes but it makes the necessary noise but the computer does not recognise it and nothing alters on the Ipad screen. Have tried various computers and leads and it still does not work.  Have also tried the switching off, plugging in to computer and turning on again using the on button and then the home button but nothing works.  This happened while I was downloading software update.   Please help me.

    I suggested several things to GeekyNerdGirl in her first post here. Take a look.

    It can take more than a few attempts before Recovery Mode will work and you have to follow the steps exactly. DFU mode is even harder to perform correctly beside of the 10 second hold. Don't stop trying. Eventually one of these methods could work for you.

    The very first thing that I would try is to restart your iPad and try again. Hold down on the sleep/power button until the slider appears on the screen and slide to the right to power off. Hold down on the sleep/power button until the Apple logo appears on the screen to resetrt the iPad, after it starts up, try the download again.
    Another thing to try is to reboot your router. I realize that your WiFi is working, but sometimes this can kick start problematic downloads. Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in again. Try the download again after the router starts up.
    Something else to try that involves a few more steps ..... Close the iTunes Store app. Sign out of your Apple ID. Reset the iPad and then try again.
    Double tap the home button and swipe up on the iTunes Store thumbnail preview window to close the app. Tap the home button. Go to the home screen. Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store> Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen and then let go of the buttons and let the iPad start up.
    Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Sign in. Go back to the iTunes Store app and try to resume the download.

    If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
    If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.
    You may have to force iPad/iPod into Recovery Mode
