up on my IPOD touch. I tried doing the finger sweep across the ftont from right to left, but it refuses to change. It comes right back to the main page. Any place else I can look?? The game (Tiger Woods) is on my ITUNES but either it didnt sync or it did, and I cannot find it. Jeff

Any suggestions?If it was indeed purchased with a different apple ID then there is no work around for what you want! You can try signing in with your daughter's apple ID and password and update the app and purchase whatever you want then log back in with your apple ID. This may work!

hi, when i am sync my books from my mac to ipad even after 24 hours sync, itunes show "wait for items to copy" and the books in ipad are still not fully loaded.
how do i fix this, i have a large collection of books around 12000 booksNobody knows? Not even administrators?
Please it would be really nice to have help on that to take all the benefit of the remote app.

ITunes says "buy this album for full price, or view the offer for a reduced price"
I am trying to purchase an album which contains a song I have already purchased. In the past I've always had to pay full price.
Now a new alert comes up that I have never seen before:
"You’ve already purchased at least one song from this album. You can buy this album for full price, or view the offer for a reduced price."
The button options are:
- Cancel
- Buy Album
- Complete My Album
I tried pressing 'complete my album' and it returns me to the album in the store without purchasing anything.
I assume pressing 'Buy Album' will just purchase the album at the full price.
Which of these options is the one that I should select if I want to "view the offer for a reduced price"?
It's confusing because the button options do not seem to align with the options in the alert text.Actually, you have 1 other choice if you are not happy with the Share Everything plan. You can receive a subsidy on a new phone, give up your unlimited data and switch to the 2GB for $30 tiered data for your smartphone and keep your current plan. With your data usage, this seems it would work just fine for you.
Unfortunately, if you currently receive an employee discount on your data plan, you would lose it. Discounts are not available on data tiers of less then $50. So at most, your bill would go up a couple of dollars.

Email not opening on my iPad2 This is a sudden thing, email had been working fine since purchasing the device then today would not stay open, now it will not open at all. After trying to open mail I receive a white screen for a nano second and the app closes.
Have you tried closing the Mail app completely ? From the home screen (i.e. not with Mail 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

The update for Pages says it is installing however it has been like this for days. Cannot open the app. What can I do?
Double tap the Home button to bring up the multi-tasking bar...tap & hold any app until they all start to wiggle...tap the red minus sign to remove every app shown. Tap the Home button when finished. Try to delete the app now.

Upgraded new iPad to iOS 5 after successfully using the machine for two weeks. The apps I downloaded are still here, checked for updates, all okay. However, when I try to use iBooks app or even USA Today, icon shakes, settles down then nothing else happens. Several tries, settings appear correct. Suggestions? Safari operates correctly, music icon matches (not from iTunes, simply music on my MacPro and iPod). Is Cloud the issue, perhaps? But everything worked before the upgrade. Using my home network. Hope this info suffices. Appreciate any guidance.
Problem solved. Saw the solution in a more recent post. Downloaded a free app, then all my other apps started to work again.

My mac app store says that it cant be downloaded at this time and gives me this message "There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (100)" I have been trying for about a day now to get it to download but cant seem to figure it out, can anyone help?

Alot of free apps offer in app purchases which has probably happened here, things for extra points scores etc etc are offered for prices which is how the app can afford to be free via the charge in other purchases within the game.
These are the sorts on in app purchases in littlest pet shop may have been one of these?
If you are 100% sure that no purchse was made get in touch with apple they should be able to tell you what was purchased and when then you can take it from there?
