Person "A" reject the Sale Order now Person "B" edit same SO and again send to "A",now second time "A" approval
"B" in aleart msg go to that approval,press "add" button got information (error)
"there is already a record with duplicate customer/vendor reference number"
what shud i do ?
and why in aleart message box two entry for same SO
1st is reject but show SO draft [approved]
2nd is approval ...

hi,
U can change radio button option in per document tab of document settings for sales order,
Either change it to without warning / warning only When duplicated customer reference no. occurs.
Modify customer reference number by including dot at end.

While executing a report in BEx am faced with the error above. It ocurs when i take a drill down on Purchase order number field ( free charact). I tried by inserting this info-object into rows but still teh same error occurs and the connection with teh server is snapped.
The said field is also an user input field and the variable does not seem to the working as data other than the input values is fetched. There is a dump in ST22 with teh following error analysis-

The ID cannot be same for any of the component in that Page. You might have another InternalFlexibleContent list in some other region. OA Framework will not accept it.
Use different id for it and it should work.

I have a query with several variables. One of the variables is Version. When I use certain values e.g. 1,2 or 3, I can generate the query without any problem. However, when I use the other values e,g, 4, 5, or 6, the query gives me with the following error messages :

Help selecting from records with duplicate fields

Test_table2 is shown below with the sql to create it.
I need to:
     Identify duplicate address_keys
        Within that set of duplicate address_keys, select only if HH_Income is the same between the two records and the HH_Age difference is less than 10
           Now the duplicate set matches the necessary criteria, and I want to select from these duplicate address_keys, only the one with the most recent verification date
The purpose of this is to infer cohabiting couples. In the large set of data we receive, for each HH_key if the people have the same last name they are all listed under the same HH_Key, but if they do not have same last name but live together, they will be listed as separate households (HH_key) but with the same address_key. A further validator is if each HH_key reports the same HH_Income and if they are close in age. We then only want to mail to one of the people, so we choose the one that has the most recent verification date.
The result I would expect here, using the table I provided, would be

I really like the results this gave, because it allows me to create a view now that contains the pair in one record. Thanks for this response. I think I did post the result that I was looking for which would be the one record that we would mail to: Once I create the view with one record for each pair, then I would just need to select the verification date that was greatest with the related data. Would that be the best approach to take? The fact that I now have a single record for each pair is excellent!

Records with duplicate key in Infospoke

Hello
I have a question with regard to the output produced by a Delta Extraction Mode infospoke.
I have an Infospoke running across a single cube that pulls a number of characteristics and key figures from said cube. The infospoke uses delta extraction and is run as part of a process chain after the successful update of the said infocube.
The output file contains two records for each record that exists in the cube .....
The first record contains all the characteristics and the correct values for the key figures - this record corresponds with the associated record in the cube.
The second record contains all the characteristics as the previous record but, all the key figures contain '0' values.
The two records in the infospoke output file are always sequential. Every valid record (ie record I would expect to see) has a duplicate with '0' value key figures.
Has anyone experienced this? As the key figure values for the output always correspond when totalled I am not too concerned at this stage but just wondered if anyone has seen this before.

Hi Sally,
Info spoke first extract data from F fact table and then from E fact table. If you are extracting data into an table you can choose request id and package id as key on top of characteristics. But when you are extracting data into flat file you cant. so you will get multiple records.
Try to extract the data into a table and check the difference. If you have same characteristic combination records available in E & F fact table you will get 2 records in 2 different request nos(Check in the Open Hub Monitor).

Is there no time line recording with FCE 4 (recent update)

Hi Folks:
I converted to FCE 4.0 back in the fall but had not edited anything.
This past week I put together a 6-camera music performance for a friend. When finished, I tried to record it to tape, from the timeline, using my deck (Sony HVR15). It wouldn't record.
After days of trying to match up all the variables, reading, and experimentation, it appears Apple doesn't even mention recording from the timeline as an option now and only "export" or "print to video" is advised. Is this the case or am I not holding my mouth right?
I did successfully "print to video" last evening, but the process took nearly seven hours to complete. I started the function at 2:30 A.M. this morning and it finished at 9:30 A.M. this morning. (no, I didn't stay up) This certainly ties up my computer for awhile.
It seems there are other not so wanted changes in the update. I think I remember being able to toggle with the arrow keys one frame at a time and hearing the audio. I no longer can hear the audio. Also, I don't remember having to lock the video track in order to cut the audio without cutting the video.
Looks like I might need to update to FCP or am I opening up another can of worms? Sorry for the 20 questions but a little frustrated after this ordeal. Again. (as a retired producer/director of 40 years, I always had an editor to do these things for me. Now. . .)

Well, I can attempt to answer some of your questions:

Make sure +View > Audio Scrubbing+ is checked.
I don't remember having to lock the video track in order to cut the audio without cutting the video
Are you using the blade tool? Whatever you are doing, holding down the Option key while cutting/trimming should allow you to modify one track (video or audio) at a time without having to unlink tracks.
As for the recording from timeline, I'll have to yield to those of greater knowledge.

My husband and I share an email address. He now wishes to have an itunes ie Apple account, but it won't let him as there is already an account with that email address- yes, of course, it's ME. How can we resolve this?

However, when he tries to set up an account, he repeatedly gets told the user name - ie our email address, is already taken. And then his attempt fails. SO surely two people with the same email address can have seperate apple accounts?

Why is there an echo WHILST recording with my iPad 2?

Whatever is being picked up by the mic is being echoed three times till it fades out. I have no idea what's going on.
And also, when I use SIRI a very loud screeching sound comes out and i'm unable to use it. It also echo's amongst the scruffle sounds too :(

Well I have muted the sound on my ipad through my wireless keyboard, however my music volume is turned up to full. When my music volume is turned to zero as well as everything being muted it makes that scratchy sound.

What's going on with Verizon customer service phone number?

I wanted to upgrade my data plan, so I called 800 922 0204 (same as calling 611), and was presented with this error message:
"The information you have entered does not match the information we have on file. If you are entering a User ID, try using your cell phone number. It is also possible that the account you are trying to access is not registered. Please register your account at www.verizonwireless.com. "
What??? I've had this account for over 5 years, same user name, same password. I was able to log in, saw all info on my account, but when clicked on Upgrade Data plan, I was instructed to call the 800 number above. I had a chat session with the sales dept, they said they could not help me with this issue, since they're only trying to sell devices.
Anybody have an idea what's going on? There's no other phone number to call Verizon.
