Things IMHO needing Fixing

The following IMHO need fixing at the time of this post. All website references are from UK, in case elsewhere is different
Fron page is as URL redirection from http://certification.oracle.com
1) Beta Testing Available for Oracle 11g R2: Grid Infrastructure and RAC Administration Exam advertised on front page when beta is no longer available.
2) FAQ's again difficult to reach from front page ... one needs to hunt for these (Though perhaps reasonable obvious in Preparation/FAQ's).
---- This needs to be checked each time page is changed and should be aded to page test list.
3) The link to Oracle certification report IMHO needs to be directly available rather that finding something elsse that has a link to it.

..... A certified person purporting to work for Oracle Saudi Arabia has been advocating braindumps to users on another forum (post now removed by moderator). He has also advocating braindumps 3 years ago. details on service request. Also reported to OCPfraud. Recommend check this is handled appropriately and it is auditted it is handled appropriately (may of coursse simply not be an Oracle employee/subbie).
5) Service request form:
This seems to blow out with a character buffer too small PL/SQL error if too much (and it isn;t a lot really) information submitted (or maybe it had a glitch yesterday that cleared today). I submitted same info in 2 posts links service request to get round it.
6) Service request: 21313293 ... seems to have not removed the braindump reference from the post! Recommend discuss with moderator on {forum:id=923} with regard to this.

2) You are correct, the FAQ is hard to find. This is on our radar and we are working on a new and improved FAQ. Don't have a timeline on it yet, but will be better. We will talk to web team about improving visibility to FAQ link.

What (3) meant to say that I could only find the link to raise a (certification) service request by going to indirect places I suspect it existed. From The main certification web site( or the FAQs) there was no obvious link to the page to raise a serice request.
The (( [email protected] )) email was for reporting the person mentioned in (4) as he has microsoft certifications also. A bad post edt on my part.
May I also mention that the link for service requests updates find in the emails from service requires ... http://global-service.oraclecorp.com/OA_HTML/xxxxxxxx.jsp?srID=999999999 also apears not to be working ...
