Open an iPhone picture with Preview
Bring up the Inspector by hitting Command+i or by navigating to Tools -> Show Inspector
Click on the Info button (icon with an i on it)
Click on the GPS tab

Suggest to Apple - iPhoto menu ==> provide iPhoto feedback
Since I use a GPS enabled camera I do not use that or the iPhoto assign location - but your priview method sounds very much like the iPhoto method to me

Thanks for your help. Final question. So I am assuming that PDF funcitonality is accomplished via Preview. I assume then that the PDF creation in Mail is also similarly accomplished, that is not via an Adobe product, but equivalent funcitonality. I see now that I can download Adobe. But, does the Apple PDF equivlant provide updates to keep up witht the new encoding structures released by Adobe, so that I can only update the Apple equivalent, or is this not practical because Apple would be chasing Adobe for software updates?

Your question doesn't make much sense in English. To have no mail in your in box, you need to delete what you have.

Try trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder.
(On 10.7 or later: Hold the option (or alt) key while clicking on the Go menu in Finder to access the User Library)

How to Get Missing Dates for Each Support Ticket In My Query?

Hello -
I'm really baffled as to how to get missing dates for each support ticket in my query. I did a search for this and found several CTE's however they only provide ways to find missing dates in a date table rather than missing dates for another column
in a table. Let me explain a bit further here -
I have a query which has a list of support tickets for the month of January. Each support ticket is supposed to be updated daily by a support rep, however that isn't happening so the business wants to know for each ticket which dates have NOT been
updated. So, for example, I might have support ticket 44BS which was updated on 2014-01-01, 2014-01-05, 2014-01-07. Each time the ticket is updated a new row is inserted into the table. I need a query which will return the missing dates per
each support ticket.
I should also add that I DO NOT have any sort of admin nor write permissions to the database...none at all. My team has tried and they won't give 'em. So proposing a function or storable solution will not work. I'm stuck with doing everything
in a query.
I'll try and provide some sample data as an example -

You can log into your iCloud account on another computer or device and enable photo stream to see your photos. You should do this as soon as possible because photo stream in the cloud only keeps photos for 30 days and each day you delay, you will lose another days photos.
Photos in the camera roll...
If you kept a back up of your device you can use it to restore to a replacement device, this will restore all of the photos in your camera roll and isn't time limited.

You should be able to run the following command in mounted mode on standby database.
select current_scn from v$database;
then run the following to convert it to timestamp.
select scn_to_timestamp(99999999) from dual; *<-- Replace here the SCN value you got above. This needs to be run on the primary database due to standby database in mount mode.*
Alternatively you can also check at the alert.log file to find the last scn which has been applied.

Native query. How to get the data...

I'm struggling to figure out how to extract data from particular columns from DB. Here is what I have...
A table PersData with columns A, B, C, D and so forth. Also there is an entity represents this table called PersonalData.
I need to get the data from A and C columns, but I still haven't found a solution how to do this. I know how to exctract an entire row from the PersData table by writing the following code...

List<PersonalData> qresult = query.getResultList();
for(PersonalData item: qresult){

      ........ But it's inefficient to get values of other columns at the same time.

I don't see the text you posted in there.
At the very least there is at least a suggestion that an exception will be or could be thrown because the only way some databases can return an autogenerated key is via a result set.

Create a multiprovider which includes transactional data target and master data info object. Make sure that identification for this master data info object is ticked on both the provider.
Create report on this multiprovider , keep the master data info object in rows , and now you should able to see all the values which are there in master data info object irrespective of transaction happened or not .
Next you may create condition showing only zero keyfigure values , ie. master data without any transaction.

there is one really easy way to get system time, the api gives a great example of code on this. use gregorian calendar, which you'll find in the api under GregorianCalendar. You only need to create one instance of GC, ie Calendar time = new GregorianCalendar();
you save seconds, minute and hours into int values, so you don't have to access the system time every second, you can create a thread which adds one to the int second value, if oyu see what i mean, for example, i have saved the hours, minutes and seconds as int values;

I know this looks like gibberish but it should work. If not, try to fix the problem, i have written from memory really but i guarantee you, this gets the time then every second, simply adds one to the second and then formats time. You can also access the day, month and year then format them using the above code. I don't like giving code since you should really do these things yourself but it is 2:04am, i have nothing better to do and i am not tired so i did you a favour - i have become what i always did not want to, someone ho stays upall night writing code.
