That's VoiceOver. To turn VoiceOver off, press Command and F5 keys, or open System Preferences > Accesibility > VoiceOver, and unmark "Enable VoiceOver"

Every time I try to download the new version of Adobe Flash Player it saves as a .txt file and I do not know how to get it to save in the correct format.

My iPad does not have the automatic software update and I do not know how to get IOS 6 onto it. When I go into settings there is no software update button.
If you are really on iOS 5 then look in Settings > General > Software update.
Otherwise:
If you are using iOS 4 (or earlier) there is no Software Update in Settings. That feature was first added in iOS 5.
To update you will have to connect your iPad to iTunes on a computer (preferably the one you sync with and backup to).

This is the input Menubar extra.
Open your System Prefs, then select the Keyboard PreferencePane. Click on the Input Sources Tab and on the bottom you shoudl see a checkmark next to Show Input menu.. Just uncheck it. -
Error says msvcr80.dll and I do not know how to fix this
I do not know how to download iTunes for Windows because an error saying that I do not have msvcr80.dll continues to pop up.
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

My ipod has suddenly 'zoomed in' and it wont zoom out. the touch screen is not moving properly and I have looked in settings but there is no where to 'zoom it out'
does anyone know how to fix this?It is three fingers, not two. From the Users Guide:

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Then edit your payment details.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Then try again.

How so I download the audiobook I bought when it says my new PC computer is not authorized?
Open iTunes and from the Menu Bar select Store...
From the Store menu, choose Authorize This Computer. (In earlier versions of iTunes, access this option from the Advanced menu).
When prompted, enter your Apple ID and password, then click Authorize.

My movies on Apple TV have started taking around an hour to download and I've not changed anything for this to happen. I've been told to go to Settings on iTunes, to reduce the resolution but there isn't a settings tab. Can anyone help?

There is a TV series season that itunes identifies as PURCHASED but will not download as it says it has already been downloaded but I have no idea where the initial download is. Anyone know how to fix this?
