Hi Friends,
I'd appreciate if anyone would help me out the entries for excise duty and cenvat utilisation during sales.
During billing document:
Customer -- dr
To sales a/c --(cr)
To CENVAT SUSPENSE AC (CR).
Now could anyone tell me what kind of account is cenvat suspense account i.e., current asset or current liability.
Like wise can anyone help me out with the entries of excise invoice creation, TR6C Challan, Entries for Fortnightly utilization etc. that is all the entries until that particular sale is completed.
It would be greatly useful if you could even specify the kind of account is (for each account possibly) i.e, if the account is an expense or current asset or current liability.

While your BB may not, while in your possession, have been part of a BES environment, it nevertheless likely has an IT policy in place as this is one of the key symptoms of that fact. If it ever was part of BES, then there are specific steps that must be taken to remove the IT Policy...just removing it from BES does not remove the policy. The process to remove it is totally destructive, so be sure you back up first. Also, when you restore, DO NOT do a full restore...rather, do a selective restore of only those things you need...if you do a full restore, you will simply put that IT Policy back onto your BB and be right back where you started.

TS1424 When I search a song title there are no results for songs, only albums and apps?

When I search for a song title everything seems fine. It's not until the page fully loads that it almost always never returns anything under the 'Songs' section. All related albumbs. apps etc all load correctly but no songs. Anyone?

Where are the original music files stored? If they are on an external HDD and the HDD is not connected, connect it and the problem will go away. Or if you deleted the files, how did you delete the files? If you deleted them from the Finder then of course iTunes can't find the files.
When iTunes Match is enabled the default location of the music files is not automagically moved to the cloud. They stay right where they have always been, and iTunes keeps looking for the files where they always were.

Excise duty cess condition in the billing document

we are using 2lis_13_VDITM DATA source. In this data source we don't have the excise duty, cess and additional cess condition. This being available in the konv condition record of R/3 , what standard data source available for this. Can i use my existing ods for bringing this condition.

You migth include it on copy control frome delivery to invoice.

SE93 - There are no variants for screen 1000

Hello experts,
We cannot set variant for report transactions from se93.In our case, system prompts a warning as "There are no variants for screen 1000" But standard system variants (which are starting with CUS& or SAP&) are working fine. However, we can set them if we enter the variant name instead of using f4 input help.
There are a lot of entries about this issue on SDN but we want to do that on relevant system with using our own variants (using f4 search help) not system variants and I don't know how but we can also create transactions with own variants on different systems without any problem (which have same components and support package level)
Please note that, problem occurs only in se93 while creating tcode, there is no problem while using existing variants with tcode.

I have to respectfully disagree - any variant can be assigned to the transaction code.
Please try the following:
1) Start your report (I'm assuming it is a report?) in SE38 and create a variant.
2) In SE38, open the report and open its object list (menu Utilities -> Display Object List)
3) If you have already created a transaction, you should see the node Transactions in the left-hand window (i.e. object list). Double-click on the transaction name and switch to Change mode. In the field Start with variant type in the variant name from step 1. Note that if you try to use the dropdown it will say "No variants exist...", but if you just type in the name, it will take it.
Activate and do the same thing with the second transaction or create the new ones, if you prefer. Note that non-system variants will have to be either created in each environment or manually added to the transport. This can also be done in SE38 - click Variant radio-button, click Display, then go to the menu Utilities ->Transport Request and follow the instructions.
All above may also be done in SE80, I just prefer SE38 personally.

is Tax code necessary for excise determination in TAXINN in SD Scenario? While maintaining condition record ( JEXP) for Excise access sequence JEXC doesnu2019t has Tax Code field Whereas for Sale Tax determination ( JCST/JLST) access sequence JLST /CST which has Tax code field . (In TAXINN we create Dummy tax code (blank))

As per my knowledge, Excise is not Tax its a Duty....
Excise gets added to your base price and the tax is calculated on the whole amount and not only the basic price.
Say if u r manufacturing a material and u r under excise regulations, then without paying excise duty you can't move the goods out of your premises, Here even before you sell the material to a customer the excise duty is paid from you. But when u will be selling the material to a customer, the customer is charged the excise duty which gets added to the net value and then the sales tax is calculated.
If u see a sale order condition tab page, there are two fields
1. Net Value 2. Tax
Net value is the value which includes the excise duty and the tax is only the CST/LST/VAT.

I have to maintain a new condition type for excise duty @ 10.3%, at present the excise duty is non deductible and the CIN is not activated and not used.
It should also have the option to manually input the tax value at the time of creating a PO.

Excise duty non deductible means that they have not defined any condition type for Excise and its totally new
Yes, its through tax code and the tax procedures are to be used.
The client has only provided the rates i.e, 10.3% and a g/l account for Excise in which this amount should get posted to automatically.

Basically smc reset is shutdown, pull your plug for 15 seconds, plug it back in, wait 5 seconds, and reboot. Harmless to you. Resets the smc.
Pram reset is similar but you need to push commnd-option-P-R after the boot chime. Read what does.
