There is a Weard Problem with MY VGA CARD

I got Geforce 4 TI 4600 , before Week I installed a New RAM 512 when am home with my PC i Tryed a game To play (for example. Vice City) when the game started The Screen Was Shuting off, On ,off & My display flickers And fade into Black Screen ! I Tryed many thing like (Uninstall the New RAM and Play with the old one , Format My PC & Reinstall WINDOWS , Update the display Drivers , Check that All The Refresh rates are good , I checked the DirectX Test it was all (*No Problem) with Succesful Tests , My only Idea was to go for Any Service shop ... Iv gone for Two Shops they Couldnt Help me i dont know what to do am so sad for it ANY one Can Help me Or Suggest me any Idea ! please Am Using my Spare GeForce 2 GTS for Now ,(that Problem was like an Human Virus it was only when i start a game , but now Even if i started Windows with It )

Theres not much to go on, such as your computer, hardware, monitor etc.. I will ask several questions that may give you a hint... What is your video resolution and color depth and refresh rate..Is it beyond you monitor specs?What video drivers are you using? Look in the device manager to see if there are any conflicts, if so that may give a hint..Make sure you BIOS is set for your video card such as the correct AGP settings..Will your MoBo accept your AGP for the video card?My guess it's in the video area and not your system memory..

Debit cards are no longer accepted in the iTunes Store, it seems. The current valid payment methods are listed here:

You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they probably will tell you that it's not possible and that you'll need to use a true credit card.

Make sure that the chipset driver and SP2 is installed at least.
I had a similar issue that I cant install the display driver. The error message was something like the hardware is not supported
But it was very easy to solve this problem. I installed the driver via device manager. I have selected the graphic card and choose update driver. Then I did choose the advanced installation to choose the directory by myself.
Anyway, after restart the driver was installed and it worked. :)

I recently updated my credit card expiration date and CID. This credit card is the authorized shared payment medium for my "family" group.
I am the family organizer and two other individuals are "adults".
Now, when attempting to update applications via the app store on my own devices, I get the following error message:

SAME PROBLEM, BUT STARTED WITH: What I figured out how to do (ON MY OWN) while on hold with Apple all day yesterday. You have to actually END THE FAMILY COMPLETELY. From there, make sure you add a CREDIT, not a debit, card to the account as your primary source of funds. Now, that should correct everything, right?!? The whole reason I was having to do this was due to the fact that Apple now allows 'child accounts', so I didn't have to make my 9 and 11 year old children appear to be 13 just to have an appleID. This birth-year change can be done at appleid.apple.com under the security questions section (scroll to the bottom to find). From this point you will be prompted to verify the birthdate change and to make it a Child ID. Approving this process became a problem because I did not have a CREDIT card on file to prove I was an adult. Very upsetting. Anyhow, all of that got taken care of, and I am now unable to do any updates, and my children are not able to download the apps and games they want from 3000 miles away when they "Ask to Buy". I'll be calling Apple (again) and will re-post if I find anything out, since not much is being done about this situation.
