When executing a Adobe Interactive [web Dynpro for Java application on IE6.0 and Adobe 7.0.9, I am getting the following info in the log "resourceBundle=java.util.PropertyResourceBundle@6ada73d0, locale=en, key=SAPUR_AX_ALT, string=Due to browser or system restrictions, this active component (Active X) cannot be installed, executed or displayed". Instead of PDF form I am getting a blank page [with no errors in the log], can you please help me out.
I have followed the notes 766191 and 834573 but with no success.

Has anyone had this kind of a problem? There is no other error in the log, IE comes up with a blank page [no embedded pdf in it]. Sometimes IE allows to download the "unknown.pdf" file but it does not embed, I feel its a clear Active X problem, please help me out.
We are having windows 64bit, NW04s SP11 and ADs is also at the same level EP7.0 SP11 with patch1.
And the client is Windows XP IE6.0 SP2

I just got a iphone 5, and wanted to sync my backup from my computer MAC G5, needed to install Itunes latest version but got this message?

OS X 10.6 is not going to doWillFeild much good seeing as how he has a PowerPC Mac that is not capable of running it.
The only way he can get the iTunes he needs is with a new Intel Mac.

Cannot Re-Install AI CS4 from CD

Had trouble with my XP computer...motherboard was replaced. Programs were saved, but not without issues. I could not define colors for a gradient screen and thought that the program needed reloading. When I went to un-install the previous version, it requested that I deactivate it. I assumed that since it would be the same program, just reloaded, I did not deactivate and am now wondering if this is the reason I cannot re-install. I took photos of 2 of the error messages:

Thank you for attempting to help me ... I ran the CC/S Cleanet Tool but it ended with "errors". Tried to find the log on my system, but was unable to locate it even though I wrote down the path. I attempted to again re-install AI CS4 (it takes forever) and it ended with "Installation Failed" (see photo below) once again. Clicked on More Information to get to the "Sorry you are experiencing..." window and clicked "Get Support" and was directed to the Adobe Support Advisor page ( http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ ). There I downloaded the "Advisor" for windows and other than it loading into the Adobe folder, nothing happened. Is there anything else I should try?
When I "uninstalled" it the first time, it told me to deactivate it...I did not assuming I still wanted it activated...could this have something to do with my issue?

Cannot yet be executed - Appraisal Status

Dear All,
I am trying to copy Documents_todo.htm fro viewing the documents which are pendign with the Part Appraiser.
But when I test the page, I am getting the status as "Connot yet be executed". Can anyone let me know why?
Also when I click on the document, I am not able to view the document as its not picking the correct URL for the document.

Since this is an old post I don't expect a reply but wanted to respond for anyone else searching on this.
The status "Cannot yet be executed" is displayed when a plan is in a part-appraisal status and is waiting for the other part-appraiser to take action. This is why if you try to open the plan you cannot make any modifications to it.
What I've been hoping is if there were an easy way to modify the text to read something like "Waiting on other part appraiser". We get tons of support calls related to this cryptic message.

I just bought my IPAD 3 will not activate says activation server cannot be reach. How to fix this and should I take it back and get a different one.

I have never had anything apple before and I just bought this IPAD 3rd gen. I begin doing the process of starting it up. I get to activation and it wont go any further. I have tried numerous times. Says "Your IPad cannot be activated because the activation server cannot be reachrf. Try connecting you iPad to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes." I am lost. Not a tech guru... Any help is wonderful. And is this a good model?

Nevermind. All i had to do was close out of itunes and reopen it and then it activated it. If anyone else is having this problem, try that trick and i hope it helps

What's the precise text of the error message, please? (There's a few different ones I can think of that you might be getting.)

The activation servers are probably overloaded with everyone trying to update to iOS 7 today. You might need to wait and try again later.

Reinstall Lion problem: "Lion cannot be installed on this computer"

Hi, I just bought a new Mac Mini 2011 with Lion already installed on it. After use Time Machine to bring back my old data I found out the system wasn't working at the speed anyone would expect from a brand new product. As an example, it takes too long to login or to get the window to close one of the apps of the dock (it can take at least 5-6 seconds to appear...) Something that didn't even happen in my old MacBook.
For this reason I tried to reinstall Lion using the method described here: http://www.apple.com/macosx/recovery/
I even tried with the external Usb drive option but when the utility tries to verify the system I get this error message: "Lion OS 10.7 cannot be installed on this computer".
I will call Apple Techincal Service of course, but in the meantime... anybody has any idea about why this is happening?

Reinstalling Lion Without the Installer
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alterhatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion and click on the Continue button.
Note: You can also re-download the Lion installer by opening the App Store application. Hold down the OPTION key and click on the Purchases icon in the toolbar. You should now see an active Install button to the right of your Lion purchase entry. There are situations in which this will not work. For example, if you are already booted into the Lion you originally purchased with your Apple ID or if an instance of the Lion installer is located anywhere on your computer.

My Pismo G3 PowerBook came with OS 9.0.4 disks, which I have used to do a clean install. (The reason why is a long story.) Then I downloaded 9.1, 9.2.1 and 9.2.2 updates in the same session from apple.com. The 9.1 and 9.2.1 updates have been installed successfully. Now the 9.2.2 update produces an error message: "This software cannot be installed over this localized copy of Mac OS".
I plan to install OSX 10.2.8 as well as having Classic once I get past this barrier, but how do I get any further?

Yes, Don, I had a similar thought about US English vs International English after I posted the question, based on a recent similar problem arising while re-installing AppleWorks 6.2.8 on a friend's computer. Last night (in Australia) I made sure that I downloaded the International English version onto my G4 laptop. After one faulty CD burn, OS 9.2.2 is now installed on the Pismo. This may be the first time ever that I have actually had 9.2.2 on the Pismo in around 5 years of ownership: previously I had given up the issue as too hard. So I am very happy and thank you for your confirmation of the approach.
As for the ZI prefix: well I never! Not in at those 5 years of ownership have I worked out or read or heard what ZI stands for! Your advice opens up a whole new world of understanding!

I had a similar problem some time back when I bought one from the store.
I suggest you try and plug it in to a computer with itunes installed and an internet connection on the computer. then you should be fine.
