This morning, for some reason, my yahoo inbox stopped updating and is frozen. I can send a new email but can receive any emails. Help!
THis morning my yahoo mail stopped updating at 8:32. I turned my iPad off and on nothing. I deleted my email and then load d it again nothing. Looking for other suggestions. But my email works just fine on my iPhone.
Thank you for the reply! However, I have already tried deleting my Yahoo account and then adding it back. All that served to do was delete everything!
I can send an email but I cannot receive any emails in my Apple/iPad mailbox using Yahoo. However, my iPhone is working just fine! I finally downloaded the Yahoo App for mail so I can at least receive my emails on my iPad. All very frustrating!

After some troubleshooting, I decided to order a new battery. I replaced the battery and was then able to get it to restore, however--after I restore it and it comes time to restart the phone, it gets stuck and doesn't turn on.

After you ruined the iPhone with DIY, Apple won't touch it anymore. You should have asked before all these had happened.
I'm an android user myself and I love rooting/flashing new ROMS, so if jailbreaking her phone or doing some kind of super-restore with 3rd party programs might help, I'm all for it-

In AppStore.app for some reason when I try to update my apps, it asks for the wrong user account than the one that I am logged in with. This makes me unable to update my apps
You would have downloaded those apps with the wrong Apple ID then created a new Apple ID which is the on you are on now. This is acting as normal because all content downloaded from the iTunes and App Store is attached to the Apple ID it was downloaded with. To stop this you would delete the apps and redownload them with your current Apple ID you are signed in with.

I am trying to download the new software for my Iphone the 6.01 iso for some reason it's not working and it's been like this for over 2 months now. it say's that it downloadable but it's not allowing me to do so.
Make sure you have the lattest iTunes installed > hold the power down and the home buttom on your phone at the same time till your phone turns off > turn it back on > plug into your computer > try to redownload and update your phone.
See if that helps.
P.S Holding down your power button and home just soft resets your phone. -

Right-click (Mac Cmd-click) on another panel header such as "Tone Curve". Make sure there is a checkmark for Basic as was all other panel sections that you want displayed.

For some reason my iphone4 has stopped syncing with my address book on my macbookpro
I have been adding some new addresses to my address book on my macbook pro and for some reason I can't get it to sync with my contacts on my Iphone4. I have checked that the box is ticked in the I tunes info panel. I must be doing something stupid! It has been fine up until recently.
Thanks for the advice. however I did exactly as you suggested and it still doesn't sync. I have contemplated going down the restore route in Itunes which will set the I phone back to the original settings but all the media and other data on the phone will be erased until I sync things again but then if it isn't syncing I loose all my contacts. catch 22? All other syncing for apps and iCal are working fine - its just the contacts that is refusing to be updated. The problem is in both directions - if I input a new address on the phone it does go into contacts on my mac and vice versa

I can't figure this out for some reason.
I want to use a template in DVD studio pro and have the button text fade in at a certain point and have it be highlitghed when it is selected. It seems like it should be a simple thing but I can't figure out how to do it.

For some reason Lightroom 2 has stopped working correctly.
As of this morning I can't even select all and export files to my laptop any more.
Prior to this I was having problems with selecting all and adding a label. Even though all pics were highlighted, only the first file updates and I need to individually update the label on each file, even though they are all highlighted. I'm very busy and this is very frustrating - is there an update to correct this?That was a problem with exporting to my desktop, not my laptop

My firewall is just the same as always even BEFORE I had this problem. My Norton antivirus isn't blocking it and I've tried downloading earlier versions with the same problem.
Perhaps try downloading and saving a copy of the installer to a different PC. (If you're on a 32-bit Windows system, try to download on a different 32-bit Windows system.) Copy the iTunesSetup.exe installer to an external hard-drive, or a large-enough thumb drive or burn it to a CD-R. Carry the installer back to your PC, copy the installer to your hard drive. (Don't run the install from the ExHD, thumb or CD-R.) Start the install by doubleclicking the iTunesSetup.exe file.

My iPhone wont update. I've tried to restore it and update it but it still doeset work. It just keeps saying searching for update and nothing elce and I let it do that for 10 hours once so i know it's not bc if the server please help
Restore to last back up by .....first go into itunes preferances >devices and turn off automatic sync...Then connect the phone to itunes by usb cable provided in box ...once you see your phone on the left hand side (blue panel) again go into Edit>preferances>devices... and check is there an oler back up in there ....if there is go back to the blue panel where your iphone is recognised ....right click on it and click restore from back up... then pick the back up from the drop down box and back up!
Regarding sensor I dont think you will get a replacement sensor you will get a replacement unit.....Contact apple support by phone or go here...

I rebooted twice and it continued to do this. Just before this happened, I had walked away from the computer for a couple of hours. When I came back, every time I tried to open Firefox it told me that it was already open but would not open. It opened after I rebooted but still would not save to folders as a file name, only as a URL link.

Change all your passwords, this will stop the remote access if there are any. Also check to make sure there are no third party apps managing your passwords. Also please contact the tech support for the phone for more technical help on that issue :-)

Did this happen when you synced last? Also are there more than one device with different Customized ui settings?
Change the settings back from open "pages from last time" to the other homepage: [[How to set the home page]] or if this happened after you attached another device to the sync account, uncheck Preferences from the sync settings.
