i went to window to find 3d and found nothing
i have windows 8.1 , intel core i3 processor , nvidea geforce 210 (1 gigabyte) , 4 gigs of ram

Click on Help/sys info. Look down the list and see if the GPU is recognized and OpenGL on.

Whether I understood correctly that in the Configurator 4 it is impossible to create the panel for the Photoshop of CC 2014.

Afaik, Adobe Configurator is being discontinued - ALL Flash support is.
Rather lame of Adobe to push through with this update before there are any alternatives around. Because as it is now, there are no alternatives around unless you wanna mess around with the SDK.

When I open the Mask panel, it takes up the entire screen width and the Looks controls disappear, Also, there is a new panel below the Mask panel that seems to have no purpose that I can find. The documentation says "Mask and Look panels - The Mask panel is now placed next to the Look panel. WIth the masking and grading tools placed side-by-side, you can now work faster on the mask workflow." Is there a way to move, hide, or otherwise manipulate the panels for a custom layout? All the examples I can find on the Web show the Looks panel to the left of the Mask panel where the controls are available.

Ok, here is what I have so far. Appdelete the iWork and reinstalled. Pages and Number work, but not Keynote.
Now, I downloaded a couple apps that I need, and no matter what I did, the spinning ball came up and the download stopped till it unlocked itself. It is really frustrating because the download was not completed and whatever came through would not mount. Could this issue be the internet connection? Permission fix showed a lot of Airport issues. I will try to run permissions fix again.

sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
But as much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

If you have the PS+LR bundle, then you should install the Creative Cloud app, first. One CC is installed, it’ll show all your eligible products on its Apps list, with Install buttons next to the apps you’re licensed to use, and Trial or Try next to the apps you’re not licensed to use.
The CC app is the first thing on the Adobe Products page. It is a desktop app, not tablet app.

Bug: Default Panel width on Photoshop CS5 12.0.2 (all CS5 products?)

It seems, the Photoshop CS5 12.0.2 update sets the default panel's width to 10 px on Mac.
When I clean install the panel on new Photoshop it first opens like a thin line about 10 px width
and about 300px height. It looks very strange and some people cannot scale it back with ease.
(On Windows the 132px problem persists (bug #9 from here) even after update - panel cannot be scaled less than
132px)

Update: This behaviour is also confirmed on Illustrator CS5, so I guess it's a wider thing connected to the latest update of some CS5 component.

OK, I found the source of this bug.
minWidth. When you set minWidth on CSXSWindowedApplication with the latest updates to CS5, the suite will strangerly resize your panel to this minWidth whenever you try to set this.width. I will post it to the list of bugs.
The test case is very simple:

Color Profiles visible in a pallete/panel, like in Photoshop?

Is it possible to view your InDesign document's current color profile? I can see the profile in Photoshop (Info Panel) and in Illustrator (Document Info Panel) but not in InDesign. Is there an easy way to view the profiles of a placed document in any of the panels?

To view a placed file's profile in ID's info palette you have to select the placed file with the direct selection tool (don't select the frame holding the file). If the placed art has no profile you will see the ID doc's profile (which is assigned to untagged placed files).
To view the ID doc's profiles you have to choose Edit>Assign Profiles...
You could also view the InDesign document's profiles via scripting. Save this AppleScript in your scripts folder and assign a key command to it:

Video layer panel missing in photoshop CC

The video layer panel option is missing in photoshop CC so i can't use these options Layer> video layers> new blank video layer
I have OSX 10.8.5 and i allready check in Edit if the menu was disabled but it doesn´t appear there too.

You can certainly create actions for Elements (just make sure you don't include steps, like a history snapshot, that PSE can't do), but you can't create them IN elements, only in photoshop.

Not the most helpful error message from the installer? No details on why the system was rejected? That's something I'd consider to be some amateur-level programming in the installer.
You don't have a 64-bit processor. Intel Core series is 32-bit. Intel Core 2 series (and later) is 64-bit.
