This instilliation package does not support this processor type

This is the message I get when I tried to install the addional disks for Adobe Premiere and adobe photoshop Elements 10. I can only down load the first disk.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. There is no reason why this processor shouldn't work, as it is not that old.

What are the specifics of the computer you are trying to install it on?  Which OS are you using?  What processor does it have?  How much memory do you have installed?

  • JDBC/RMI driver does not support BLOB data type

WLS 5.1 JDBC/RMI driver does not support BLOB data type. It is said in the Weblogic e-doc.
I am using DataSource for database connections, meaning JDBC/RMI driver is actually producing
database connections. I need several columns of BLOB types in my Oracle tables.
Should I use the "JTS" driver instead in order to have the BLOB types supported ?
    Thanks for help.
    [att1.html]

The error java.rmi.UnmarshalException seems to indicate you are somehow accessing the data-source over RMI, this seems odd. Are you running TopLink on a client and trying to connect to a WebLogic DataSource on the server?
Maybe try connecting directly to the DataSource without going through TopLink and see if you encounter the same issue.
You could also look at the TopLink WebLogic Examples and see how their configuration is different than your own.

  • VB6 NI-USB-9237 DAQmxCreateAIVoltageChan selected physical channel does not support the measurement type required

I have a VB6 program with code that properly reads analog inputs from an NI-USB-6008.
I tried to re-use the code for a strain-gage module NI-USB-9237, but at the DAQmxCreateAIVoltageChan step I get the following error:
"Measurements: Selected physical channel does not support the measurement type required by the virtual channel you are creating.
Create a channel of a measurement type that is supported by the physical channel, or select a physical channel that supports the measurement type."
Should I be calling a function other than DAQmxCreateAIVoltageChan?
If so, what is it, or where can I find the reference for such functions?
Or - if that is the right function, should I pass different arguments?  Currently I'm calling:
    DAQmxErrChk DAQmxCreateAIVoltageChan(taskHandle, "Dev1/ai1", "", DAQmx_Val_Cfg_Default, -10, 10, DAQmx_Val_VoltageUnits1_Volts, "")
Thanks in advance for your help

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

I figured it out from 372251a.PDF
First, the correct function is DAQmxCreateAIVoltageChanWithExcit
Second, you can't just ask for one sample on one channel - ask for 2 samples instead.

  • Satellite R830-143 - BIOS update does not support this operating system

    Hi,
I received a notification via Tempro that a BIOS upgrade was available. I downloaded the ZIP file (bios-20120209125153.zip), extracted the package (BIOS360_EC140_WIN.exe) and ran it according to the instructions.
The package runs, gives the "Extracting files..." progress bar then displays a dialogue entitled "TOSHIBA BIOS Package Ver.4.1.2" that says: "This BIOS package does not support this operating system."
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on a Satellite 830R-143 with the short part no. PT32LE

  • Unsupported: This version of Visual Studio does not have the project types

I recently created a new virtual machine with the exact same step-up as my previous virtual machine. When I open my .sln files i get the following message:
Here are the spec for VS 2012

    Hi,
Based on the message, the VS Pro 2012 on your new VM does not support that project type. So what type of Visual C# project is the WriteToJS project? Which edition of Visual Studio did you create this project from? What .net framework is this project targeted?
Please make sure this VS supports such project in order to work with this project fine in VS Pro 2012.
I recommend that you check whether the same project template exists from File->New->Project->Visual C# in VS2012 Professional with Update 4 on the new VM. If the same project template exists, please create a new project to check whether the template
    project can be created successfully.

  • Error: Installation package not supported by this processor type

How do I complete installation of Premier Elements 10? When near completion after an hour of downloading, I got the message"Installation package not supported by this processor type. Contact product vendor." On chat, Fariz suggested I download a trial version of Premier. After an hour with that effort, also no success. I have two folders on desktop for Premier, but neither seems openable.

What Computer/Operating system are you on? Could you check that it meets the system requirements listed at: http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements/tech-specs.html

  • MBAM Client 2.5 Error 1633 (package not supported by this processor type)

initial testing of MBAM 2.5 client was successful. Full deployment to 2600+ computers has failed on over 300+ with the error:
0x661 (1633) This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor.
Of the 300+ in error, all are Lenovo and random models and processors. (i.e. no pattern) All with W7 x86 or x64.
Suggestions on where to start with this one?

I´m not sure, did I get you right, but I think the error you see is straight forward. Maybe you are pushing x64 client to x86 CPU or W7x86 By accident? If you have multiple architecture enviroment, perhaps you should push only x86 client. What
system do you utilize for mass distribution? ConfMgr has build-in requirement rules for Application Deployment you could use here.

    Hi,
Which version of Photoshop Elements are you trying to install?
Are you installing from DVD or a download?
If DVD, make sure you are using the Windows one, not the MAC one.
What device are you trying to install on?
Does your system meet the required spec?
Are you on Windows 8 or Windows 8.1?

To see which ODBC function DG4ODBC is looking for and unixODBC isn't supporting it would be best to get an ODBC trace file. But as your unixODBC driver (unixODBC-2.2.11-10.el5) is outdated and these old drivers had a lot of issues when being used on 64bit operating systems (for example wrong sizeofint etc). So best would be to update the unixODBC Driver manager to release 2.3.x. More details can be found on the web site: www.unicodbc.org

  • Migration from 9i to 11g Transparent Gateway results in a) ORA-12704: character set mismatch b) ORA-02070: database ... does not support SYS_OP_C2C in this context

Migration from 9i to 11g Transparent Gateway results in a) ORA-12704: character set mismatch b) ORA-02070: database ... does not support SYS_OP_C2C in this context
What Transparent Gateway (TG) 11g configuration steps prevent the following errors?:
    a) ORA-12704: character set mismatch
    b) ORA-02070: database <DB_link_name> does not support SYS_OP_C2C in this context
    Hints:
The current 9i TG works with the existing views and packages.  These same db objects will not compile using the new 11g TG.
The db objects are on an Oracle 10g database linked to an SQL Server 2008 R2 database.
Since the 9i TG works I assume a configuration to the 11g TG will get it working same as before.  But what...
Is is something controlled by these parameters?  (Sorry, I don't know how this stuff works.  I'm the application developer.  My DBAs setup the Transparent Gateways.):
Parameters in the Gateway Startup Shell script:
        ORA_NLS33
        NLS_LANG
      Parameters in the initsid.ora file:
        HS_LANGUAGE
        HS_NLS_DATE_FORMAT
        HS_NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE
I'm avoiding the known workaround to refactor the VIEWS and PACKAGES to contain CAST() statements to explicitly match the data types.  A server side fix to the 11g TG is preferred.
    Sample code:
    a) ORA-12704: character set mismatch
... is caused by SQL that works with my 9i TG but not with my 11g TG.  It's a snippit from my view that won't compile:
                      select status_code                  -- Oracle VARCHAR2(30)
                      from   ora_app_interfaces
                     UNION
select "StatusCode" as status_code  -- SQL Server NVARCHAR(30)
                      from   SqlAppInterfaces
       Example workaround that I'm avoiding:
                      select status_code
                      from   ora_app_interfaces
                     UNION
                      select CAST("StatusCode" as VARCHAR(30)) as status_code
                      from   SqlAppInterfaces
    b) ORA-02070: database <DB_link_name> does not support SYS_OP_C2C in this context
A line of code in the procedure that compiles correctly but fails to execute:
-- Insert into SQL Server from Oracle
               insert into PatientMedRecNum (
                  "PatID",         -- SQL Server INT
                  "MedRecNum",     -- SQL Server NVARCHAR(11)
                  "Hospital")      -- SQL Server NVARCHAR(30)
               values (
                  pi_pat_id,       -- Oracle NUMBER
                  pi_med_rec_num,  -- Oracle VARCHAR2
                  pi_hospital);    -- Oracle VARCHAR2
I'd guess the errors are caused by the TG's implicit conversion between the Oracle VARCHAR2 and the SQL Server NVARCHAR... but this works fine on the 9i TG... how do I set it up to work on the 11g TG?
    Thanks!

Trace of 11g TG... generating errors due to lack of automatic mapping from SQL NVARCHAR to Oracle NVARCHAR, where the previous 9g TG mapped from SQL NVARCHAR to Oracle VARCHAR2.
