In the EXS24 plugin not edit tab
go to preferences, advanced tools
then tick the following:
-show advcanced tools
-audio

Initially I had downloaded Document 2 (Free) application to view my doc, ppt and xls files. I was not able to edit the files so there was an option for upgrade the Document-2 free to paid version. I have upgraded the Document 2 application. But on my iPad now there are to application present Docemnt-2 (Free) and Document-2. I am not able to open any existing document using the upgraded version of application. How do I connect all the existing txt,PPT,XLS doccument to the new upgraded Document-2 application and then to edit it on my iPad.
As suggested I had deleted the free application and did a hard restart the iPad. I have again copied the document using iTunes. But I am not able to edit any document using this app. Document 2 (paid version) supports editing features of the txt/ xls /ppt files. Is there any problem while loading the Document 2 app. If I reload then do I need to purchase again?

There is no option to use the laptop without requiring a password?
The machine contantly asks me for a password. There is no option to use the laptop without requiring a password, such a nuisance. Like everyone else I really do not like Windows 8 either. I'm returning this waste of money and going back to living with my 5 year old HP.

There is no option to modify the sound input/output to built-in input or built-in output. I'm guessing the electric guitar is not being registered. I am using a 1/8" mono -1/4" mono cable to go directly from the output jack on my electric to the headphone jack on a macbook pro. How can I get this to work?
When you use an external device for input, GB often automatically selects that same device for output. It's an ease-of-use feature for most external devices. If your device doesn't give you the option to output to speakers/headphones, you don't want GB to do that.
Within GB, go to GB>Preferences, Select the Audio/Midi tab. In the Drop-down under output, choose "Built-in Output" and connect your external speakers/headphones to the Mac's headphone port (Alternately, you could use system preferences to direct your Mac's audio-output to your speakers and select "System Setting" in GB Prefs. The Mac's own speakers aren't going to be nearly as much fun as running it to your big speakers/headphones).

When I go "system preferences" "sound" There is no option to activate the internal speakers. How do I restore it?
Take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried.
1. Start with the steps recommended in this support article.
2. If your model has an audio-out (headphone) port, and a red light is coming from it, the internal switch is stuck in the position for digital output. You may be able to free it by inserting and removing a mini-stereo jack of the proper size. Inserting any kind of tool in the port may cause damage that won't be covered by your warranty.
If there's no red light, the switch may still be stuck in the headphone position. Try to free it the same way.
3. Disconnect all wired peripherals except keyboard and mouse, if applicable. If more than one display is connected, disconnect all extra ones.
4. Boot in safe mode. Don't log in; just reboot as usual when the login screen appears. When you do, make sure the words "Safe Boot" do not appear in the login screen. If they do, the system is still in safe mode and sound won't work.
5. Reset the NVRAM.
6. Reset the SMC.
7. Reinstall OS X after backing up all data.
8. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store. -
Hi, in dreamweaver CC, I created a new fluid grid page, but the options to edit the page are limited to code / split / live. The design optin is missing and I need it to move around the fluid grid to position my elements that I have created.

From what I understand, the product team is collecting feedback on the limitations of Live View for FG layouts and improving experience on that front. It would help if you could provide a list of limitations with the current workflow.

I synced my phone to my computer to get all my photos from my iphone to my computer and it put ALL my pictures from my computer onto my phone... how do I get them off? theres no delete option available on the phone
Do you mean to import photos from iphone to computer? Is this what your doing http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
Looks like your syncing pics on your computer to your phone. to remove it when your phone is sync to itunes, uncheck sync in the photos tab. -

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

The option to edit the bookmarks is missing from my current version 29.0.1. Right clicking the star
produces a menu but not the one described in Help.

CustomizeThis question was about clicking the star on the Navigation Toolbar to edit the bookmark.
You need the left-click the highlighted star button to edit the bookmark because a right-click opens the toolbar context menu.
You can right-click a bookmark in other places like on the Bookmarks Toolbar or in the sidebar and in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) to edit the Properties. -
I have already created an Apple ID. I tried to sign in on iTunes, but it said I have not yet used this ID with iTunes. It then directed me to the billing page. There was no option "none" for the credit card payment. It will not let me continue without entering one in.

When i save any image from any website then there is no option showing in the save as box like saves as .jpg etc. In this case I manually add the extension of image for example .jpg .gif etc. Please solve my problem :(

Is there any way to not use the plugin container for firefox? Ever since I updated, my firefox browser has been crashing almost every day and it always says that the plugin container crashed, but the rest of firefox freezes up as well, so I am forced to end the process itself.

Hi. I am reinstalling Macbook Pro OS X from the "question mark icon". During process, there is a question "select the disk where to install Mac OS X" but there is no option/selection in the box. I really need your help guys. I need it badly. :'(
If you got the question mark and you do not see any partition to install OS X to, it is not good.
Close the OS X installer by pressing the red button at the top left corner of the Install OS X window, and open Disk Utility. Then, look at the left sidebar and tell me if you see your hard drive. You should see something like this:
Do not worry if you do not see Macintosh HD or if the option with an arrow shows a different name. This is normal.
If you see it, choose it, go to the Erase tab and erase the drive. Finally, close Disk Utility and reinstall OS X. You will lose everything if you do not have a backup.
If you do not see the drive, it is damaged and it has to be replaced. You can replace the hard drive of a MacBook Pro without voiding the warranty, and any 2'5" SATA hard drive is valid. If you are not an experienced user or you do not want to go inside the MacBook, take it to an Apple Store or reseller.
