This Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes store
My apple id registration is not yet complete, when I try to complete the registration it asks for payment option, I don't find any skip option in the process. Even if I enter my payment details it pops up that " payment option has been declined". can anyone help me with the possible solution to the problem. Please also suggest a way if i do not want to enter my payment details while completing my Apple ID registration.

I have the same problem and when I review my account and enter my cc info it tells me "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again later." and this is day 5 of trying again later. What the **** is the prob? It isn't the card bc it has plenty of $$$ on it.

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you to try to resolve this issue. First, you should try closing the app according to the instructions found on this website, which is a troubleshooting assistant for the iPad:

This Apple ID has not been used with the itunes store

While I am able to go online and log into my account, I cannot log into via the itunes on my computer. I just download the latest version today and keep getting this answer whenever I try to login.
I set up this account many years ago when I purchased my wifes first ipod but I haven't used it since
I tried to create a new account but since it goes by email address I am unable to do so.

Is this a new Apple iD? If it is, and you have already set it up, then you have two options:
1. Temporarily put a Credit Card or Gift Card on the account to download the free app. If you put a credit card, then once you have downloaded the app, you should be able to go into your Account preferences and change the payment option to = None.
2. You can download the fee App, and then set up a new Apple ID.

This is information you you have created an apple id.
To use this apple id for the itunes store, you have to agree to the terms and conditions and enter in the requested information before you can use the store.
When you create an apple id it does not mean you gain access to all apples features, you would need to create a :-
Itunes id
Facetime id
Game centre id
imessage id
icloud id
You can use the same email address as each login. but until you agree to each terms and conditions you wont be able to access the services.
This is usually done the first time you access each service and sign in with your apple id.
As to iTunes you need a little extra as they will request to confirm details as to address, etc, with the payment information they can confirm you are actually in that country you are trying to purchase from.
Once you have added the credit card details, you can go back in a set payment method to none and remove the credit card details once you have activated the itunes on your apple id.
Basically this message you are getting is just ADDING the feature of iTunes store to your apple id, and confirms you have not got a iTunes id yet.

Hi, just to let you know that i already solve my problem! I created a 2nd Apple ID when trying to download an app. Instead of registering with the app i already have i choose to make a new registation and so now i use 2 ID's, one without any payment options and other with the "None" payment option.
(I checkked someon's post that have made the same ...)

This is so frustrating! I have an itunes store account, etc. I lost all my info when I had to "restore" my iphone.
I wasn't able to do the "restore" until recently, gosh it was about 6mos or more ago when my iphone died...
So, as I get older I am having memory problems and haven't been able to access my itunes account.

If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.

Well you can't fix it without entering a credit card now - or without creating a new Apple ID. If you did not want to use a credit card with your Apple ID, there is a very specific way that you have to create the account. If you don't or didn't follow those steps exactly, you have no choice now but to enter a credit card - or create a new Apple ID without the credit card.
If you create a new Apple ID, you will also need another email address since you have already associated your current email address to the ID that needs a credit card. You also have to sign out of your ID in Settings>iTunes and App Stores before you can create anothe Apple ID.

You cannot buy anything from the iTunes Store until you authorize the computer. Are you unable to authorize it? If so see the following:
Authorization
Macs: iTunes Store- About authorization and deauthorization.
Windows: How to Authorize or Deauthorize iTunes | PCWorld.
In iTunes you use the Authorize This Computer or De-authorize This Computer option under the Store menu in iTunes' menubar. For Windows use the ALT-S keys to access it. Or turn on Windows 7 and 8 iTunes menus: iTunes- Turning on iTunes menus in Windows 8 and 7.
