This morning when I started my Android tablet all of my bookmarks have vanished, how do I get them back? Why did they disappear?
Firefox crashed yesterday but restarted alright with bookmarks in place. This morning after a reboot they are completely missing and the Firefox interface is different as well. I used ES File Manager to navigate to the profile folder but do not know how to recover bookmarks in Android. I would also like to understand why this happened to avoid a repeat of the problem.
Does the tablet need to have an open file system to navigate to this file path? Usually. However the file path was found in this previous question(it may vary with Android version):

I looked for add-ons and Profile Switcher is not supported on 26 for Android, so the manual restoration without a file manager may be difficult.

As Ocean20 say, your only shot at recovering the photos and data is to restore from a backup (with iTunes if you took the backup with iTunes, through iCloud if you took the backup through iCloud).
The erasure is to prevent your data from falling into the hands of somebody who takes your phone and eventually guesses your password. If you feel that the inconvenience caused by this feature and your friend outweighs the trouble that somebody could cause if they got possession of your contacts and other data, you can change this behaviour.
Settings > General > Passcode Lock > Erase Data > OFF -

If you were not syncing and backing up your phone to either iTunes or iCloud, then they are gone. There is no "undo".

i use the firefox4, and when i went to my history, i right clicked to delete a certain site, and accidentally hit the last option; (forget about this site) which deleted all the similar sites to the one i clicked! i.e. if it were facebook site, all facebook sites were gone..

My "deleted" email is supposed to go into a holding area where I then have a second chance to save or delete for good. I use this method to temporarily save my current files while redirecting the older files to another account, then putting the "deleted" files back into the active account. When I did this the last time all the files were deleted permanently and I want to know why. How do I make sure this won't happen again? Because of this, I now have lost at LEAST $50.00 in pending rebates and over payments that were pending.
I have read a lot of suggestions concerning my problem, the thing is I don't have the option of Re-downloading and in the file menu when I get my library options I don't even have the option of backing up my movie, music, apps, and I don'tt have the Purchased option under my quick links for some unknown reason. Open itunes store Click "Purchased" under "Quick Links", simply does not work for me. I certainly would like to contact itunes support who would kindly granted me a one time re-download of my purchased music. When we backed up iphone on new computer all photos, apps were lost. how can we get them back?
When I tried to back up my phone on itunes, on a new computer, somehow I lost all of my photos, apps, everything. I have no clue how to retrieve them or if I accidentally deleted them when I restored the phone. Can anyone help me?
If you backed up the device, you should be able to recover it from the backup unless you somehow deleted the backup. See if it isn't recognized by iTunes, then restore it from backup.

It sounds like you may have either set the iPhone up as a new iPhone or restored from a backup that didn’t have your messages on it. If you do have either an iCloud or iTunes backup that you believe has your messages saved, you can restore from that backup to recover your information. Since installing Ios7 280 music tunes out of a total of 360 will now only play when I'm within range of WiFi. The remainder now appear with the stupid Icloud logo beside them. How can I get them back on my Iphone 4s and scrap this stupid icloud that I did not want or ask for in the first place. Why can't rotten apple ask if you want the dam icloud rather than just stealing everything without permission and then you can only have access to it through wifi.

What I've did is I turned off iTunes Match on my iPhone, then turned in on again. Now in my iTunes library on my mac I can get the duplicates to be matched or uploaded to iCloud with a right-click, add to iCloud. iTunes Match starts to check the songs and everything is done correctly. Pretty nice! -

I keep getting this notification when I log in to firefox, "Invalid username/password combination. If you continue to get ... - did not match any documents. I just downloaded the latest version of Firefox and now every time i open it I get the above message having to do with my email. The old firefox didn't do this. There is nothing wrong with my yahoo email or password.I was able to resolve this by disabling (under Tools - Add-ons) Yahoo! Mail Notifier

I purchased some alert tones on my iphone 4s via itunes yesterday. They all worked just fine until the phone ran out of battery and I plugged it in and restarted. They have vanished from the phone and when I connect to my PC they only show up as 'on my device' under tones and with a grey dotted circle by them. How do I get them back? This is crazy! I purchased one a second time, it worked, I switched my phone off and on again and it has gone again!!!
Having the same issue on multiple alert tones on my Iphone5c. After purchase they disappear from the phone and show up on my itune under Tones grayed out with a dotted circle next to them.

After upgrading to Mavericks and iPhoto 9.5 my shared photo streams seem to contain no photos when seen in iPhoto. From iPad the streams are fine. How can I get them to be recognized by iPhoto again?
Disable Photo Stream in the System/iCloud preference pane
and in iPhoto's Photo Share preference pane.
Reboot and reenable both respectively. That should jump start Photo Stream.
