There are no apps showing in Privacy Photos, Contacts, etc. HELP!!!

I'm on iPhone 4, iOS 6. There are no apps showing in Privacy > Photos, Contacts, etc even if I have Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & other photo apps installed. Photos taken from the apps don't get saved to Camera Roll. Apps can't access Photo Library.
When I try to access my Photo library from within any app, it says "This app does not have access to your photos or videos. You can enable access in Privacy Settings."
I go to Privacy > Photos and there are no apps there unlike in my friends' iPhones. It just says "Apps that have requested access to your photos will appear here."
This is the same problem with my Contacts related apps. I have apps like Viber and What's App.
Similary, there are no apps showing in Privacy > Calendars, Reminders, Bluetooth.

After allowing the changes, I just had to open the apps again (such as Instagram), then the pop-up asking to allow access to Photos appeared!
And I thought I was going to get rid of my iPhone 4 already because of the issue.

My iPhone5s (iOS 8.0.2) said that my storage is full, so I decided to import my photos into my mac and delete them from my iPhone.
After I did that, I tried using other apps and it said that they don't have access to my photos/contacts etc... I went to the Setting>privacy>photos and it said that "Apps that have requested access to your photos will appear here" THERE WERE NO APPS THERE, and none of the apps requested access to my photos.
I've also tried to go to Setting>General>Restrictions and I've switched them ALL on. But still, no apps appear on the privacy setting.

ive been trying to fimd this answer and I can find the solution no where because this was happening to me until like 4 mins ago lol I deleted some pictures until i felt like I had enough space , because my storage was full now I have 20.6 MB so I restarted my iPad and now it allows me to go on my all apps and I have access to my camera and pictures now

Web browser apps display the same warning - and as Rkedge pointed out - any app that accesses web content may show that warning.
Atomic, Mercury, Google Chrome, iCab Mobile ... All web browsers and I think that they all display that same warning.

How can I log out of one apple ID on my iphone and log back into another apple ID that I have, there are older apps that are not updating because of this I think.

There are four apps that say they are "installing but nothing ever happens...any clue what to do? I believe that it is because I have two apple ID's.

Check the apps in question to be sure they don't say "paused"; if they do, tap them and select stop. Then try again. If they don't, I'm not sure what the problem is. FYI, one my older apps also took quite a while to finally update earlier today...just waited it out and it finally did.

If an app is available for an Ipod touch shouldn't it be available for an Ipad2?

There are some apps that are device specific....ipad only, iPhone only, etc
Go to your purchased tab in iTunes, and then look at the top and you should see 'iPad apps' 'iPod apps' etc. Look around in there and see if you can find your apps to download onto your iPad.

How do you get rid of App Store app update notice when there are no apps to be updated?

I have tried some soution from the similar case to uninstall itune and also related components already but finally the probelm still occured.
Please you help to suggest me what can i do? I need to restore my back up data to the new iphone as the previous one got stolen.

Adding to fromsouth... if you are restoring from a backup, then only photos in the camera roll are made available, not others.
If you are using photo stream, then only photos that have been on the stream server in the past 30 days (and a max of 1000 of them) are downloaded. All others have been deleted, since photo stream is not a storage service, but a syncing service that allows you to sync photos over a 30 day window.

What do you mean by storage quota, does that mean i could be photo streaming about 1gb of photos and it does not get taken away from my free 5bg.

iOS 7 devices need iTunes 11.1 or newer to sync. Depending upon your computer and the OS it is running, you may not be able to upgrade to iTunes 11.1 based on the requirements for iTunes 11.1. Which apps are you referring to ? If Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iPhoto and iMovie then they are free to people who have activated a device since 1st September 2013, and have iOS 7 installed on the device.

Yes you need to buy them again. Apps written for one device will not run on the other.
