There is a problem with Firefox (38.0) about browser

When I load Firefox (38.0) it only displays 2 boxes no text 1 black and 1 white. But it acts normal when I use it in safe mode. But it gets really annoying when you have to shift + double click at the same time

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Sorry, that "mail" thing isn't a standard part of Firefox. Seek support from the developer of the add-on you have installed that added that feature to Firefox. Support contact information should be on the download page for that extension.

There is a problem with using the new Hotmail attachment buttons with firefox 3.6.8

I use firefox 3.6.8 browser and was unable to use the new attach file buttons in the newest version of hotmail. .
I sent a help request to microsoft and got back a 'generic' answer that the new hotmail works with all browers; ie, safari, chrome and firefox 3.0+.
Well, that is not exactly true. Because I then troubleshot the problem by opening hotmail in ie vice firefox I was able to attach multiple files (pics/documents) with no problem.
I then went back to firefox and still had the same problem.
The mouse pointer just hovers over each icon where there should be a button and no clicking is there to be clicked....so, there is no way to attach.

Although possibly not related to your problem, I have to remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. On top of this, it has known unpatched bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum security, stability, performance and usability. For me, the google search bar turns blue once I've typed in a search term, but then want to click on it again to change or add something. The entire bar turns blue. I can still type, but it's hidden. Then when I click Search, it does bring up my search results and now the terms I've written are showing in the search bar, with no blue.
The only way to get out of it when the blue is there, is to reload the page.

I think this problem may be caused by Yahoo's changes making it incompatible with the klatest version of FireFox.
This is suddenly affecting many many people who use Firefox and are members of Yahoo Groups. All these people say they themselves changed nothing and have not been locked out before when using Firefox. But suddenly, within the last week, they are.
What did Mozilla do or what did Yahoo do to cause this problem? I can say that I was not blocking cookies and after trying a number of things to fix it, I went to Yahoo's home page and navigated to my group from here.
This problem is not anything a user did. Either Firefox is at fault or Yahoo is. I want to know which company is at fault and when they are going to fix it.

I had a problem with firefox not showing up when I tried to open it. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled. After reinstallation my computer tells me the file is corrupt and I still can't open it. Other browsers work fine.

Mozilla Firefox has worked fine for several years. Beginning two days ago I would click on the desktop icon, I would see the little whirling circle for about 1 second and then nothing would happen. Later when I shut down the computer, suddenly I would see the mozilla firefox page come up for an instant and then shut down. The computer was telling me that it was open, but I couldn't see the home page or use it. Then I decided to try uninstalling it and reinstalling. The uninstall went fine. But after downloading the latest version, which my antivirus program told me was safe, the computer refused to install the executable program, telling me it was corrupt. I have already lost all my bookmarks, etc. It looks like my only solution is to use another browser. However I really prefer Mozilla. Any suggestions?

Problems with firefox newest version 31.1

I never had any problems with firefox till now. When i install nevest version of firefox 31.0 problems appear :
1.Open menu button doesnt work (when i press on it nothing happens)
2. When i start firefox the bookmarks is dissapeared to get them back i have to remove boommarks toolbar and then enable again.
3. When i press inspect element nothing happens.
And its only happens in nevest firefox version , i reinstalled nevest version of firefox and installed lover versions and everything works fine, then i update again firefox to 31.0 and again same problems.
I tried evrything :fully uninstalled firefox from programms and %appdata% and it doesnt helps.
