There is a grey box surrounding what i select then i have to double click to go into it...how do i get rid of that on my itouch?

when i try to click on anything on my touch it gets first highlighted with a grey box then i have to double tap to get into it or to scroll i have to double tap and hold before i can slide. i want this gone, can anyone help me???

You have VoiceOver turned on. To turn it off, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and set the switch to OFF.

Try rebuilding the mailbox.
First select the offending mailbox. Then click on Mailbox in the menu bar, and select Rebuild. If the bubble goes away, it was a glitch. If it does not go away there is one unread message in that Mailbox.
To find that one:
In Mail, go to View / Sort by / Unread. That should bring the unread email to the top of the list.

You may want to check to make sure the clip hasn't been moved back and forth between wide screen and standard aspect ratios; sometimes a combination of letterboxing and pillarboxing can lead to a black frame "windowbox" when playing the final video. You may find the following article helpful:

You may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

I just DLed Firefox 4.0 and there is this tiny (though no less annoying) little white square squeezed between the back and file buttons. How do I get rid of it? It's driving me crazy.
