About a week or so ago, I received the familiar pop-up message asking if I wanted to update Firefox. I said yes but since then I have acquired a Yahoo toolbar (I never use Yahoo but don't know how to get rid of the damn thing). I have upgrade ios 6 to ios7 on my iphone 5. I do NOT like it at all. I want to come back to the previous version. why is it so complicated? Why can I not find the instruction strait from apple? This is the worst possible upgrade ever. It make me think of when ericsson got sold to Sony....drastic PC change.
I would like to have simple instruction on how to downgrade.

my brother doesn't deserve to be the default admin and i want to get rid of this privilege. how do i change my account to the default admin without having to sign in as an admin account or having to put his admin password?
As ZigZag pointed out, only an Administrator can Add another Administrator account or assign administrator privileges.
Maybe ask very nicely for administration privileges ;)

I just upgraded to the newest version of iTunes (11.0.1), and what a mess. I want the old version back with its simple and logical UX design.
How do I get the older version back.
The UX for the new iTunes is simply horrible. Did UX die with Steeve Jobs???It's far from the worst update in Apple history. That would be this one:

Nearly all the features of iTunes 10.7 are still present. If you really want to revert to an earlier version a Time Machine backup would be easiest.

Have you had the opportunity to visit the store again? If so, were they able to rectify the $200 gift card problem, and unlock your phone? I completely agree with you, while it's great that the sales associate was helpful, the manager should have overseen the transaction to make things move along faster. I assure you I will be documenting your comments for further employee training opportunities.

I previously had an iPhone 4 synced and paired with my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe and had no issues. Now I have a new iPhone 5 and am able to sync the phone but the contacts will not update in the phone book listing for the vehicle. I've tried several times to re-sync and pair the phone to the vehicle and still the same issue. I'm able to make an receive calls but no contact information is being displayed. From all of the previous community issues reported it's not an AT&T issue, Hyundai issue, it's clearly pointing at the device (iPhone 5) being the issue.
Will there be a fix for this in the next update?
Thank you.Thanks for your response. However, after speaking with a level 2 Apple Advisor and Hyundai there is an issue that both companies are aware of and are working towards a resolution. Here's a blurb from Hyundai that was sent to me after I spoke with Apple Advisor:
"We apologize for any inconvenience associated with the technical issues with devices connected via Bluetooth. Hyundai is aware of the iPhone losing its Bluetooth connection to the vehicle along with any function associated with it at the time. Hyundai has been able to reproduce the concern in our test vehicles and have sent all necessary information to Apple engineers. Hyundai received confirmation from Apple that they will work on debugging.
If your iPhone is 3G, 4, 4S, 5 and has one of the following iOS: 6.0, 6.1.0, 6.1.1, 6.1.2, 6.1.3, 6.1.4 or higher, you may be affected." - Hyundai Engineering -
Please Help.. When I update to 7.0.6 I remark a very low battery lifetime I does not complete 2 hours.. I update to 7.1 to get rid of this problem but unforeately the problem still.. Could you please guide what to do?
Restore as New (no backup)... then Re-Sync your Content.

Had same problem with 10.7. I've followed all the suggestions I can find, restored my computer many times, cleaned the registry... this is the worst software install I've ever seen!
I kept getting the reminder to update itunes 11.1.4 on my Windows 7 laptop. I now forget the error message other than it would stop and say something that itunes has stopped working and to do a manual d/l from itunes. That did not work either.
The suggestion to remove the Apple Software Updater from my programs solved this problem. -
my iiPad mini is lagging to much after ios 7 upgrade. Please apple solve this issue. Games which are running smoothly in ios 6 lagging too much. This is the worst experience Apple

My folders that my message rules on iCloud divert emails to don't update when I open Mail on my iPad or iPhone. Only the inbox does. I have to click on each folder individually for it to update. A real pain as I have about 30 folders. Is there a way around this ? The folders update on my mac fine when i check mail without having to select each one of them. Can the iPad and iPhone do the same thing?
My Mac has 4 mail accounts coming into it, but you are correct, one of them is a POP account, (and unfortunately it is the main @ account, and is the one associated with my apple id, since we've had it for years). I couldn't figure out how to replace this with the Imap version, short of deleting that account entirely.
Is this what I have to do?

Every time i connect my iphone to itunes and trying to do a backup or get the new update it says i have to restore my iphone. and then that doesnt work, i tried to reinstall itunes but it doesnt work. i get this all the time. fix it please.
iTunes states " There's a problem with your Iphone, please contact apple service center " Also i took my iphone to a local service man and he told me the IMEI code has been corrupted and there's nothing that can be done about it. Please help, if you have any solution.

Iphoto continues to show up in the Updates folder even though it is installed
