This abuchak seems to have shanghaied my homepage!! I can't get it back to normal. What's up with this @$%#!?!?

I installed this toolbar today and have tried a number of times to return my homepage to normal. It's like malware??

OK, it's called Connect Bar. Just remove it from Extensions and re-start. This is still malware.

After connnecting Iphone to iTunes ( while trying to delete U2's album ), all of my songs have been removed. How can I get them back?

I dont use iTunes since I have a windows laptop. I use CopyTrans , a program that basically emulates iTunes but is simpler. However it wouldnt allow me to delete U2s album from my phone.
After removing one song iTunes "updated" my phone's song list but in reality just deleted every song on it ( except for U2's atrocious album !!)
Is there any way I can get my songs back?
When I start up iTunes and CopyTrans the songs are still there. However when I attempt to play them they will not play?

Ana Candano, what is your Aperture version? Earlier Aperture versions - until Aperture 3.2.4 had colored icons, Aperture 3.3 and later are gray in gray. Do you have two versions of Aperture installed?
When you post back, list your version of MacOS X and the versions of any Aperture.app you can find with Spotlight on your Mac.

IPhoto some of my photos have gotten very small. I don't know how this happened and I can't get them back to normal size. Any ideas?

I have a large iPhoto library, personal. Some of my older photos have downsized to be very small. I am unable to get them back to normal size. I do not know how or when this happened and don't know if I did something to cause it. I have upgraded computers several times. Currently have a 2011 model 27" iMac with 10.7.4. What exactly did your friend do ? Did you or he take a backup of your iTunes library before updating your computer ? Have you checked to see if your music is still on your computer ? By default your iTunes library is stored under :
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\
Windows Vista: \Users\username\Music\iTunes
Windows 7 and Windows 8: \Users\username\My Music\iTunes
If it's there then you can add it to your iTunes library via File > Add To Library.
If not then do you have a copy of your library on a backup ? If you do then use File > Add To Library to add it back.
If you haven't got a backup then you might, depending upon what country that you are in and if the music is still in your country's store, be able to redownload your iTunes purchases via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.

Make sure you completely close Firefox first. When you get to the Safe Mode window, select Reset toolbars and controls and then Make Changes and Restart.

Rhonda you Force Quit and app by click the Apple symbol in the upper left and selecting Force Quit... and then select the app that isn't responding and Force Quit it.
I'm not sure what is wrong with your Mail system but I'd recommend starting over with it. You can find out how in Mail Setup, Troubleshooting etc... If you still have trouble then contact AppleCare, you have 90 days of free phone service with AppleCare......why not use it?

Albums are logical entries in the iPhoto database - you need to restore fromyour backup to get them back

Call iTunes support and see if they will re-grant it back to you. Shouldn't be a problem, they have done it for quite a few people I know.

I clicked on something to try to find "source" for embed and now I lost toolbar and can't get it back. It's the toolbar with the bookmark tab and I now cannot find any bookmarks. There is nothing on firefox to help me to put this toolbar back on.

Hit the '''Alt''' key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark. <br />

My Mac was re-imaged, had purchased version of Cs5, now I only have my product key, how can I get it back on my fresh system?
