There is a game I'm trying to play and I can't because the

option is unavailable. I looked at the solutions on the website and
I have the latest version of the Flash Player installed and I'm
using the latest version of my web browser. Can anybody please help
me?
Thanks...

  • Adobe After Effects CS4 Third Party Content only installed on one of two computers

    Hello,
I installed Adobe Creative Suite CS4 MC on two systems. One system lists "Adobe After Effects CS4 Third Party Content" in Add/Remove Programs. This left me a bit baffled as to what this content is and why it only installed on one machine (i.e., assuming I did not erroneously selected or deselected it during the default install). I thought it would be reasonable to install the missing content on the second machine but I cannot find an installer listing "Adobe After Effects CS4 Third Party Content" in the CS4 default or custom installer.
Could someone please tell me what this content is used for and how I can install it on the second machine?
    Thank you...

    > It should by no means be shown separately in the install database
That's not true for one case.
If you install After Effects in trial mode, the third party content won't be installed. But it leaves the third party content installer on your machine so that when you add a serial number the plug-ins can be added. This causes a new installer to run, so it will be registered (and need to be uninstalled) separately from the main installer.
Frederick- Verify that both machines have the third party plug-ins that Mylenium listed. If it's not on the second machine you probably have it in trial mode and need to serialize. (If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling After Effects from the Master Collection package.)

  • YouTube and "Matched third party content".

I have known for a few years that YouTube employs software that can detect videos containing audio from commercial CDs etc. but I didn't know how incredibly efficient it is.
I filmed a large theatrical event ten days ago and yesterday uploaded almost 2 hours of edited video in 9 parts.
Within seconds of the upload finishing, the  "Matched third party content"  message was appearing on 4 of the 9 videos.
It appears that the people organising the performance had used commercial music in those parts but in the others they were playing their own instruments.
Whether or not they have a licence to use the recordings I have yet to discover.
Generally speaking, YouTube allows you to use professional music in non-profit making videos but sticks adverts on them.
Regardless of whether YouTube permits it, the use of music from CDs etc. is illegal and if they wish, the copyright owners can sue you for large sums of money.
Frequently on the FCP X forum (and others) editors claim that because they have bought the recording they can use it in any way they wish.
This is totally incorrect and the purchase of a record usually only permits you to play it in your own home or in an iPod/car audio system type device when away from home.
The use in public halls and in videos (even for personal use) is forbidden.
Anyway, getting back to YouTube's copyright detection equipment, I am absolutely amazed at how it monitors every uploaded video and instantly flags up a violation even though the original recording may be somewhat distorted by having passed through a PA system and been picked up by a dodgy camcorder mic.

    me too!
Even crowd noises, added audio-effects or over-layered sounds don't 'irritate' those detectors.
    What irritates me:
there are literally MILLIONS of 'videos' at YT avail, showing a plain title 'Lady Gaga's latest' plus actual hits, etc ....
For me as a YT-customer, I don't see the conclusiveness of the publishing politics of YouTube.......

  • Cannot check Allow Third-Party Content from Global Storage Settings panel.

I cannot check the box that says Allow   Third-Party Content To Store Data On Your Computer in the Global Storage Settings panel. I have seen many other people with this issues but they have either been unresolved or the resolutions to the problems do not work for me.
    I am running
    Windows XP SP2 32bit
    Firefox 3.6.6 32 bit
Can somebody please help me resolve this issue?

When you open Windows Explorer, type %appdata% into the address bar, and it will take you to the location.
On Windows XP this is usually C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data
From there go down to the 'Adobe' and 'Macromedia' folders and delete the 'Flash Player' folder in each.

  • HT4098 HOW DO I ADD THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS TO APPLE TV UNIT?

I am trying to add "amazon prime" to my available third party content providers in my Apple TV, but I cannot find any place to do it?

The only content providers you can use are those already licensed and contained in your Apple TV. At least this is the case for my Apple TV 2.

  • AE cs3 on Vista can't complete third party content manager

    Hey there!
I'm using AE cs3 with Vista on my PC, and I'm trying to install additional format files with the third party content manager installer that is built in AE, everything works fine, but the installer can't complete it's operation.
    Please help me!

Time to get used to Vista... When you install stuff on Vista, always use 'Run As Administrator'. IE, Right click setup.exe (or whatever) and select "run as admin".
Should have no more problems.. Get used to doing that for plugins, and everything you install.

  • IMovie Music on YouTube: "Matched third party content"

  • R12 iStore integration with third party content management system

We are facing several challenges and are already a month behind for Go-Live with the iStore implementation. Hence, I wanted to check if anyone has worked on a similar setup
    1. iStore being used only for cart functionality
    2. All content, web pages are on a thrid party site
    3. iStore's deep linking is being used for cart updates
    4. We have a dmz environment and reverse proxy setup
    5. Payments is integrated
We are finding several application errors, there is a loss during the back & forth communication between iStore & third party site. Could somebody please advise if there can be a better setup or if they have implemented a similar network topology.
    Thanks.

    Hi All,
We are also facing same issues(Application Errors) and our setups include third party website linking, DMZ configurations and Reverse Proxy setups. Unable to know the root cause for these application errors as it was intermittent.
    Please help me on this.

  • Can I use Oracle IPM with a third party content managemen system?

    Hello,
Our client has a requirment to use Oracle IPM with a non-Oracle content management system. That is they don't want to Oracle UCM. Is it possible? If yes, can you please direct me to some kind of documentation.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Regards
    Abhishek

I think you should draw a scheme of your architecture for yourself.
    An A/P solution consists of:
    - scanning (hence, ODC/ODDC)
    - repository of images (IPM based on UCM)
    - workflows (BPM as a part of IPM license)
    - connector to an application (usually, Oracle EBS Adapter is used here)
If you don't intend to use any part of the solution (e.g. you have a different ERP system than EBS, you have your own repository), you can replace it with your own parts. However, be aware that you will have take care of the integration - Oracle can integrate for you only those parts that Oracle has under control (ODC is integrated to UCM/IPM, IPM/UCM is integrated to EBS, workflows know how to call UCM/IPM services). Of course, it uses open standards (web services or RIDC), so you may implement the integration yourself.

  • Do I have to repurchase third party content if i get a new computer?

I have a macbook pro with final cut pro X.   I was thinking of purchasing call outs for that app.  My question is, if I get a new computer in a year or so will I have to purchase call outs again - or will it work like the app store does meaning i can redownload it without having to purchase it?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Not sure if you will have to re purchase the call outs but you can re download purcahsed apps from the App Store for free using the same Apple ID on all your authorized Macs.

  • FAQ : BlackBerry Web Signals Technology for Third Party Content Services

    hi,
back in October, 2008, RIM announced the new Web Signals technology
the official Press Release is here :
    http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board/message?board.id=Hello&thread.id=56&jump=true
The following is my understanding of the Web Signals technology.
Get information : state of the art
To this day, users who want to get updated have many ways:
going on the website and look at the News page
subscribing to a newsletter and have notifications sent by email that stacks in regular mail flow of information
using an RSS feed (inside the BlackBerry Browser, or using a dedicated application like Viigo)
    Why a new thing?
All these information channels are standard and have been used for years, but all these were not using the abilities of the BlackBerry technologies. So the idea was to create a new channel that would be pushed directly from server-side, but to a cool location.
So what is exactly? For the layman?
Web Signals is basically an icon on your home screen, with a little indicator so show when there are new things. It's the same indicator as on the Messages icon and the SMS icon.
    How does it work?
you go on website that has created a web signal, and subscribe to it. It is usually free. The icon then appears on your Home Screen.
    FAQs
    1) seems like installing a Web Signal on BES is influenced by the IT policy. If you cannot install Themes or Applications, you can't install Web Signals
    2) unsubscribing to Web Signals is easy but you must know how. You just have to go to the following page, using your BlackBerry device: http://push.na.blackberry.com/mss/PM_subList
    3) you can move the Web Signals icon just like any other static icon on your Home Screen.
The search box on top-right of this page is your true friend, and the public Knowledge Base too:

That said, it sounds like you have exhausted all of the automatic recovery methods...but just in case, please see this "sticky" post for helpful information concerning your BBID situation:

Hopefully, this information will be of use to you.
But do please keep in mind that security is a 2-way street...the human element play an equal part in that security, and you have failed at that in this situation, yet desire for the automated methods to still recover for you. Such just isn't possible, because your failure has exceeded the capabilities of the automated methods.
Hence, you likely need human intervention from an actual BB representative, which is not available in this forum (as discussed in the first link I gave you above). But, the methods to attempt to seek human intervention are posted within the 2nd link I gave you.

  • Not seeing "allow third-party Flash content to store..." in Flash 10.0.45.2

    Hi,
I just upgraded to Flash player 10.0.45.2. I would like to review and choose my privacy settings.
When I go to the Settings manager through the online interface, I do not see the "Allow thrid-party Flash content to store..." as expected and as described in
    http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/546/4c68e546.html
    Instead, I see
I want to set up my settings to allow to store information from the original domain, but NOT from third-party domains, how do I do this?
The first choice is in French and says :
'Allow Flash content to store information on your computer". There is no reference whatsoever to "third-party" information.
Is this normal? Is this a translation mistake? Does the first choice there apply to ALL information (so-called Flash cookies), from the originated domain AND from the third-party domains?
Second question: I can't seem to find how to see the Settings manager in English...
I am using Firefox, but I tried with Opera, and the Settings manager looked the same: no choice for "third-party" thinsg either.
My OS is Windows XP SP2 (French), but all my browsers are English, so I'd like to see the Flash settings in English, too.
Thanks for any help, I really want to block the third-party cookies, but not the others.

    Hi again,
Thanks for your time... but I'm still stuck.
    The Language problem
I CAN change the language settings for the Global site, but the Flash Player settings 'live" window is ALWAYS in French, no matter what I do and which language I choose.
    The Third-Party Settings problem:
    As you said:
    In English, the choices are:
    Never ask again
Allow third party content to store data on your computer
Store common Flash components to reduce download times
    In French, the choices are:
Ne plus demander (This is a correct translation of "Never ask again")
Autoriser le contenu Flash à enregistrer des données sur votre ordinateur : This is an INCOMPLETE OR WRONG translation, the french sentence means "Allow content to store data on your computer". There is NO MENTION of third-party here.
Stocker les composants Flash courants pour réduire la durée de téléchargement. This is a correct translation of "Store common Flash components to reduce download times.
So, am I to think that if I uncheck the second choice, I will disallow third-party stuff (as in the English sentence), or will it disallow ALL content to be stored (as in the French sentence), regardless of third-party or not?
This is very important for me, and for all the French speaking Flash player users.
I can't believe there is such a mistake in a product used as widely as the Flash player is...
The Website Storage settings are per website settings, I do not want to have to accept/deny each website individually, I want a global policy for disabling third-party cookies, exactly as the second choice in English is designed for.
Unfortunately, the French second choice (apparently) doesn't say the same, as it allows/disallows ALL contents.
Could someone from the Adobe translation team (or equivalent) help to solve this, maybe?
Regards and thanks for any help.

  • Third party CMS for SAP LSO

    Hello all,
In the master guide for the ERP2005 it says that a Content Management system is required for the Learning Solution. We are planning to set up SAP LSO with a third party Content Management System. What is the minimum requirement for a third party CMS and is there any experience
with Micorsoft Office Sharepoint Service 2007 (MOSS2007) or IBM Content Management?
MOSS2007 seems to only support a subset of WebDAV
    funcionality.
    Regards
    Erik

    Hi,
I hope links like this are allowed with the new SDN rules. We use something called [Click Stream|http://www.sweetlets.com/click_stream.html].
Quite nifty little tool and not even expensive.
