I am having the same issue. I am trying to install Premiere Elements 13. I purchased a software license from my local Office Depot, I can't return it for any reason and now I don't know what to do. HELP!!!!!

Try downloading the trial. It ought to detect that you have a 64-bit system.
You aren't using Vista, are you? PSE 13 requires at least win 7 and I think a few folks with vista have gotten a similar error message on trying to install it.

Purchased Photoshop Elements 13 from Adobe through Amazon as a download. It said one of the requirements was a 64-bit operating system. Okay. Downloaded fine. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 with a 64-bit processor. Initialized Adobe installer, put in serial #, pressed install. I purchased adobe photoshop elements and premiere elements, photoshop has installed fine but when the installation of premiere should complete I get a pop up saying that the installer doesn't support the installation on a 64-bit windows operating system. I don't have a disc, just a software download card.

Premiere Elements 12 have different installers for 32 and 64 bit machines.
Please download 64 bit installer from the link:

What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system?
Can we assume Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit and that you are dealing with purchased installation files instead of tryout?
In either case, it might be easier for you to consider the download of the Premiere Elements 13 tryout from the following web site, where it might be easier to pin point the files that you need for your specific computer environment, that is, 32 bit installation files for 32 bit operating system and 64 bit installation files for 64 bit operating system. . If you are dealing with purchased software and serial number, during installation of the tryout files you insert your purchased serial number into these installation files. And, remember, you need 2 files for the process...one with a .exe file extension and one with a .7z file extension

SL500 " this program does not support this system"

I've an SL500 with windows 7 64bit system. It has a fresh system installed. I've installed all the necessary drivers correctly.Now I'm not able to install the followind items with system update utility:
Thinkpad ultranav driver for windows 7
Thinkpad hotkey features integration driver
Thinkpad Ultranav utility
If I try to install manually I receive an error message " this program does not support this system".

I had the same problem with Thinkpad hotkey features integration driver Version 3.84.1500
(and the latest version 3.84.2000)
It is a faulty installation!
2 Files missing.
Solution until Lenovo fixes the installation:
Download and extract latest version.
Download and extract version 3.81.0100.
Copy the files SWI32.sys and SWIX64.sys from version 3.81.0100 to the corresponding folder of the latest version.
Start setup.exe of latest version.
According to the file properties SWI32.sys and SWIX64.sys are used as 'System Information Detector'.
No wonder we get the error message 'this program does not support this system'
Lenovo, please fix it.

This error has suprised me in a lot of ways: 1) it was my 10th, or 20th or ... installation of Exchange on to the same test VM and this error has never arised before, 2) it's rather tardy error as Step1 and Step2 completed successfully in spite of
"The Windows Installer does not permit installation from a RDP connection." 3) I was using
Virtual machine connection - not RDP connection!

It looks like the installation files are being shared over a terminal services connection (based on what you are saying, I'm guessing you're using Hyper-v and it's using TS to present the files). I always run into mixed results when I run installs from
a path not local to the server. Can you copy the install paths locally and rerun setup?

That toolbar/ct plugin seems to cause problems for all who install it!
Close Safari, then locate and delete the following files and it should be gone:
/Library/Application Support/Conduit
/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader
/Library/Receipts/ctloader.pkg
/Library/Receipts/<Toolbar name>.pkg
/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CT2285220.bundle
/Users/<User name>/Library/Application Support/Conduit
where / is the root library on your Hard Disk.
If you are running Snow Leopard you should also look here:
Library/launchAgents/com.conduit.loader.agent.plist
Library/Application support/conduit plugins
Also, as mentioned by Gilli2000:
Library/Receipts - If you read it, it has information in it at the bottom referring extensively to "CT" and "community toolbar".
Maybe it is harmless, but trash those items anyway!
Note: Safari does not support any third-party toolbars except those supplied as an extension to Safari via the Extension Gallery.

Videochat not possible this computer does not support video chats

Hi there, since yesterday its not possible to to start an video chat. It's grey. In the preference of "mesage" under the tap "video" shows the message "this computer does not support video chats. There is no problem with the camera, i can use facetime video and skype video.

After searching the support communities i found this and it worked!!!
Try:
Quit iChat.
Open Terminal (it's in the Utilities folder, in the Applications folder).
In Terminal type or paste this command on a single line:
defaults write com.apple.iChat newbwdup 300000
Press Return.
Quit Terminal.
Open iChat.
Worked for me!!!

This ANE does not support Desktop(Mac) platform

I'm getting the following error when I try to add an ANE to my mobile project.
This ANE does not support Desktop(Mac) platform
I'm using Flash Builder 4.7.(Air 3.7) The iOS SDK path has been set. I've tried to just ignore the error and just apply settings but this causes and error. I'm having the problem with all ANE files. The Target is showing up as Google and iOS so I'm not sure why it thinks I'm trying to run on the desktop.

Created a new mobile project and still getting the same problem. I think it's a Flash Builder 4.7 issue.

After pressing 'New Analysis' in the Web Analyzer I am getting the message:
This application does not support this browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)
This is for a new BW 7.0 install (SPS13) in combination with IE 7.0 (woth IE 6.0 it works fine). I have been using IE 7.0 for almost a year now and had no problems before.
Does anyone know how to solve this? (Besides using IE 6.0)

Ajax is a microsoft toolkit that the web site is using and is not compatible with Safari. They only support I.E. and windows.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Advanced tab. Enable the Develop menu. In the Develop menu select User Agent and then try Internet Explorer 9.
