There were multiple charges to my account. Wondering what they were for and how to get them reversed.
I show 6 different charges for $7.99 on my account. All charged on the same day over the weekend. I was told by Hulu that my account had been closed when I never closed it. I re-opened it and have since been charged twice by them and the other 4 from iTunes. I'm assuming be re-subscribing is where the mix-up happened. Please let me know who I can contact to reverse the charges and straighten everything out.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund. If a credit card got charged, you can also contact the card's issuer and dispute it.

There is no solution. There are limits to how many iCloud accounts that a device can have activated. It doesn't matter that it was by a previosu owner, it's the device that matters. Everything you do using an iDevice is tied to it's ID number, even Mac computers. This applies to the Apple store as well as the app store and everything iCloud related. -
I have downloaded icloud to my pc, however when i go to sign in to Apple through icloud, i get an error message saying my apple ID is valid but is not an icloud account. What does this mean and how can i update my account so i can access icloud?!
To use iCloud, you must first set it up with your Apple ID on a device with iOS 5 or a Mac with OS X Lion.

Try a soft-reset and see if it works after your phone has restarted (it seems ot have fixed the error for a number of people on here) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

That is the orientation lock indicator. It means that you phone will not go into landscape mode when tilted on it's side.
To turn orientation lock off double tap the home button, to access the multitasking menu, then swipe your finger to the right over the multitasking bar at the bottom and touch the big button on the left with the padlock. -

I took photos on my iPhone on yesterday and they all saved. I looked at my photos the next day and they were still there. I took more photos and now none of the last photos that I took in the last two days are there. Why did they not save? Can I get them back? My storage was not full. I just updated my iPhone to ios 7.1 a few days before.
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss) -
By my battery percentage there is a little icon like the alarm icon but it has a phone and what looks to be a keyboard underneath. Does anybody know what this means and how to get rid of it?
You have enabled the TTY function. To turn it off, go to Settings - Phone - TTY = Off.

Help! My 4th Generation Ipod Nano won't sync all my songs. I backed-up my songs first, then formated and then restored back to my Ipod. Now it syncs and my ipod shows up in the sidebar, but I get an error message that over 100+ songs were not copied over due to "not being authorized to play on my computer." I followed the directions to try to get those songs restored onto my Nano, but it's not working! Now what?

Rancho Cucamonga, CAAre you sure you authorized the computer with the same iTunes account used to make those iTunes purchases? Perhaps this article can help.

If nothing else try these steps.
Deauthorize the computer and log out of the iTunes store. Then close out of iTunes and reboot your computer. Then open up iTunes, log into the iTunes store and reauthorize the computer.

I have an iPhone 4 not quite 2 years old. 2 nights ago my iPhone was on its charger and it kept vibrating as if it was being disconnected and re-connected from the charger. When I looked at it had an "error" message but now I don't know what that was as it was 3am and I was half asleep. I just diconnected the charger and the battery read fully charged.
The my volume wouldn't go up or down. The box with "ringer" in it came up but no bars at the bottom to show the volume is increasing or decreasing. It would not play music out of the speakers either even though the screen showed it was playing and it would not work in our dock/speaker unless I used bluetooth and even then, if we touched the volume button on the dock it would switch off.
I tried a "hard" reset 3 times and tried switching it off and on 3 times with no success.
I tried 3 different chargers including a car charger, plus the speaker dock with no success.
It is now out of battery and I cannot charge it.
The iPhone also would not back anything up prior to the battery going flat.
I just need to know if it is fixable or do I need to start looking for a new phone?Welcome to the Apple Support Communities

Is the iTunes app on your computer opening in the Canadian iTunes Store? Go to the bottom of the iTunes Store page and check the circular flag icon in the right corner. If it is not the Canadian flag click it and change the country. Then log into your Canadian iTunes account and sync your iPad.
Hopefully it is now using the Canadian iTunes Store. -
When I click on the apple icon and go to "about this mac" and look at the storage on my computer, it tells me I have 50.46GB of "other" stored on my computer. The other categories are audio, movies, photos, apps, and backups. I wasn't aware that i'd put anything besides that on here. Please help!
The driver is one the Apple Mac store downloaded for me.
I attach the print summary which might give a clue. When converting
files to grayscale, I use Image>Mode>grayscale. The other thing is
that I can't print in Photoshop, so I do all my editing in Photoshop
and print through Indesign. Printing in Photoshop is just a page of
text.
The other odd thing is that coloured pdf files printed in Adobe
Acrobat are just a mass of colour, no recognisable picture but if I
change the print option in Acrobat to print in grayscale I get
pictures! I just feel I'm overlooking some checked option, but I've
tried to restore to default without success. I used to use Pagemaker
6.0 to do my newsletter on my PC but had to change to Indesign when I
changed to MAC and the printer hasn't worked properly since!!!

I tried both actions but nothing was listed in either option. Thanks anyway. The only other thing I can think of is that in order to use Mozilla it must transfer data from my Yahoo.com account. Could this be the problem? Otherwise, I will simply Close the window each time I log out of my bank. Thanks
