just but the MSI 694D Pro2-IR 3 week ago and still try to install.......
I'm having some problems with my computer. try to install windows 2K or XP pro,
start the install no problem but When it reboots the computer hangs. all the light are green on the mobo...??????
The configuration is as follows:
Board MSI 694D PRO2-IR with latest Award Bios and Drivers / 2 Pentium III at 1GHz + 2 fans and 3 fan in tower and 450 watt power supply / ATI radeon 8500le graphics Card Network Card / modem 56k /sound blaster
live platinum / 100meg zip drive / 3 X IBM Disk 7200rpm / DVD-ROM / CD-ROM / 2 X Floppy / 3 X 512Mb ecc registered of memory ETC...
Can someone tell what should I do to install and don't hang when rebooting with this configuration?

I've got the same problem if I use my AGP Geforce4 Card and place my Genius Sound Card in PCI slot 1. Moving the sound card towards the AGP (slot 6) makes the booting almost impossible.
I know there are very few chances that the cause of the problem is the same, but try removing the sound card and see what happens.

I have contacted three more people that made the upgrade and they have the same problem. My advise is not to upgrade until Apple solves the serious issue, I would hate to have to re-install Outlook...I can send e-mails just fine with apple mail on yosemite...
Might not be a generic problem but rather a personal problem..
You should try find a fix rather than waiting on apple.
Hopefully somebody can help you out.

my internet connection is ok, mail is ok, but app store after 3 resets does not recognize my ID and it says "connection is not possible". Why? I have the same problem, MSVCR80.dll. I "uninstalled", but can't "install" , get error message "Service "apple mobile device" failed to start. Verify that you have privleges to start service. No option works. HELP !!!! I'm NOT a computer geek !

I am using a PC with window 7 and adobe photoshop 12. I have followed Photoshop Elements Help and I still have the same problem. When I try to backup Photoshop 12 it has stop on7% when calculating Total Media size. What can I do?

This issue appears where there are any inconsistencies in your catalog (generally for video files). This issue may be due to offline files, missing files, video scenes. The recommendation here would be to fix these inconsistencies and try again. If that doesn't solve the issue, please follow steps mentioned in email by me.

This is a user supported frum, so making threats really doesn't help, besides which it's not like any of us can really make a dent in Toshiba's bottom line despite how many people we think we can influence. Unless those people were standing in line to buy a Toshiba product cash in hand, and you pulled them out, it really doesn't add up for them.
At this point it would probably be better for you to use the 800 number. Have all your e-mails ready to forward, if needed, to whoever you end up talking to. Don;t let them off the hook. An hour on the phone is much better than weeks passing e-mails through a support site. Also contest the charge with your bank or credit card. -
Since I have updated to the new version, iOS 7, I have noticed the battery does last long as it was in iOs 6. I have already updateed to 7.0.2 the latest version. Some friends have the same problem May I know the reason?

when I try to install the 'GOOD for enterprise" app, I am getting error 0x100001 during retireve settings step. I followed the step of reloading the OS to fix this as suggested in another thread but even after that I have the same problem. Please help.

My iMac suddenly has a USB problem. I can connect to drives and printers. I am able to pul info off from drives. When I try to send info to a drive or printer, the connection is lost. All USB ports appear to have the same problem. Can anyone help?
Please do 2-3 SMC and PRAM resets back to back and retest. Also use new cables, they can go bad.

My new iPhone 4s and my iPad 1 have the same problem: While working on one of them, the screen goes black and the right back to home screen. I've tried resetting the iPad with no chages to this problem. Need help, this is anoying.
I just did a reset all settings on both.

Always i have the same problem with MPG2. doesn't support
anybody fixed this problem or I must change the serial numbers always again and again, and re-install ADOBE and the same problem came back after worked two or three weeks.

Ronnie.When Firefox crashes, it usually records information about what was happening at that moment and displays the Mozilla Crash Reporter. Are you seeing that, or is Firefox just freezing and you're killing it?
Assuming you have crashes, you can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "[[Firefox Crashes]]" (especially the last section) for steps to get those crash report IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.
If that's not possible, have you tried Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
* Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset).

Ever since installing iCloud and Lion my computer is slow or freezes. The color wheel comes on and My work stops. I have only a small window of time where my computers will function normally during the day. I know many others that have the same problem. I'll get 20-30 minutes of work done and then a sync or something comes on, the color wheel of death shows up, and my productivity is shot. I have to shut the computer down the hard way! when it comes back up, it is still either frozen or slow. I've checked in at the genius bar and all they say is that there have been some problems that Apple is trying to fix. It effects Mail, Contacts, Safari, Calendar....yeah, pretty much everything. My iPhone and iPad are not effected as much so I end up doing what I can with them. I've seen the blogs out there and understand that many have the same problem. I have been waiting to read about a fix but I have found nothing! Any ideas?
Not enough free space on the startup disk can slow the system down.
Right or control click the MacintoshHD icon. Click Get Info. In the Get Info window you will see Capacity and Available. Make sure there's a minimum of 15% free disk space.
For startup issues... open System Preferences > Users & Groups - Login Items. Delete any apps listed there then restart your mac.
And disable the Lion "resume" feature.
Open System Preferences > General
Deselect: Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps
And Spotlight may be indexing... you can turn that off > Turning Off Spotlight | Mac Tricks And Tips
