Third-Party Audiobooks - How-to?

I received an audiobook from a third-party website, and now have it in my iTunes library - mixed in with all of my other media.
Is there any way to move the audiobook as a whole into the Audiobooks section of iTunes, and conversely, to have it in the Audiobooks section of my iPod?
I don't like it when I go from bobbing my head to wondering why Chapter 4 of "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" is playing.

First file type must be AAC. You may have to convert.
See aldoblog.com for detailed instructions. http://aldoblog.com/audiobooks/

  • When installing third party software, how do I temporarily turn off the factory installed virus sw and firewall?

when installing third party software, how do I temporarily turn off the factory installed virus sw and firewall?  Is it necessary on a Mac to do so?  I come from the Windows world and am still in the learning curve on the Mac.

Correct.  I have not installed ANY other software for anti-virus, etc.  I want to install a Synch app for my HTC phone to sych with MS Outlook 2011 installed on my Mac.    HTC will not synch with it otherwise.  That was really the basis for my question....if installing a non Apple app can be done without messing with factory settings on the Mac.  In Windows I remember that I needed to disable Norton and the Firewall in order for installation to occur.
    Thanks.

  • In third party scenario how can we ensure that no costs go un booked?

    Dear all,
My client is a trading company, here we have suggested a third party sales scenario without shipping notification for trading but client is asking that how can we ensure the costs of trading will not be absorbed by client. and whatever paid to vendor and fully will be collected from customer along with the profit margin.
    regards,
    Sanju..

    hi,
ok, here we are not producing the goods to book cost of the product against it.
    you can consider this option:
In MMR you can have the price uploaded when ever the price changes takes place and it will flow from the sales order.

  • Third party sale-how to GI GR simultaneously in outbound delivery

VA01 - Item cat:TAS/ sch.line cat- CS- with which automatic PR will be created,
schedule line- bussiness data :item category =blank , acct assgt cat. =M .movement type =601 .
item category;  special stock = E.
ME21N wrt: PR generated in step-1
vl01n - assignment of Purchase order in outbound delivery
vl02n - carry out at the same time a goods issue (referred to the delivery) and a goods receipt (referred to the PO).
    MIRO - verifying vendor invoice.
VF01- wrt: sales order created in step-1
in this case, my process is not like the stander third party sale.
How to config the sap to GI and GR simultaneously in the the t-code "vl02n"?
and GI and GR is all related to the "E" stock?
    thanks a lot.

    Hi,
In third party sales there is no outbound delivery take place, our vendor ships material to our customer,
    Process :
Create sales order >> PR >> P.O >> Invoice reciepts >> Invoice to customer
Still if you want to carry our that goods you recieved & want to perform outbound delivery then you can still able to configure it, but simplest way is just Determine item category TAB instead of tas in sales order
    Process
Sales order >> PR >> PO >> Goods reciepts - MIGO >> Invoice reciepts - MIRO >> Outbound delivery >> Invoice to customer.

  • When I try to do financial transactions I get a warning message "You have requested an encrypted page that contains some unencrypted information. Information that you see or enter on this page could easily be read by a third party." How much do I need to

When I try to process financial information such as log onto my banking account or my paypal account, or pay for something online I get a warning message "You have requested an encrypted page that contains some unencrypted information. Information that you see or enter on this page could easily be read by a third party." I also never get a padlock to show that I am on a secure site. How much do I need to worry or what should I do?

I would not trust that on a banking site. If it were just a forum, no problem, but anything unencrypted during banking is suspicious.

  • How to Retrive data Form Third party tool & up lode  in  SAP

    HI Friends,
My client was implementing sap & parlay  .NET for   HR module .
my client requirement was what ever amount   he payed  for Employees  that should also uplode in sap.
In SAP he is treating employee as Vendor .
so please guide me how can I Retrive data from third party tool & how can i uploaded in sap .
    Regards,
    Reddy

    Hi,
Third Party Tool must be having some features of downloading data in a format like Excel.
In SAP Side, this File is going to be your input...Now you can try different options:
    1) Identify the IDOC that serves your purpose and populate the idoc and fire an Inbound IDOC.
    2) Run a BDC for your relevant Txn Code by uploading the Third Party generated Excel data into an internal Table.
    3) Use an Standard BAPI to upload data into SAP.
    4) If possible, Use an SAP Provided Direct Input program to pump data in SAP.
You need to give the expected format of Excel to the Third Party user generating the Excel for you.

  • On the iMac Retina how do you scale to 5K without using a third party app?

On the Apple website there is a statement suggesting that using FCPX a 4K video can be seen in native resolution and still have room for timeline and tools etc. Without resorting to use of a third party app how do you adjust an iMac retina OSX and FCPX to achieve this?

    Thanks for your comment
I would have thought so too however having now visited two local Apple stores and asked staff how to see a 4K video at full resolution none of them could show me. The resolution settings of the iMac Retina are way below the full 5K. At optimised for Retina its understandably half but even when settings are adjusted to highest resolution it is nowhere near 5K - it gets scaled to somewhere between 3-4K. There is talk of "content awareness" but this didn't seem to have much impact when using Quicktime or FCPX to view the sample 4K video files (checking info on these files reveals they are 4K images but when viewed the  resolution was lower).
I am aware third party apps (such as RDM) can be used to get greater control over what resolutions the display gets run at but from the description on the Apple website I would expect this adjustment to be able to be made in OS X.
Quote from Apple iMac Retina pages:
"The sheer number of pixels on the new iMac with Retina 5K display lets you view the latest high-resolution 4K video at 100 per cent, while still leaving plenty of room for your assets and timeline."
So how do you achieve this? The iMac Retinas I tried in store did not show this.

  • Purchase Requestion  for Third Party Sales Order

    Hello Team
I want the system to create Purchase Requisition automatically and some times Manually (Possible if both Option are available) for the Sales Order which belongs to Third Party.
    How to achieve this?
    Thanks
    Nick

    Hi Nick
Following are the steps of third party:
    1) Creation of third party sales order
    2) Generation of automatic purchase reqisition through the configuration of schedule line CS in SD.(schedule line is determined by the item categoty and the mrp type.
please dont maintain mrp type in the material master.so that it will determin CS directly.
in the tcode VOV6,please check whether the document type NB is maintained for CS.
    This will created auto PR).
    3) You can check the PR Number in the schedule line tab of sales order.PR requirement will not be available in the MD04.
    4) Manually create a PO for vendor with item category S.
    5) There will be no GR in this case.
    6) Create an invoice verification document.
    7) Create an invoice from the SD side w.r.t Sales order.
Hope this might have answered ur question

  • Use of third party SCs with your Product

Our developers have some third party jsp files etc that they want to use with their new Products they are developing.  I created the Product called Pilot WebApp and then created an SC called THIRD PARTY.  How do I associate the 3rd party jar files with the THIRD PARTY SC?  Do I have to use NDS or do I have to reference via SLD and use SDM to deploy etc.  I am not referring to the ability to connect tracks.  Is connecting tracks the only option?  Basically do I have to add the jar files to a track of its own.  As you may tell by my wording I am an admin and not a developer.

    Hi Steve,
In order to use the JAR files provided by the some other vendor to be used in your applications one of ways available from SP12 onwards is External DC.
Once you create a track and import the Dev Config into NDS create an External Library DC. This DC has a folder called libraries. Place all your jar files inside this folder. Then in the Package Explorer view right click on all jar files and all to the public part.
External Libarary DC does not have a deployable state. Hence if you want to deploy these JAR files on teh J2EE Engine then you need to create a J2EE library DC and use the public part of the External DC. This is done by adding the External DC as a "used DC" in J2EE library DC.
Please refer to note 833415 for more info.
Also this thread will also be helpful to you.

    Hope this if some help.

  • Third party PO account  assignment

    Hii..
For third party purchase order what is the account assignment required for direct posting to consumption, do we need to configure the account assignmment for third party PO, how do system decide to which GL it has to be posted, since the account is automatically assigned at the time of SALE Order cretion.
    Regards
    Sarfraz

    Hiii...
yes the material has a valuation class but this will be updated only if i am recipting the stock into  my location the respective GL will be updated, but in case of third party the material i am directly delivering it to the customer.
the delivery address for the material is a customer thus the purchase order is  directly account assigned such that if at all i am doing migo the value of the material is posted to consuption asccount,  i need to know which is this account assignment/ consumption account.

    Hello Friends

    Hi sachin
In MIRO , we enter with purchase number as reference. So the price in the PO will be flowing to the MIRO .So if you want  to change  the price you need to change the price in the PO ( in ME22N).
