this is my problem with nokia 5800:
my phone is updated.

1. music player have too much problem and player hang too much,too much ,too much.and earased playlist and all songs in playlist and from music player then i should earase songs from my phone then retransfer to phone
2.music player sometimes hang at the end of song and I should restart my phone!!!
3.Oh INTERNET!often when I work with internet and click above a link phone hanging and restart browser and I huffy!!!
4.messageing has not recently use numbers and I should alwayes add my numbers from contacts but nokia java mobiles in part of "To" has recently used numbers shortcut!!!
5.when dialling a number and failed,I should heare the error trump for 7 second and don,t disconnect with any key!!!!
6.after i update my GPS some of entertainments isn,t in new version, such as take photo from map nad altimeter and ...!!!
7.photo camera has not sound off or intercept the voice!!!
8sometimes remot of player dosn't work and I should pause music then replay to work the remote
9.the camera has not 16:9 aspect ratio.but 5800's lcd is 16:9
10.Note applicatin has any shortcut for sorting notes
11.bluetooth should saved in phone memory and if memory be full or the shared file is longer than memory phone we can't save that on phone!!!
12.delivery report dosen't shown at inbux and I should that from Delivery report part and if number of messages is more than 20, we can't know delivery report!!!

2. Their different teams. As I said, this is not a big issue unless more people send emails to Nokia asking for it, and no, as far as I can see, only a minority cares for this issue. Nokia will not spend to develop something in an OS that only a few people care about.
5. Its an OS design. Either live with it or buy a new phone.
7. It seems you do not understand what "country dependent" means. It depends upon your country's rules and regulations if this is available, and if the majority of the countries in the world are making laws for the prohibition of silent cameras, Nokia cannot do anything about it. If they break this law, then that country will not allow Nokia phones to be sold in that country, which is bad for Nokia. Personally I dont understand why people want to remove shutter sound.
9. The setting to get 16:9 ratio is yes, software, but you also have to consider the sensor hardware. The sensor hardware is able to receive light in the same ratio as the pictures, and not in 16:9 ratio. Hardware cannot be adjusted. You yourself said you work with an SLR camera, and if you look through the viewfinder, you see that the camera lens sees the view in a "square" ratio as well like the phone. Creating software to render  a picture in 16:9 ratio is just simply creating software that cuts off the reception of light in the top and bottom part of the picture so as to create a 16:9 effect. Meaning the camera is not utilizing the full 3.2 megapixels of the phone, and the result is just the same as getting the picture you took and editing it on your PC to show a 16:9 ratio.
