Please Help! i just updated my Ipasd2 and there is this in accesibility, that made me in trouble. there is a voice over in my Ipad, whenever i touched it. and there i cant unlocked my Ipad. Help!

You updated your iPad 2 to iOS 6. You were playing with accessibility (or turned it on accidentally) and turned voiceover on. Now you can't unlock your iPad.
Do you know how to use the iPad in VoiceOver mode? First tap on what you would normally tap on. Then double tap anywhere on the screen. To unlock the iPad, tap on the "Slide to Unlock" bar. Double tap. Tap on the first character in your passcode. Double tap. Etc.
To turn off voiceover (even without unlocking the iPad), triple tap the home button. tap on VoiceOver. Double tap.

Turn the Phone Off... ( if it isn’t already )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
Turn the Phone On...
Restart / Reset

Have you tried resetting your iPad?
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).

Apps are only tied to one account... You can set up two iTunes accounts on your computer, however, and let his iPad sync to his account. If he has never backed up his apps to a computer, however, he will have to redownload all the apps. Afterwards, he can backup to iCloud instead of your computer.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -
In my iphone6, voice over got switched on and screen got locked. Phone is not responding for slide but only responding for double tap. Phone is not accepting my passcode as I double tap in passcode screen. Single tap just gives a voice over. pls help me to unlock the screen and switch off voice over

I had purchased an audio book from itunes on my iPad and when I synced my iPad with my computer, my audiobook disappeared. I have already purchased this audiobook, so now I just need to know how to get it back because it is not on iPad anymore. I don't think the audiobook was backed up to icloud but I have the receipt to prove I purchased it. Is there anyway I can get it back?

If you purchased it on your ipad, then you would have to transfer it to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.
You can then listen to it on your computer. -
I have several pdf files in my computer which are organized in folders. I want to transfer them to IBooks (in my Ipad) and keep the folder structure I use in my computer. Is it possible to do it? Do I need any other app?
By design, the organizer (and any other database management systems) is there to prevent you from duplicating your media files. The catalog management allows you to have the same image in different categories or albums. Duplication in different folders is to be absolutely avoided.
The same image file can have multiple tags like 'family', 'vacations', 'birthdays' and be present in three different albums with the same names. On obvious advantage is less disk space. Another one with your present folder system is that if you edit one of your duplicates, the other ones are unchanged.
I don't see an easy way to make your present folder structure simplified for the organizer ... -
My MacBook Pro was stolen last night. I need the serial number. It is not showing up on my devices list. My iPads and iPhones are. I have used it to to sync my phones and pads as well having it registered with apple. Any thoughts? Thanks

SIgn in with your Apple ID, the same one you used to access this support forum.
Hopefully, you will see a list of all the devices you registered with your Apple ID, including their serial numbers. Let me know how this works out.
Edit to add: If you enabled "find my imac" on your Pro, you ought to be able to remotely lock it, or even wipe its memory. Click http://www.icloud.com/ sign in with your Apple ID and click the big green "find my iPhone" icon (nevermind the name, it will find all your devices provided they're running Lion or iOS 5).
Then file a police report and nail the b*****d. -

You can try to figure out which Apple ID/email address and/or password you used to activate it by going to http://iforgot.apple.com
If you can't, you'll need to contact Apple Account Security with your proof of purchase. -
I started with one itunes account for my iphone and ipad, and now have a second ipad linked to the same itunes. Can I set up a new itunes account for one ipad without losing what has already been downloaded on it? I want to stop my husbands downloads appearing on my ipad, and vice versa.
A much simpler solution would be to go into Settings > Store and turn off Automatic Downloads

But I must point out that leaving the iPhoto Library on the external is worth considering. Your internal drive would be better off without having to carry the photos.
When you booted with the external connected and you were asked for the library, did you try navigating to the Library in on the external drive? -

You have to "activate" it with a computer having iTunes loaded. (Or have the apple store activate it for you)
You would connect the iPad to the computer's USB port with the supplied cable.
The itunes will walk you through the process with messages.
Then, you can explore and add music and apps with itunes or download them from the itunes store.
One way to get good training is to find someone with an iPhone or ipod touch and let them give you a few minutes of training.
Or take it to an apple store and ask for a quick demo.
You will catch on quick, fast and in a hurry.
