I don't understand how a bundle package for the iPhone 6 gets delivered by Sept. 19th, but if you're just buying the phone itself it takes all the way up to Oct. 7th??
IPhone 6 and plus are on back order because they ran out of phones .
They probably set up package deals and don't separate them . or you'll get the charger and case and have to wait for the phone

I think they're trying to say that he doesn't have enough accounts and with only one reporting (with a balance of course), that's their common answer.

I'm trying to install the newest version of iTunes but it's saying the version i have isn't new enough for me to update it. This makes no sense to me... how do I get the newest version?
I Think it is telling you your computer operating system is too old for the newest update.

I can download photos to my computer via my Ipod Touch but not a video of 833mb yet I can send it to my FB account on the same said device, does this make any sense?

Windows XP can't import video files larger than 500 MB using Camera and Scanner Wizard. You can transfer these files from your device by selecting them in My Computer and dragging or copying the files to your computer's hard drive. -
I have almost never used my appe tv--passwords and id get so confusing--it makes me tierd and I give up and walk away. But now I need to use my Home Sharing feature and am told by iTunes that I can only authorize 5 computers to do this and according to their count, I have already done 5. I have only two computers so I know this is not correct. But what can I do about it? I am told by a pop up that I should deauthorize this computer--the only one I want to use for this project--it makes no sense to me. This has already eaten up my day with reseting passwords, ids etc. I'm almost ready to throw Apple TV out. This $100.00 object has already eaten up more than $100.00 of my time! Help.
Simply deauthorize all, then authorize your computer.

This makes no sense - Can't switch phone?
There's a bit of history behind this so to get proper context here's what has happened so far
1) After 14 months, my original moto droid died so VZW sent me a replacement pre-owned....that didn't work. They then sent another one.....that also didn't work. And then ifnally they sent me one that....kinda works.....whatever
2) To solve the whatever, I went and bought a sony Xperia play back in June off contract through a third party and the phone ACTIVATED AND WORKED FINE. No issues, the switch was painless.
3) I lost the phone when I moved in the beginning of July and reported it as lost/stolen (I'm in Flint, MI....lost things are typically stolen). However, it was returned to me about 2 weeks ago.
4) All attempts to reconnect the device by myself have failed. I contacted verizon customer support on multiple occasions and each time they said there was something they could do but it never worked. F
5) I have tried to find live chat support instead of phone support because I was told repeatedly that it is easier to do with both phones off during the switch so this time, I wasn't going to be on any phone at all....however, your live chat seems to only be there for sales and not actual help...
6) I attempted to email tech support for what could be done but when I went to email about a phone not working the VZW website blocks you from being able to email and says to call instead....Let me repeat - If you want to email verizon about a phone not working you are forced to CALL them.
7) Finally, I got my answer today after my 4th or 5th call to customer service. The person I bought the phone from had it activated on their account for a brief period to test the phone. They deactivated it on their line before sending it to me and I activated it on mine. But because their account fell into bad standing, I am now barred from reactivating the device. Their ebay account, which was active for well over a year and had several hundred good reviews mind you, is now deactivated so I can not contact them.
My problem is this - The phone I'm trying to activate was active on my account which has been in good standing, since I started, for almost 2 years. Why does the previous account's standing have anything at all to do with me? I have the phone. I am in possession of it. I paid for it. What can I do to transfer my account to this phone?
Also - why is it so hard to contact customer support? My current replacement droid for my original one has spotty connection. How am I expected to contact tech support/customer service if it dies?I would definitely recommend you contact eBay about the issue and let them know! In order for you to start fresh and new you need to get in touch with someone from eBay and have this seller reprimanded for causing you so much trouble. I myself have considered purchasing tech items from eBay and Amazon and as good as the seller's ratings may be, that does not qualify them to be able to sell to just anybody. Unfortunately you received a "lemon" phone - AKA it doesn't work like they promised. Once the seller has been contacted by eBay customer support, your next step will be to go to Verizon and tell them exactly what happened.
I bought the phone I have now from Wal-Mart and I promise you I will never do that again. Within 3 months, the phone was completely dead. It may be cheaper and it may sound great but 3rd party sellers are NOT recommended by me personally. It's nothing personal against you I'm not trying to discourage your spending choices but trust me, you do get your money's worth if you buy direct. Plus, if something is wrong with the phone Verizon can't really help you out because they have no clue what software you're running on or how up to date it is. Just some friendly advice from someone who has done it before. Hopefully this will not happen to you again. I know first hand it can be quite frustrating and I empathize with you. Hope this works out for you! ;D -
IMessage is not working when camera is deactivated with parental lock, this makes no sense, does it?
Hello, when you deactivate the camera with the parental lock, it will deactivate iMessage imediately.
It seems that the deactivation of Facetime, witch is deactivated automaticly after the deactivation of the camera, leeds to the problem.
Because I have to turn off the camera due security restrictions of my working place, my camera is always deactivated.
So it was impossible to activate iMessage after installing iOS 5 on my iPhone.
After reactivation of the camera iMessage activation was possible.

I have the following formula -

And for some reason it is returning the Month value ("mm") as 1 month behind (ex if the {DateField,Table} value is 03/23/2010, it is displaying as 02/23/2010.
I don't understand why.
If I just use {DateField.Table}, it correctly displays 03/23/2010.

i am stuck belkin says it is linksys problem and linksys say the while other laptop is online it obviously seems top be issue with belkin(more logical than belkin)......

I am English Speaking My wife is Dutch my Children speak 3 Languages. We love AppleTV BUT we can only get films (in general) in Version Originale (French Only) and this makes no sense...
We can go to the local supermarket and buy DVDs and Blu-ray Discs that allow us to watch the up-to-date movies in a range of languages so why not on this AppleTV OTT service?

So much for What you Want-When you want-Wherever you are...It really does have to do with content permissions. The studios that release the Bluray and DVD versions might not always be the rights bearer to the film, they just bear rights to distribute it on physical media. Most films are made by different companies, then released by Sony, Paramount, and other distribution channels. But in the online realm, different disributors own the rights (and Apple doesn't participate with them or is unable to in some countries). Perhaps Sony distributed films will sell in your local store or be played by a Sony owned TV station locally. But perhaps online Sony doesn't hold that distribution rights to distribute the film online, Warner Brothers or somebody else does. Therefor, they don't allow it online in that market. The licensing is in limbo.
Most American films I buy in China on DVD from Wal Mart, are distributed by a Chinese company and not the original American film studio. Also in USA, the price for a new DVD is about $20 USD, in China it is only $2 USD. So to limit everyone in USA from buying Chinese DVDs at a cheaper price to watch American movies, they put content restrictions on the media (ie. the DVD region codes) so the DVD won't play in an American player.
The same goes for online rights. Your local government, copyright offices and local content license holders do not distribute the movie you want online. They distribute it on physical media or TV broadcast. But they have not secured permission or agreed on what price to sell the movies for online in your market. Apple has no say in this. In fast, the only store Apple controls in the US store. All other local iTunes stores are really virtual stores in place for locals to buy from local distributors.
The Chinese people are in no hurry to download from the US iTunes store because it cost too much. But if the Americans could download from the Chinese iTunes store, they could buy any movie they like for less than $1 and all the money goes to China, and not the US. Hence the restriction.
So copyright holders are just fighting over prices and rights and don't want to or legally can't release it online in your local store. -
Smart playlists that grab a random selection make zero sense.
Because the random selection only ever happens ONCE making it utterly useless.
For example: I have created a smart playlist that grabs 1 hour's worth or randomly selected 3 - 5 star rated tracks from my music library. But it NEVER re-randomises! This makes no sense.
Also: this forum remains very broken (it is impossible to login using another Apple ID once logged into another ID) and the Bold, Italic and Underline buttons don't work (I'm using Camino Version 1.6b3pre (1.8.1.12pre 2008012000) ).Yeah, I've been to Doug's scripts before - great site.

Need to know how to get it back to its original Download Stack. Previous answers to this questionin Apple Support just don't make any sense to me. I'd appreciate explicit directions on how to restore this feature. Currently it's just a Download folder... must have accidently poofed it away.
Help!And if what WZZZ suggests doesn't work (and hopefully it will) move the file name below to the desktop, log out or restart and the Dock preferences with its defaults should be recreated. You'll need to re-configure it as you like it:
com.apple.dock.plist
It's located: in Finder hold the Alt/Option key and from the Go menu select Library>Preferences.
If it fixes things, delete the file on your desktop. -
I need to work on documents in both my iMac and air book. But I have to download document and them upload it, and when I upload it I can't open it unless I open it on my phone first. Yet changes made on phone appear straight away. Does this make sense????
On your Macs open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Documents & Data, then reselect that box then restart your Macs.
On the iPhone tap Settings > iCloud. Switch Documents & Data off then back on then reset the iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
See if you can open the files now without opening on the iPhone first. -
Hi There: I am having a problem where pdf files on the web (i.e., links in a Word doc) open after an extended time and only as gobbldygook ( a file containing a series of characters and letters that make no sense). This also happens for another Mac user coworker in my office, while the PCs don't have this problem... Any help/suggestions for a fix would be most appreciated!
Just adding more info - MacBookPro running 10.5.8 and using Safari as the browser. The problem comes and goes - sometimes the linked Word files will open OK, n others its just a strring of crazy characters...

Using massive as plug-in and my xio synth hope this makes sense?
Ok I recorded a sound from my xio synth onto a track. after that I opened a new track under the one I just recored on. on the new track I wanted to use my xio as a midi control for my plug-in called massive. Now the sound on the first track I recorded switched to the sound I was trying to use for my plug-in I hope this makes sense?
Nope, does not make too much sense...but I'll take a crack at it.
1. Track 1, is it MIDI? Yes....well probably. I can't see your screen, so I will ***-ume it is.
2.Track 2, is it MIDI? Yes...again with the ***-umption.
You need to make SURE track 2 in the arrange page is ACTUALLY Midi track 2. Right now I think you have two "Midi track 1" on the arrange page. ie you have two trakcs which are referencing the same Midi channel.
In Logic when you create a new track in the arrange page, you have three options:
1. make a new track with the NEXT instrument.
2. make a new track that is the SAME instrument.
3. and from the menu, you can choos what type of track to create as well.
