This is weird but...
my iPod is being real strange. It keeps skipping past songs for no apparent reason and it will only play the ones I added recently. It played them all fine just the other day. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know what I can do?

Try resetting the iPod. If that doesn't work restore it. Who knows why this happens but it does on occasion.

and the weird thing is i got 25 with 44.1khz and 24 bit
and only 10 on 96khz 24 bit
funny thing is logic or the OSX didn't use my 4GB of rams instead it used only 1GB even though the CPU was crapping out
I tried everything with the Process Buffer Range from small MEDium to LARGE even switch the Large disk buffer on and off nothing happen
even changing the buffer size to 1024 didn't help
I'm starting to thing when does logic uses the rams and on what plug-ins uses the rams most
And for most Users recording at 96Khz or above you might need really really powerful mac or more nodes to do a big session with lots of plug-ins and 96khz live audios
Anyone should try this and see as well maybe it might be my system
check the differences between nodes and normal as well if you can and tell us your setup
Also even though the plug-ins are bypassed they are actually counted in the rams try it and see
the more you add the more the ram usage goes up ( bypass or not bypass ) this is on spacedesign though
stashso the rams only counts on EXS24 Reason and GPO
because i tried most synths i didn't see the rams moving much and i tried it on Spacedesign which was kind of shocking but it was more of CPU than rams
i can go over 50 EXS24 and CPU will be like around 50% with big samples on 96khz but when i put even 7 spacedesign in 96khz song the CPU craps out
i personally though the more the rams more smoother the Spacedesign can run
so now it makes sense on why EXS24 doesn't get process on node but why doesn't space design doesn't make use of the rams
the rams is up to 2.5GB with 50 EXS24 but when i add the spacedesign to them, the rams doesn't move and the CPU craps out
hmm altiverb lets me get up to 8 but i still don't get why it eats up CPU that much and none of the other FX doesn't -
How the **** do you stop playing music. i dont mean turn it off (sleep mode) or pause i mean stop the music. sozz if this seems weird but i am newb and hence need to know!

Honest question, without short cuts. I read in the documentation online at the Apple site that using the track button makes the hard drive turn on and therefore it uses more energy. The Nano has flash memory. Does that really effect battery life that much. I don't use the track button much and really have not had much problem with the life of my battery. I get between 8 and 12 hours between charges, depends on the amount of changing the volumn that I do. Anyway just curious.

So I have my HDV footage (1440x1080) imported into CS3. Project settings: 720x480 16:9.
Since as long as I've used Premiere, I've always had to render HDV footage from the timeline.
Now don't ask me how I did this because I've tried to duplicate this with no luck. I was messing with INTERPRET FOOTAGE on a particular clip and somehow the clip became smaller in the source window. When I took said clip and added it to the timeline, gone was the red bar at the top necessitating the need to render.
Anyone know what I did? (I don't have the answer, however this is saving me a remarkable amount of time in rendering).With the proper hardware, software and project settings, yes. Just drag then to the time line and drop them. No rendering required, unless you have the MainConcept plug-in installed. Then it requires rendering. Weird but true.

ok, this is weird.....when I drag an audio lesson from my library, the lesson changes from #11 to #7. I've re-downloaded the lesson from the original CD with no luck. Does anyone know why this happening? This is the only lesson where this is happening.

In terms of dragging the clip; I am taking it from upper left hand corner of the screen which I believe is called the Event library and taking it down to the middle of the screen. But in the middle of the screen is the daggone audio wave file and all I am doing is putting that clip on top of the audio wave file and when I play, I get both audios!
I remember working in iMovie 09 and iMovie 06 you would drag your clips down into the time line and do your editing there. That doesn't seem to be working here. I appreciate your help more than I can say. I've got to get a DVD out ASAP and it has to be done in FCP X -

I have an IPhone 4, and I wanted to reset it, but couldn't do it via computer because the "find my IPhone" was turned on. So I went to ICloud > Find My IPhone and just erased my phone from there. The was acting weird but I finally got to a black screen with the spinning circle. And it won't advance. I can't just hold the sleep button and home button down because my sleep button is broken! Any help? I have reset my phone before.

Ditto. Guest accounts shouldn't have a password. No way to enter one in System Prefs...

I need to make a pdf document, already made in photoshop, 'page turn' and then add it to my website as an e-brochure. I know I can do this in indesign but indesign will not open pdf files for some inexplicable reason. Any ideas how I can do it without completely starting again?

please try this (all terms are translated from my German programs to my best knowledge):
1. Did the creator of the pdf file enable the import options?
2. See import options: choose an other visibility option for your layer.
3. Let you show the import options and click into one with a black background and try these out (often a gray is selected).
4. See trimming: try the different modes there. Often works: "Media".
5. Is the pdf file (eg from Word) correctly created?
6. Is the PDF file protected? >>> no import possible.
7. If that does not help, store the pdf file in Acrobat, repair possible errors, run the PDF Optimizer before placing in InDesign.

I just upgraded to Yosemite on my mac from 2010. Everything seems to work, accept Photos. When I try to open it i push the "Get started" button, then the picture with "Preparing Library" comes up. Then a message appears with the text "An unexpected error has occurred. Please quit and restart the application." I have done this several times, but nothing happens. What do I do?

Why does my itunes crash after start up with an "APPCRASH" error every time i open it?! I have been trying to fix this for weeks but all i can do it re-install it every other day which does nothing! I am desperate to get access to my itunes to get music on my phone and all of this just makes me want me to sell my iphone since there is no other way to add music to my phone. If things go get sorted soon you can say goodbye to my support.
