Is there any way I can talk on the phone with a support person at Adobe. I'm at my wits end trying to get an answer to my problem and I'm getting nowhere!

Logic 8 will probably run on your new machine but the installation program contains some older PPC code for pre Intel Macs. This was not a problem as all OSX versions contained the "Rosetta" PPC emulation, that is, up until Lion when all PPC emulation was dropped.
There are ways to do this however, try searching Google for: Installing Logic 8 under Lion or Mountain Lion.

I have tried for two days to install/set up this wireless HP Photosmart D110.
I finally got a Wireless Network Test Report stating no problems found. Succesful setup of wireless printer. However, on my laptop it states that the printer could not be found on my wireless network. It suggests, instead, that I use a USB port and try to set it up later.
What is going to make it easier or even possible to set it up later? And what was the point of my buying a wireless printer/scanner/copier???

Be very careful when you phone HP help desk. It's a very expensive ph number. i've clocked up £40 worth of phone calls and they won't refund you. When you actually speak to someone they're very helpful and friendly and will probably be able to solve your problem. I've been very unlucky in that after 4 replacement printers I still get the same error message but they don't know what's causing it. Will avoid HP in future I think. Try and phone from somewhere where 0871 numbers are free. Good luck. Helpline is 08717814294.

I need to talk to someone about changing all of my accounts. A iCloud account was opened not by me and I lost 17 years of contacts. I have slowly gotten them back. My files from my Mac Book were taken and are gone. It has cost me about 60,000 dollars in business since November which has effected my staff as well. I have all of my new and very minimal recovered information now on a web-based server which I know is safe the pass words and set up were done very discreetly (one can only hope). iTunes Plus is the name for the option in iTunes that allows customers to buy music at the iTunes Store that is free from digital rights management, or DRM.
Digital Rights Management, or DRM, is designed to prevent unauthorized sharing of files. This especially became a big concern for the music industry after the rise of Napster, Limewire, and Kazaa.
DRM, even the DRM used by Apple on iTunes Store content, prevented that. Apple's DRM allowed users to share files on only up to 5 computers.
According to TUAW, the new iTunes Plus songs have information embedded in them that identifies the user who bought and shared them by name.
This means that if you share your music and record companies want to track you down and sue for you copyright infringement, it's going to be easy.

My phone had been reading that it was always on wifi. (not cellular)! I have wifi at work and home at my parents at my friends. So I had no reason to use that much data. Didn't realize anything was wrong til I was going through my phone I saw my wifi was turned off. Went to swipe it back on. And it didn't move at all. Well shortly after that I saw a $70 data overage charge. So I knew something was definitely wrong. And on top of it I find out it's $200 to fix my phone to make the wifi again. And that's not including my actual bill. Just irritated at this point. Anyone know who I need to talk to about this????

The carrier. Apple has nothing to do with users billing.
Honestly, it's up to the user to ensure they are aware when they are on Wi-Fi or not. The only one to "blame" for those usage charges is yourself.

I really need to talk to a person...this is frustrating. I initially set up Photoshop elements 12 on my desktop, then I got the free trial that included Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5. After my trial was up I bought it with the 9.99 plan. Now I am trying to get it on my laptop and the website says the only thing I have is Photoshop Elements 12. I still have Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 and I have not cancelled it. I don't know if I used a separate email for that or if that is even possible when I was putting in Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5. I really need some help this is extremely frustrating. First I couldn't remember my email because the person that put it in used my work email without my permission which I never use, and finally I got that straightened out, and now I still cannot get it on my laptop.
