There is a tax code difference between PO and MIRO

There is a tax code difference Between PO and MIRO.tax code is VO in PO but it must be T8 becuase invoice is T8.can you please solve this issue ?
Thanks & Regards
Raj

Hi
Put the Tax code same in PO and MIRO, because In F-47 you have to give the PO no in it. Then create MIGO, Then F-48 and then create MIRO, and Then F-54 Then F-58.

  • Warning/Error Message for Tax Code Mismatch between PO and Invoice

    Hi Experts
Is there any SAP standard warning/ error message thrown when the User changes the tax code in the invoice which does not match the default tax code of the PO? The client would like to identify a 'tax code variance'.
If no, is there anyway we can configure this? I have checked in OMRM and OBA5 and could not find any relevant message types for the above requirement.
    Any inputs would be helpful.

    Hi,
Can you maintain the validation for your requirement, when user change the tax code system give  warning or error message automatically.

  • Difference between MIGo and MIRO for GR IR clearing

    Hi all,
I hav created one PO in foreign currency for 10 items. GR is happening for all 10 lines with rate say Rs 50. Now when i am doing MIRO with same rate i.e. Rs 50, 8 materials are getting posted correctly. But for 2 materials there is inventory posting for fixed amount (in local currency) irrespective of quantty.this case amount in foreign currency is same but dieefernce for GR/IR account is in local currency.
When line items analysed it was observed that fo these 2 materials exchange rate picked up is different than header exchange rate. the difference in exchange rate is posted to stock account.
In short system icking differen xchange rate for different line items for one invoice ( MIRO is happening against only one invoice)
Can any one please explai this phenomena and any solution for this?
    thanks

When you do aut. clearing and the exchange rates account is set up it will clear the GR/IR account.
There is no reason to change exchange rates

  • Tax amt difference in PO and MIRO

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    We are using TAXINJ.
During Invoice Verification for some of the POs, the Excise duty amout differece from that of the PO.
Unable to understand from where exhactly system is picking up this new value for excise duty.
    Please help,
    -rajan

Thank you Pankaj and Durga for your reply.
Yes, While making GR, and hence capturing Excise invoice, the Basic Excise duty, Education Cess and HECess amount has been changed.
Now, during Invoice Verification (MIRO), system is picking up the updated (new) value of Basic Excise duty, this is correct.
But the amount of  Education Cess and HECess is not taken as per amount posted in Excise invoice, but system is calculating it as 2% and 1% based on new BED, this is not correct amount.
What can be done so that for MIRO, system shoud pick up only amount entered in Excise invice and it should not calculate.
    Please help,
    Rajan

  • Difference between extends and implements

    hi
i am new to java. i need to know the difference between extends class implement class.
can anybody explain in simple words? i am new too oops concept also?
what are the conditions to use extends class, implement and interface?
    class b extends a implements c
i know class a is a super class and class b is a sub class.
if class b extends class a means how should be the class a, what about the methods?
and class a implements class c means what should be the conditions?
i searched in Internet but the explanation is not very to me.can body explain me please?
    thank you

    sarcasteak wrote:
Your class can implement an interface, which means it must use the methods defined in the interface. No, it doesn't need to use them. It needs to implement them. Or be declared abstract.
Note that the methods in the interface are empty,No, they're not. They're abstract.
    // empty method
    void foo() {}
    // abstract method
abstract void foo();(The abstract keyword is optional for interface methods, since they're all abstract.
and you have to define what they do in your class that implements the interface.Just like they have to for abstract methods in a class you extend, if the child class is not declared abstract.
There really isn't any difference between "extends" and "implements." There is no situation where you can choose. Any case where one is legal, only that one is legal. They could just as easily be a single keyword.
Presumably the OP's real question is, "When do I use a class for a supertype vs. using an interface for a supertype?" The answer to that, of course, is:
Use a class when at least some of the methods have valid default implementations. Use an interface when that is not the case. And of course the two are not mutually exclusive. It's quite common to do both.
At the end of the day, an interface is really nothing more than a class that has no non-final or non-static member variables and whose instance methods are all abstract, and from which you can multiply inherit.

  • Difference between CS3 and CS4 when placing images, percentage not kept

There is some kind of difference between CS3 and CS4 when placing images. The images I've dealt with right now were vector images but it might apply to all kinds of images.
When replacing an existing image, the CS4 behaviour is to let the image fill up the frame. In CS3 the percentage was set to 100% as default (the % you see when selecting the image, not the container).
Also when replacing an impage in CS4, the "inner" image frame is kept, while in C3, the percentage was kept.
Is there some kind of placement preferences / settings to let CS4 act the same wat as CS3 did, when placing an image?
    -- Andreas

Yes, the behavior was changed in CS4 (and many users, like me, prefer the new system).
If you click and drag a loaded image place cursor the entire image will be be scaled to fit the proportionally drawn frame -- a huge timesaver if you mostly place uncropped art. If you want 100% of the image at 100% scale, just click and release -- same as before, or as before you can pre-draw a frame and place into it and your image will come in cropped at 100% (unless you've changed the fitting options for the frame before placing).

  • T-Code for reporting stock quantity difference between IM and WM

    Hi All
I'm probably going to kick myself for asking this quastion but is there a report to show the stock quantity differences between IM and WM?
I have searched the forum first but cannot find info.
We have various differences in IM and WM shown in MD04 and LS26. This is usually the result of an unplanned plant to plant transfer not being recipted in at the destination plant.
If no standard T-code is available, which tables can I join to create my own query?
    Thanks in advance
    Darren

    compare MMBE with LS26
Make sure you dont enter a storage location and storage type in selection screen of LS26.
if you post a difference with LI20, then you have just posted a difference within WM, means you moved a quantity from a bin into the difference storate type 998.  The balance of both is still equal to your stock shown in MMBE. You have to clear the difference with IM by executing LI21 transaction. Only then the quantity will disappear from difference storage type and will be adjusted in MM and FI.
LX23 will only report real inconstencies and will adjust them.
If you do a MM movement like 303, then this creates a transfer request in WM, this TR needs to be converted into a TO. to move the stock from the bin to the interim storage type for goods issue.
In your case you created just a negative quant in the interim storage type for goods issue and still have a positive quant in the bin, the balance is equal to the stock shown in MMBE.

  • Differences between SLIN and Code Inspector

    Hi,
Can anyone tell me the differences between SLIN and Code Inspector(SCI)..?
and in which cases we use SLIN and  SCI..?
and as an ABAPer, which one should we prefer..?
    Thanks,
    Pradeep.

    Hi
Extended syntax check or SLIN is used to check the program in all aspects for the different syntaxes like
When you use select single whether you have passed all the key fields or not>
whether you have maintained the text elements texts or not,
Have you used UNIT...CURRENCY along with the QTY and AMOUNT fields when displayed using the WRITE statement
and check for all the varities of statements used in the code, and if there is some problem with that statement/command, it will display as error or warning.

  • Differents between Bespoke and Customization code

    Hi,
Can any body explain me with example for the differents between Bespoke and Customization code.
    Laxmn

    hi
both of them are much of the same....
Bespoke:  is exactly according to the Customer Specifications, for eg:- say defining Enterprise Structure of a business this is done exactly to the Client Required Specifications..
Customization Code: is to make changes to the standard form of system. say as in previous eg: for getting customer specific customization in pulling some data, say sales order details, there are standard Bapis' provided by SAP but to meet up the clients requirements u might have to go on and write a RFM if available BAPI is not suitable for ur requirement.

  • Is there any difference between 10g and 11g M Views?

    Hi,
I need to give a demo on and working examples of materialized views. The requirement is this: Master tables are in a 10g R2 DB, MV is in a 11g.
I just create a DB Link in 11g to point to the 10g DB and then create the MV in 11g.
Will there be any problems creating a 11g MV using 10 Master tables?
My question is are there any significant differences between 10g and 11g MViews??
    Thanks & Regards,
    Channa.

You have to be careful about your versions. 10g could be 10.1 or 10.2 11g could be 11.1 or 11.2
    I wouldn't have an 11.2 database with a database link against a 10.1 database.
In fact, even with 10.2, I would try to ensure that I have a "high patchset" (10.2.0.4 or 10.2.0.5) although, in theory, 10.2.0.1 should also work.

  • Is there any performance difference between unique and no unique index

    Hi,
We are working with both databases Oracle and MS-SQL and we have an open channel to MS-SQL server core team.
We got the word from them that there is a difference between unique and no unique index from the optimizer perspective, i.e. the optimizer knowing that the index is unique may choose a more suitable plan for running a specific query, we're still trying to find a specific example.
Anyway, since we do not have an open channel to Oracle core, I thought maybe one of you guys knows something about Oracle optimizer behavior on this issue.
I am interested verified answers from certified sources and not suggestions or thoughts.
    Thanks in advanced,

  • Difference between ob08 and oc41 Transaction code in Exchange rate

    Hi,
Can any one help me out what is the difference between OB08 and Oc41 in transaction code in Exchange rates...
    Thanks in Advance
    Sivanand

    hi Siva,
When foreign currencies are valuated, all the open items that were posted in a foreign currency are valuated. The valuation is based on the individual open items in a foreign currency, that is, each open item in a foreign currency is valuated individually.
The exchange rate table is OB08
    AND
OC41 is another transaction to the exchange rate table.
When you try to change you cannt change the rates sometimes.... but u can see the rates displayed.......

  • Is there  difference between QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED and RSQIWKEX?

    Hi,
Is there  difference between QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED and RSQIWKEX ?
    Please clarify me.
    Regards
    Jeongbok.

    Hi Jeong,
To enable automatic reprocessing of failed messages, 2 reports
RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES and RSQIWKEX should be executed as background jobs.
To solve the problem that leads to the blocking of the queues we generally try to reach the receiver and restart messages from transaction SMQ2 .This  requires to change a parameter in the Integration Engine
configuration to be changed (category MONITOR and parameter
    QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED)
    whereas The RSQIWKEX program,
which you can also schedule as a batch job, is available for activating the QIN Scheduler as of qRFC Version 6.10.030.
We should only schedule the program if the automatic processing of the inbound queue does not function correctly. Note
that we must only use the RSQIWKEX program of qRFC Version 6.10.030 or higher for this purpose.

  • Is there a difference between AirPrint and printing via usb printer plugged into an airport extreme?

My printer does not show up in the add a printer option on my iMac when plugged into the extreme. I have a HP officejet 5610 All-in-One. I want to be able to print wirelessly using my Airport Extreme.  Thank you

Is there a difference between AirPrint and printing via usb printer plugged into an AirPort Exreme?
    Big difference.
AirPrint for one will not work via USB, so you will not be able to print from an iOS device like an iPhone or iPad using this type of connection unless you look at additional software....that may or may not allow this option.
Assuming that you get the All-in-One setup using the USB port on the AirPort.......only printing is supported.
You will not be able to use any other advanced features like maintenance, scan, copy, fax, etc when the device is connected to the USB port on an AirPort.
If you plan to use the HP for other things, I would strongly recommend that you connect it to your computer.
My printer does not show up in the add a printer option on my iMac when plugged into the extreme.
This usually indicates that your printer model is not supported. Check with HP Support to see if they have any updated Macintosh drivers for the 5610 that you could download and install that might allow this.

  • Is there a difference between Thrive and Excite power connector

Is there a difference between Thrive and Excite power connector? I am asking because there are a lot of Docks for Thrive 10" tablets....... If the power connector is the same, I should be able to dock my Excite 10" onto the same Dock, and purchase a similar poer adapter?
What are your thoughts - is it possible?

As far as I know AC adapter for Thrive uses 30W and Excite only 10W AC adapter.
Have you checked specification for both devices.
