Third party error
Hi gurus
When am doing purchase order in me21 with reference to purchase requisition. In me21 transaction I am given item category as
s= Third party item category
Account assignment category as =k (cost center)
Then am creating then system throwing error like that Item category s with account assignment category as not defined.can any one suggest me to do how to rectify that. It is urgent please solve this issue.

In that Comp Code you have defined the G/L account 60100071 as cost element..
Go to FS00 and enter the G/L account 60100071 & Comp Code.. and click the change button...
Then you will find "Edit Cost Element button on the top right hand side... click the tab & there you find a default tab...
in that you need to maitain the Cost Centre...
Use your G/L account

Hi In the third party process the customer is not able to create a Invoice the invoice receipt is already done in PO. The SO status is Blank, however in the SO their is a tick on S (multiple schedule lines), the delivery date is latter on 25/05 with the cnfrm. qty. is this the reason behind the invoice not getting generated. I have created PO from PR of a third party sales order. And now, i don't understand to delivery to customer.
Pls tell me solution.
If we have to create outbound delivery from that sales order, i get errors:
Item category TAS is not defined and Item category TAS is not defined, so item 000010 will be disregarded. I also checked in VOV4, VOV6, VOV7.

In third party scenario the material is delivered to your customer thro out side vendor
You are billing your customer
Vendor is billing you for the material he has delivered to your customer
Here we dont make any delivery

Customize the third party sales in summary:
1. Create Vendor XK01
2. Create Material u2013 Material Type as "Trading Goods". Item category group as "BANS".
3. Assign Item Category TAS to Order type that you are going to use.
4. A sale order is created and when saved a PR is generated at the background
5. With reference to SO a PO is created (ME21N). The company raises PO to the vendor.
6. Vendor delivers the goods and raises bill to company. MM receives the invoice MIRO
7. Goods receipt MIGO
8. Goods issue
9. The item cat TAS or Schedule line cat CS is not relevant for delivery which is evident from the configuration and, therefore, there is no delivery process attached in the whole process of Third party sales.

I faced this error in event viewer when users want to view documents from this third party deployed scan solution
here I have two WFS servers and they configured with load balancing in F5 .
when I enable both servers in F5 I receive this error messages in 2nd server,

Hello all,
I can't open a PP project without this error message appearing:
"The preset used by one or more sequences in this project requires third-party components that could not be located. These sequences will be modified to use a custom sequence setting instead. To continue editing using the original preset, quit the application without saving the project, reinstall any third-party components that are required and reopen the project".
What I had been doing before this occurred was editing a PP project using ProRes sequences and multi-camera editing. Multi-camera was not working very well and after a few attempts to fix that I gave up and finished the job cutting 3 layers of video instead. AME refused to render the three finished sequences of over 1hr duration so rendered final videos from the PP sequences.
I tried deleting plists for AME, PP and QT, repairing disc permissions and rebooting but there was no improvement.
Client is satisfied for now but will want to come back to this job at a later date so decided to uninstall and re-install AME and PP in the hope both would be ready to work properly when needed again. AME works fine in conjunction with a different PP project but now I can't open the PP project in question without the above error message appearing.
Having searched the net it would seem that the problem may be caused by ProRes but I haven't been able to find a definitive solution for the problem. Does anyone know either:
1. How to fix this?
2. If I chose the "modified using a custom sequence setting", can I be sure that my sequences will look the same even if they don't use ProRes? The final deliverable format will be mp4 so as long as the overall look doesn't change then I can afford a change in the edit codec. It's just that with three sequences over an hour long, I don't want days of work to be ruined.
Other older PP projects of mine open and work fine.

Open the PP project.
Export your sequence or project as a Final Cut Pro XML file.
Set up a new PP project.
Import the Final Cut Pro XML file.
This will get you back up an running.
Since getting back to editing this project I have found that some things will be lost or change in using XML:
You will lose position key framing, black video clips, dissolve fx, audio levels, audio dynamic fx, the ability to open a multi camera clip and change the camera view.
You will keep cut points, crop fx.
Not perfect but only took a couple of hours to save 3 days work. -
Error while creating the proxy object to connect to a third party tool.

I tried creating a proxy object with the wsdl file. I even created a HTTP connection to the third party tool. but when I try to execute the whole proxy object, I am getting the below error. Can anyone help me on this?

Veerabhadra Rao A.do a check on the wsdl file and how you are passing values in the proxy. The tags for XML are not correct. Open the WSDL in IE and see there must be an error. Or probably when passing the actual values to the XML generated each element is not closed properly. Error says tags dont match.

Error calling a third party WSDL from BPEL

I am trying to invoke a third party WSDL. This WSDL belongs to Oracle OPPM. When I call this wsdl from SOAPUI or even from the Enterprise Manger, it works fine.

I have disabled the field G/L Account in settings of Account Assignment Category of Third Party. Still I am facing that Error while Creating Purchase Order. Can you guide me where we do this Assignment of G/L Account so that I can change the G/L Account.

1. Go to T. Code: FS00 and enter GL number and Company Code and go to Tab: Create/bank/interest, write down the field status group.
2. Go to T. Code: OBC4 and Select your Field Status Variant and Double Click: Field Status Group (From Left-hand Dialog Structure)
Double-Click on to Field Status Group (as noted down from in Step 1).
From Select group, Select Additional account assignments and make Earmarked Funds, as optional.

Error in opening safari after i installed a third party software

Account dertermination error while doing MIRO for third party PO
Hello,
This is regarding error message while doing MIRO (IR)
There is already a PO in the system with item category S ( Third Party ) &
Acc assignment object u2013 C (Sales order).
For this PO , I could find 10 invoices already posted in the system.
Between when these invoices were posted , there were some changes done to the PO.
But even after those changes , many invoices were posted in the system,
But now , when I try to post the invoice , I am getting the below error message.
the error message is ** Account determination for entry SKPL WRX 0002 _ 1020 not possible** while posting.

Diagnosis
The system did not find an account for this transaction. This means that the account determination for key SKPL WRX 0002 _ 1020 is not maintained in MM Customizing (Valuation). The key is made up of:

u2022 Account grouping code
u2022 Valuation class

before when the invoice is posted , there is no error.
there are some 10 invoices posted already , but there are some changes done in the PO , after that they could post two invoices but for the third invoice , i am getting this error.
when the invoive is posted without error , these are the account movements that are hit

Third Party (Garnishment) checks - RFC destination error
We have an issue with our testing of Third Party Garnishment checks. We have a split system, with our HCM system residing separately from the remaining ECC modules.
We are getting an error in regards to the printing of the checks in A/P.
The posting is working fine
the vendor account is cleared
However, It’s not creating a check # or check form.
We can do other check runs in this client fine; it’s just the 3PR runs that cause the error.
The text of the error message is as follows: An RFC destination could not be specified for the logical system HPQCLNT210.
We have exhausted our resources here looking into the RFC connection and the partner profile and we cannot find anything wrong with them.
Can someone offer suggestions on what else we could check? Thanks so much.Hi David,
Did you check below is set-up correctly.
- Use transaction SM59 to create an RFC destinations for the remote system.
- Use transaction BD54 to create the logical system.
- Use transaction BD97 to link the RFC destination created in SM59 with the logical system created in BD54.
Also, check entries in TBLSYSDEST is filled with correct system name HPQCLNT210. Generally this error occurs when system name is incorrect in TBLSYSDEST.

I maintained all the configuration setting related to third party scenario. But when I create the sales order, I am getting following message. I beleave this si not related to configuration.
"Material purchase requisition" nicht erlaubt (User Status BRNA, Objekt TM0000000001VB)
Message no. BS051
I do not understand why this message is coming? Where can I re-set the user status and object?

Error in Export of Tech Sys of type 'Third Party-PI 2004s
Hi,
I am trying to COnfigure CMS with PI 2004s.When I try to Export Technical systems from Web AS ABAP from Dev to QA ,it goes fine.But I am not able to Export Technical system of type "Third Party". The Export Option when clicked throws error.But no error description is shown.
Any pointers for this issue?

I experienced the same issue and finally logged an OSS call with SAP.
The final result from development support :
"Dear Mr. Deberlanger,
unfortunately, this is a bug in the SLD coding. The bug has now
been fixed and the fix will be available with SPS10.
Meanwhile, we can suggest only two workarounds:
a) export all LD at once from the dev systems. This means you should
first clean up the dev so it only contains systems you want to export,
then go to Administration - Exports - and perform a Full Export of
the LD export line. This can be imported in the prod SLD and will
contain all technical systems and all business systems.
b) manually create the third-party systems in the prod SLD. If you do
this before you import the business systems, they will be associated
to the third party systems upon import."
