There is no button to resolve my limitation

Hello. I got email asking me to provide more information about transactions, but I cant solve it. I had this request on my other account, and there was a button, i clicked it and I solved it. In this account there is no button at all. I have no idea how I am supposed to fix this problem. I really need help. I dont want to call them yet because it will cost a lot for me. Here is screenshot: http://gyazo.com/be3409d5a2079d95b695a6cda16f53c3and after I submited proof of adress they sent me email for transactions, that means they accepted my proof of adress and I only need to fix this problem.

If you have everything already in iTunes and you have synced with iTunes at least twice (to assure you have backup) then you should not lose anything. Upon completion of the update you will have an option to restore the device from a backup.
But, the update process will erase everything until you restore your backup.

what version of iPHoto do you have? Of the OS? is the iPhoto icon you are speaking of in the Dock?

Somehow my "IPhoto" icon now says "Preview". When I click on "Preview" nothing opens up except the bar says Preview. When I click on the Preview on the bar, a box opens up with different items, except when I click on any of them, there is nothing there. The only thing that work is the "quit preview". However, it is still there where my IPhoto icon should be. I can't get into my IPhoto. How do I get rid of this "Preview" and how did it end up taking over the IPhoto icon???

In the Print & Scan system preferences, does it indicate it is using a generic printer driver or a Gutenprint driver?
Also, if you click on Options & Supplies, you might want to check and see if has to be enabled. That kind of sounds odd though.
Another thing is it might not be showing. If the bottom of the print dialog has a button that says "Show Details," click it. Then, you can change settings in the popup menu.

The Bluetooth setup assistant should "find" a device in range when that device is turned on. What are you trying to add?

If you mean the drop marker then you can still get the History of the Back and Forward buttons if any by either Left-Click and hold for a second or by Right-Clicking them.
If you still want the drop mark there also then there is this Extension at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/backforward-dropmarker/
