There is no "SEND" for outgoing emails
1. I have windows 8 - don't like.
2. I'm an old man.
3. The problem just started when I tried to "REPLY", there was no "SEND" I tried compose and forward with the same problem.
4. Turned the computer off for a day but same problem.No way to SEND.
5. HELP!
In the Compose window:
View (Alt-V) - Toolbars
Check 'Composition Toolbar'.

there is a small customizing that needs to be set.
link under spro --> CRM -> Basic functions -> One-to-One E-Mail -> define multipart email ....
these properties can be set.
Address Search in Groupware --> where should the app serach for email addresses not identified as CRM contacts
Groupware for E-Mail Integration -> define mail client for inbound email
Groupware/E-Mail Copies -> define mail client to put the copy in the sent items
Supported E-Mail Formats -> mail format
Additionally transaction type for inbound mail is 0004, outbound 0005
pls create a blank outbound mail (no reply) from CRM and check if this reaches the recipients and is getting put in the sent folder after checking those settings.
is case on that does not help pls create an OSS and send it to me.

ISP requires authentication for outgoing email
On my Samsung Droid, my ISP requires authentication for outgoing email. I don't see this as an option and so all my supposedly sent items are sitting in my Outbox. Anyone else have this issue? My Gmail and Hotmail accounts work just fine. Thx

GoDaddy Ports & iCloud #fail for outgoing email.
Hi-
I'm at my wit's end. It has been nearly two-weeks since my iCloud (using OS 10.10.1) has stopped sending my outgoing business work mail (via GoDaddy). My mail server is GoDaddy and they have taken my call and worked with me to no avail. Their guidance has been as follows:

Needless to say I've tried them all 100 and 1 times. I have called Apple an equal amount of times. Again, they try to be helpful but ultimately end up pointing me back in the direction of GoDaddy support. I have read thru the conversations on numerous discussion boards and not a single thing has resolved the issue.
Any help to get my work email out of my outbox using iCloud would be graciously appreciated.

(If this doesn't work what do I trash Apple or GoDaddy? I've been loyal to both for more years than I can count.)iCloud mail should be sent and received by iCloud servers, don't try to change the set up. If you insist using go daddy servers you should use go daddy mail and then at least if it doesn't work, then there is only go daddy in the frame to provide support.

Setting up a different email address for outgoing emails from Iphone
I receive all my incoming emails to my iPhone through my @me.com account (mobileme). This way I can have all my other email accounts set up to automatically send an email to my mobile me account which in turn gets pushed to my iPhone. But I want to be able to respond to any email using a differnet email address so subsequent replies from third parties to my emails will not go directly to my mobile me account. (I just want to use it as push server for emails to other accounts). So what I did is to have my incoming email server be a mobile me account. On my iPhone I turned off the primary server "smtp.me.com" as the outgoing server and turned on an "other" outgoing server. But here is the problem and the question. I can successfuly send out replies using the "other" server but the address of sender on the email is still as being from my @me.com. So how do I have a different email address for the outgoing emails even though I can use that different email address outgoing server. Hope this explanation is not too difficult.

Why are there multiple keychain records for same email account?
I have noticed that it takes sometimes up to 45 seconds for Apple Mail to send (whoosh...) an email. Then I started getting an alert asking for my password intermittently.
I checked my KeyChain Access and note 5 records for this email account dating back to 2007 and while the password hasn't changed in all these years, I note the "Where" field is different in some of these records. So my uneducated hunch is Apple Mail is getting a little confused and having to go thru all 5 records insteads of just one.
As note multiple records for other email accounts and website logins I have.
1. Why is this happening?
2. Is it normal
3. Can I, should I, delete all but one for each item be it an email account or web login, etc.
or
Should I delete all 5 and let a brand new one be created for Keychain next time I send or get email for this particular email account?
I also see there is some info on keychain syncing. Does this have anything to do with my situation?

But if it isn't too disrepectful to reply at this time, I'm unclear with your advise because there are 5 items all for the same email account. A couple are duplications, and the others have slightly different "Where" info.
I can't imagine I need all 5 and wonder if I should delete 4 and keep the newest one?
All my email accounts have multiple entries.
Anyone know why this is happening and if it's OK to delete the oldest ones and keep just the newest? -
"Not Read" receipt received from sender for all emails sent.
We recently migrated from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 and I've got one user that started having a strange problem after the migration. She has Outlook set to request a read receipt for all emails that she sends and that works fine except that
for every email she sends, she gets a "Not Read" receipt back and this not read receipt comes from her as if she sent the email to herself and didn't read it. She also get the not read receipt if she deletes emails that are in her sent box
and again, the not read receipt comes from her.
This user is using Outlook 2007 SP3 with all available updates installed. We've tried a new profile and we've also tried on a different computer with the same results. She doesn't have any rules set up except for the one for clearing categories
that I believe is a default rule. I've checked the settings of the rule and there is nothing there that would be causing this. The other strange thing is that these not read receipts seem to come in batches. If she sends one email the the
not read receipt doesn't show up or at least not immediately. If she sends 2 or 3 messages then she'll get all of the not read receipts for those 2 or 3 messages at the same time.Hi

Tell the senders to stop sending messages with read receipts and it wont be a problem
And to To determine the problem, Please test the feature on local side to check whether the symptom occurs. Meanwhile, you can let the sender in remote domain send message to other domain to
check the result.

I suddenly cannot insert attachments to outgoing emails in Windows Live Hotmail. If I click on attachments or any other tool in the insert bar, nothing happens. If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.<br />
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit") -
Is there a grace period for apple email address?
Hey guys I was wondering if there was a grace period for apple email address yourname@'insert apple domain name'.com once you deactivate or delete it before it can be used again?
for example with phone numbers for certain companies it takes 2yrs once the number is disconnected for it to be available to be used again.
Which leads into why i'm asking this, as the reason for this is I had an apple ID/email address that i used when working for an apple reseller a few years ago and when i left i was asked to delete it. which i did but i would like to use the yourname part of it again with @icloud.com but its saying the email address is already in use.
Now i know what you might say that someone else could be using in but thats is very unlikely as i have a very unique name plus i also know that apple in their infinite wisdom kept all address ending in @me.com and @apple.com active in the icloud change over to allow association between @me.com accounts and @icloud.com accounts and i believe the later is the cause of my fustration.

I didn't get you (1 recipient list ???). Daily I am observing errors most of which have recipient as MAILSYS and very few othes like normal email addresses,

menu. email. settings. mymailbox. mailbox settings. advanced mailb settings.outgoing mail settings. access point in use. user defined
now when i do a email message it doesnt send when i choose send in any new email message
it seems a bug, because it does not quit of the send option, it appears a little window sending email, but it does not send!
then if i try to get out the only options are delete/save to drafts
can this be fixed?

Are you referring to webmail? Have you tried using an email client such as outlook, outlook express, thunderbird, etc? Those programs offer all the fonts you need.

Comcast email settings for outgoing email
If you are having problems sending email check your outgoing smtp configuration on the iPhone.
You need to look at Comcast's "How to configure Outlook Express to send and receive E-mail while traveling" instructions and sent the outbound smtp server to use port 465.
The issue is related to the iPhones outgoing mail traffic coming from a non-comcast IP address.
Set the smtp server to:
smtp.comcast.net:465
turn authentication on and use your account name and pop password.
SSL is required.

Mac Mini Mac OS X (10.4.10)So I had to play around with this, and finally got it to work. I too had the exact same problem -- while on my Wifi, I could send/receive emails but as soon as I ran over to Panera for lunch, couldn't send emails.
If you use a Gmail account, you can configure your outgoing SMTP server to use Gmail's service. This will still allow you to send/receive through your POP-account no matter where you are at provided you have a Gmail account.
Do the following to configure:
1. Go to Settings, click on mail and select your pop account
2. For the outgoing mail server name, use SMTP.gmail.com
3. For your username, use your gmail account information (example: [email protected]) -- be sure to include the @gmail.com
4. Put in your password
5. Select the Advanced Tab and turn ON Outgoing Uses SSL.
After that, you'll be able to send/receive email without any problems.
