There is no Safari browser in my IPhone 3G. How to download/install the same?
Safari is built-in to the iOS. It can't be deleted, but it can be hidden. Check Settings > Restrictions. If restrictions are enabled for Safari, Safari is disabled and its icon is removed from the Home screen. You cannot use Safari to browse the web or access web clips.

If you don't have Find My iPhone on, you can't lock it. You should report it to your carrier and your carrier might blacklist the phone from use. -

You should be able to:
Backup the device to the new installation
Transfer your purchases into a newly authorized library
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in your apps.
May also be prudent to attempt a backup to iCloud directly from the device before you start... Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup > On. It won't save any media but it would preserve the general account settings and documents in case anything goes wrong while you are trying to extract your other data.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup!

Adobe has stopped supporting IB in PSE11 and is moving towards cloud sharing via Adobe Revel. In view of this I wouldn’t worry too much about installing or updating.

Little hard to understand what you are asking. Let me guess that this not an Iphone4S issue. Its a problem with your service provider. Contact them.

2 days ago i rented The Avengers, beside it took almost 7h to download, at the end it did not get fully downloaded... 20 last minutes were not there. I believe your issues are probably a network issue, which unless you resolve are likely to be repeated again. -

Consider this bug & fix this in iOS 8......Google's Chrome browser is very well capable of doing what I want with ease....(on my iPhone)

IPhoto 9 - Can't Edit photos. Only get black screen
Recently I went to edit some photos I have in iPhoto 9. When I click on a thumbnail to edit, I get nothing but black. When I show file, the jpg is there and it opens fine in preview. I tried the iPhoto Library Manager. Made a new library and then t
