I was having a video conversation on skype yesterday and the words "Creative" appeared on my skype screen...this has never happened to me before and the person with whom I was speaking did not initiate this.  Could this mean that someone is recording or viewing my skype conversation?

Where can I find the third party app?
I'm really in trouble that I can't record and check my blood  glucose.
Of cause I exported the data from app, but It's not readable for me.
Please reply ASAP and give me other solution.

You find third-party apps in the App Store. What app are you looking for? Due to problems, Apple removed the ability to record that information in Health. You can always go back to whatever you used before three weeks Health was released. Why can you not check and record your blood glucose? I would assume you check it using blood samples and a glucose meter which has nothing to do with your phone. You should be able to record it in any number of apps, from Notes to purpose made third-party apps.

Does anyone have knowledge about third party tools that extend the standard auditing functionality in SharePoint 2013?
I am mostly focusing on being able to archive the audit log automatically before it is trimmed, and being able to query that archive.

Metalogix ControlPoint is great for this! It will automatically archive and trim the audit log for you based on your parameters. It can then search across both the archive and active audit logs.

  • Automatic po creation third party order

    Hello Gurus,
In case of automatic po creation from third party order we have attach purchase organization and vendor to sales organization. This restrict only one vendor against sales organization.
Is any BADI available which we can use which to change vedor dynamically ?
    Best Regards,
    Vasant

    Dear Vasant,
For automatic PO at the time of GR following are the prerequisites:
    1) In Customizing
    a) Auto PO generation must be activated in Mov. Type 101 & 161
    b) the plant for which GR is entered must be assigned to standard Pur. Org.
    c) Default Document type for PO must be specified in GR ( MB 01)
    2) Application - Front end side
    a) material must be valuated material
    b) Purchasing Info record must exist for vendor , material & standard Pur Org.
    c) Conditions in Info Records must be valid.
    d) Applicable for stock items & not consumable items
    e) you cannot enter any movement in GR block stock
    f) Material Master & vendor master records must.
If you ensure all above settings then it is possible to have auto PO during GR.
    Please try,

  • Third Party Process - forcing PO creation after error

    Hello eveybody,
I am implementing the Third Party Process and everything is going well but I have a question. If I enter say 10 items on a sales order and one material does not have an info record/source list then that item does not get entered on the purchase req. This then blocks the automatic creation of the PO.
If I fix the problem material and re-enter it on the SO, then that item gets ordered but the other 9 are not processed. Is there nany way to force the PO creation for the other 9 items ??
    Many thanks in advance.
    Brian

    Hi Stanton,
When you precess the third party order the purchase requesition will be created to the respective schedule lines so you can get the two different purcahse requesition for the 10 items then you can combine those two purchase requesitions in the purchase order what is the issue.
or you can run another PO for that problem item.
I hope it will not give any problem while creating PO
    Thanks,
    Murali.

  • In Third party sales, Part of MM..?

    Hi guru's
Can explain about third party sales and what is major part of work for MM in that.
1.Please send me the overall flow in Third party sales process  with Transaction codes.
    thanks
    sap-mm

    THIRD PARTY SCENARIO
in third-party order processing, your company does not deliver the items requested by a customer. Instead, you pass the order along to a third-party vendor who then ships the goods directly to the customer and bills you. A sales order may consist partly or wholly of third-party items. Occasionally, you may need to let a vendor deliver items you would normally deliver yourself.
    Process Flow
the processing of third-party orders is controlled via material types. Material types define whether a material is produced only internally can be ordered only from third-party vendors, or whether both are possible. For example, a material that is defined as a trading good can only be ordered from a third-party vendor. However, if you manufacture your own finished products, you may also want, from time to time, to be able to order the same type of product from other vendors.
    Processing Third-Party Orders in Sales
Third-party items can be created automatically by the system, depending on how your system is set. However, you can also change a standard item to a third-party item during sales processing manually.
    Automatic third-party order processing:-
if a material is always delivered from one or more third-party vendors, you can specify in the material master that the material is a third-party item. During subsequent sales order processing, the system automatically determines the appropriate item category for a third-party item: TAS. To specify a material as a third-party item, enter BANS in the Item category group field in the Sales 2 screen of the material master record.
    Manual third-party order processing
In the case of a material that you normally deliver yourself but occasionally need to order from a third-party vendor, you can overwrite the item category during sales order processing. For a material that you normally deliver yourself, you specify the item category group NORM in the material master.
If, as an exception, you use a third-party material, change the entry TAN to TAS in the ItCa field when processing the sales document. The item is then processed as third-party item.
If address data for the ship-to party is changed in the sales order in third-party business transactions, the changed data will automatically be passed on to purchase requisition and also to the purchase order ,if one already exists. In the purchase order, you can display the address data for the ship-to party in the attributes for the item.
You can only change the address data for the ship-to party in the sales order for third-party business transactions, and not in the purchase order.
    Processing Third-Party Orders in Purchasing
when you save a sales order that contains one or more third-party items, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition in Purchasing. Each third-party item in a sales order automatically generates a corresponding purchase requisition item. During creation of the requisition, the system automatically determines a vendor for each requisition item. If a sales order item has more than one schedule line, the system creates a purchase requisition item for each schedule line.
Purchase orders are created from purchase requisitions in the usual way. For more information about creating purchase orders, see the Purchasing documentation. During creation of the purchase order, the system automatically copies the delivery address of your customer from the corresponding sales order. In a sales order, you can enter purchase order texts for each third-party item. When you create the corresponding purchase order, the texts are automatically copied into the purchase order. The number of the purchase order appears in the document flow information of the sales order.
All changes made in the purchase order are automatically made in the sales order as well. For example, if the vendor confirms quantities and delivery dates different from those you request and enters them in the purchase order, the revised data is automatically copied into the sales order
you process third-party items by creating a normal sales order. In overview for the order, you can then overwrite the default item category (TAN in the standard system) with the special item category for third-party items: TAS
    Billing Third-Party Orders
If relevance for billing indicator for the item category has been set to B (relevant for order-related billing on the basis of the order quantity) in Customizing, the system includes the order in the billing due list immediately. If, however, the indicator has been set to F (relevant to order-related billing on the basis of the invoice quantity), the system does not include the order in the billing due list until an invoice from the vendor has been received and processed by the purchasing department. In the standard system, item category TAS (third-party order processing) has been given billing-relevance indicator F.
In the first case, the third-party order is considered to be completely billed only when the invoiced quantity equals the order quantity of the sales order item. In the second case, each time a vendor invoice is received, a customer invoice is created for the quantity in the vendor invoice and the order is considered to be fully invoiced until the next vendor invoice is received.
If you have activated billing-relevance indicator F for item categories in Customizing, billing can refer to the goods receipt quantity instead of the incoming invoice quantity.
You can control whether the invoice receipt quantity or the quantity of goods received is relevant for billing in Customizing for copying control for billing at item level.
FOR YOUR PROCESS Individual Purchase Orders WELL GIVE THE RIGHT SOLUTION
Individual purchase orders are used when your customer orders goods from you that are not in stock and must be ordered from one or more external vendors.
    Process Flow
During sales order entry, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition item. The purchasing department creates a purchase order based on the requisition and the vendor ships the goods directly to you (unlike third party order processing, where the vendor ships directly to your customer). You then ship the goods to your customer. While the goods are part of your inventory, you manage them as part of the sales order stock. Sales order stock consists of stock that is assigned to specific sales orders and cannot be used for other purposes.
Process Flow for 3rd Party Sales
Customize the third party sales in summary:
    Prerequisites for 3rd party sales,
    Purchasing org,
    purchasing group,
assign the Purchase org to company code
    assign Purchase org to plant,
should not maintain the stock in material, it should be trading goods,
    1. Create Vendor XK01
    2. Create Material – Material Type as "Trading Goods". Item category group as "BANS".
    3. Assign Item Category TAS to Order type that you are going to use.
    4. A sale order is created and when saved a PR is generated at the background
    5. With reference to SO a PO is created (ME21N). The company raises PO to the vendor.
    6. Vendor delivers the goods and raises bill to company. MM receives the invoice MIRO
    7. Goods receipt MIGO
    8. Goods issue
    9. The item cat TAS or Schedule line cat CS is not relevant for delivery which is evident from the config and, therefore, there is no delivery process attached in the whole process of Third party sales.
    10. Billing *--

  • Intercompany invoice not getting created in third party processing

    Dear Gurus !
I am facing a problem in creating the intercompany invoice in case of third party order processing.
In our organisation , for any type of sale two billing documents are creared :
    1) Commercial Invoice under the co. code for which sales org. is maintained at the sales order bookin level .
    2) Intercompany Invoice under the co. code in which plant is maintained which is used at the sales order level as delivering plant.
So, as per the configuration req. for third party processing  , i have created Sales order ( with automatic Purchase requistion generated ) , Purchase order creation with reference to the Purchase requisition , goods reciept ( MIGO ) and invoice reciept ( MIRO ) , then billing doc. or commercial invoice ( VF01 ) with the generation of accounting document and finally the intercompany invoice ( VF01 ) .
But i am facing the problem in final stage , that is , intercompany invoice creation .
Error Message : No open billing quantity has been determined .
I have checked the copy control for sales order to intercompany invoice and still not able to resolve it .
Please reply which setting needs to be done for this .
Awaiting your response , that what copy control settings is required .
    Thanks .....

    Hi Buddi / Mahesh / Kiran ,
It ' s good to see all of your opinion . But my problem has not been resolved .
I am implementing third party processing in my organisation , where the customer is an export customer ( outside India ) . Hence , this is a merchant export .
All the configurations / Customisations have been done for this process .
The process is running fine till commercial invoice , but the problem is in intercompany billing doc. creation.
I am again repeating - Error message : No open billing quantity has been determined.
    Explanation of the process :
    1) The order has been booked with item category TAS alongwith the item cat. group as BANS for the material used in the order .
    2) The sales area is 1020 / 30 / 35 . Here , 1020 is sales org . under company code 0079 , 30 is export's distribution channel and 35 is the division for components .
    3) The delivering plant used in the sales order is 1009 which is under co. code 0077. The price / condition record maintained for this material is in USD / EUR as it is a case of merchant export .
    4) The purchase requisition is generated automatically when the order is saved . It can be seen at VA02 - > Item details - > Schedule Lines .
    5) With the help of this PR no. , i have created a purchase order for vendor which is maintained under co. code 0077 asking for material in plant 1009 which we need to export / supply to the customer.
    6) The value of material per piece in the P.O. is coming from the material master record -> Accounting 1 view - > Moving av. Price .
    7) Now, the Purchase order is saved . With the help of this P.O. no. , goods reciept ( MIGO )is done .
    8) After MIGO , Invoice reciept or MIRO is done under company code 0077.
    9) After MIRO , customer ' s invoice is created through VF01 .
Remember : This is an order relevant billing , no delivery or PGI will happen here because the material is not coming into the plant 1009 .
10)The billing document ( order - related billing doc.) is created and the accounting document is also created under co. code 0079 in USD .
Till this stage , everything is running successfully as per business requirement , but i am facing the problem in the final stage , that is creation of intercompany invoice under co. code 0077 which is in INR .
In all other sales document types used in our industry , the process is same , that is : a) Sales order creation b) Delivery and PGI c) Billing doc. creation with accounting doc. under co. code 0079 and finally d) Intercompany invoice with accounting doc. under co. code 0077 and excise invoice creation with reference to intercompany invoice.
In the above, problem is not there becuase orde is delivery relevant , hence copy control is maintained for interco. billing to delivery type.
But in the new process , that is , third party processing , sales order relevant billing is done . so i suppose there will be a copy control for intercompany billing and sales doc. type , but i am not able to resolve it .
Hence , please understand the process before suggesting .
    Thanks and awaits reply........

  • A "VZW free msg" says a phone on my account "made a charge with a third-party vendor ... ."

This evening, I got a "VZW free msg" alerting me that a phone on my account had "made a charge with a third-party vendor." This is the second such message I've gotten this billing period. The messages are identical. My bill for the current billing period won't be ready till this weekend, so I have no way to track down any details. The phone belongs to my wife, and I am absolutely certain that she has not billed anything to her phone. The maddening thing about these messages is they give no details. Who's the third-party vendor? How much was the charge? What did my wife supposedly buy? No such details appear in the text message, and I can't find details anywhere on the My Verizon site.
This text message does add: "For details or to block such charges: www.verizonwirel." (That's correct as written—I presume some of the message got truncated. That's how the message appeared both times.) However, I can't find any documentation about how to block these charges.
After I got the first of these messages, I called Verizon's customer service number (800.922.0204). A very pleasant gentleman noted my concern and checked my account. He found no such third-party charges, and he advised me to look carefully at my next bill. I left it at that until I got the second message this evening.
Speaking of customer service: This evening, I tried twice calling Verizon's customer service number. Both times, the call ended with a recorded voice telling me, "I'm sorry, but your call cannot be processed at this time. Please try your call later." Huh? Why not an offer to leave my number for a call-back? They as much as hung up on me. Not impressed. And, by the way, why doesn't Verizon post their customer service number on the Web site? I had to dig up the number by way of www.gethuman.com.

Contact us on every page has the number.
*611 from your device works as well.
That third party stuff is probably "cramming" Verizon just got hit with this practice which is illegal.
The law states you can call Verizon up and have them place a permenant block on third party services.
They cannot refuse and you do not have to pay for them.
Notify the FCC http://www.FCC.gov or the Federal Trade Commission http://www.FTC.gov
    Good Luck

  • Scheduling third party sales orders in APO

    Dear Experts,
    Scenario:
Sales order with item category TAS (third party SAP standard) triggers a purchase requisition. The Preq calls ECC ATP check and gets scheduled simply based on planned delivery time. The delivering plant is virtual and doesnu2019t hold inventory. An inbound delivery is the only receipt against which sales order can be confirmed if at all I care to do an ATP check.
This is a standard SAP third party scenario with ATP check. The material is shipped directly to the customer from vendor and invoice by the company.
    Requirement
This purchase requisition should be scheduled in APO.. Condition technique-trans. and shipment scheduling
The scheduled delivery date then should be updated to sales order schedule line.
My purpose is to schedule a delivery date based on lead times that are more conditional than the one from info record that just has a planned delivery time which is currently irrespective of customer.
    Other info
Customing for checking rules is CIFd. Material is in APO with checking group maintained. All basic config exists.
The Purch req is calling ATP check ONLY in ECC that shows a delivery date offset from requested delivery date.
Why scheduling in APO and why not ECC:
I want to make use of possibly trans lanes duration in the future. by maintained t/lanes from vendors to all ship to parties.
    Related question
Is TAS item category hardcoded not to call APO !
    Regards,
    Loknath

Meanwhile I read these consulting notes on third party item scheduling
210455- Confirmation of TAS items and
549364- FAQ's on scheduling of third party PO's
where SAP's design intent of PO/Preq scheduling is explained..that primarily comes from this hypothesis:
IF WE CANT CONTROL EXTERNAL VENDORS, WHY BOTHER SCHEDULING VENDOR's DATES.
Sounds like an archaic reasoning!! given we cannot practically confirm a reasonably good delivery date with albeit approximate assuming vendor has 100% materail on release date. The inforecord's planned delivery time as I mentioned is only so much...not destination specific (the vendor can potentially supply to customers across the globe with transit times varying from x to 10x)
The logic used for confirmation of third party orders based on PO scheduling is this
    Backward
Release date =Requested delivery date - purchasing department processing time - planned delivery time or
    Forward
Realistic delivery date =Current date + purchasing department processing time + planned delivery time
To help visualize I tried a scenario with sale order requested delivery date 3months out. The PO scheduling screen is NOT called. The order stands confirmed on requesed delivery date with the simple logic applied being
Requested delivery date = material availability date
My requirement still remains valid though.
I want to schedule TAS items in APO..using APO master data or condition technique.
I need to get a MAD date updated to the sales order schedule line for gettting a delivery date that is more conditional than info-record's planned delivery time. Not sure if this sounds technically consistent but requirement is reasonble !

  • Purchase Requisition for Third party direct

    Hi Experts,
When I am creating a third party direct sales order, a purchase requisition will be automatically triggered from it.
I can see the purchase requisition number in the item details (schedule lines) of sales order.
Please tell me how can I change the source of supply. For me it is defualt as purchase info record but I want to use Contracts instaed of infor records.
Can anybody tell Is there any customizing settings for it ?
    Thanks.
    Nishant.

You shouldn't have to do any config settings.  This is standard.  So create your contract and release it.  In the source list add the vendor and enter the contract number in the agreement field and subject it to MRP as well as fixing the vendor and blocking the other vendor in the source list.  Re run MRP and the purchase reqs will reference the contracts.  Make sure the validity date of both the contract the the line item in the source list are long enough to capture all reqs.
