This regarding cheque printing with advice
i am using standard driver progarm : RFFOUS_C
standard layout :F110_MX_CHEQUE(which is modified as per clients layout)
In advice the line items (i.e) inv no ref no inv date like wise is segregated by invoice document no but as per client i need to segrate these line items based on vendor invoice no i.e
( reference document no) . how to do this i need help .
there is any way that fuctional consultant can do this

hi,
use the form F110_IN_AVIS for payment advice.
configure this form in the FBZP.
In the program RFFOUS_C we have internal table TAB_Regup.
this internal table will get the data from the REGUD, REGUH using function module.
in the tab_regup u will get the required data like docuno,amount
all.
loop this and take the data wat ever u want

i am narrating the scenario first and is as below.
After the payment run program(FPY1) has been executed and approved by the finance dept, the cheque processor executes the payment medium program SAPLFKGV, transaction code FPCH1. this program creats spool which contains the information to print the cheque.. Requirement is three cheques should be printed in single page.
For single payment(only one cheque number) ,its giving priniout well.But for multiple cheque numbers,the printout only showing the first cheque details.
How can i get second cheque data in my printout through SAPLFKGV.
plz help me as early as posssible.

Urgent----regarding Cheque printing

hi,
we are using Customise Z forms instead of standard forms.
To initiate the cheque creation and printing process, we are using the following:
---SAP Transaction code FBZP for configuration and F110 to run the APP.
SAP Print / Driver Program name RFFOUS_C.
When we are running the APP, its getting displayed in two pages with two different cheque numbers. But we need only one page to be displayed.
Could you please tell me what needs to be done?

CHEQUE PRINTING

Hi experts,
I need to split a string into characters which are later assigned into a data structure of an internal table.For example,string 'abcd' split into 'a','b','c','d' which is assigned to component1...component2 of a structure.
What am trying to do is regarding cheque printing,where for an amount in the check I need to write the place values in words.For instance,2561 should be written as :
Hundred Million Ten Million Million Hundred Thousand Ten Thousand Thousand Hundred Tens Units
TWO FIVE SIX ONE
So I'm splitting the figure into characters and writing a CASE ENDCASE to write in words.
Someone help me brainstorm on this.

Given the function text you included, I assume that you have customised one of the APXPBF??.rdf files for your cheque format.
From the logic in the standard C_WORD_AMOUNT column (APXPBFOR.rdf), the * you are getting is used for padding the value to the width of the layout field that the column is displayed in. If the layout field is 40 characters wide, then you shouldn't be changing the width to 44 in your code.
Have you checked whether the output file for the request is correct or not? It is possible that it is an issue with printing the file, rather than generating the file.
If the output file doesn't have the right output, I would suggest that you add some srw.message(0, '<debug message>') type calls at various points in your code - these debug messages will appear in the log file and will help you check the actual content of the word amount column, independently of the formatting used to display it on the output.
If the problem was with the prt file (which defines the maximum character width of the output for the printer driver), I would have thought that you would be having the concurrent request failing with error (something like "Body does not fit within enclosing object" from memory) rather than just cutting off the results.

HP 4515 Laserjet Office printer with Troy MICR

There is a HP 4515 Cheque printer with Trioy MICR that is in production handling approx 500 MICR cheques per day. The printer is network connected with a dedicated IP Address and works fine. After a production run of cheques the job ends and the printer becomes inactive. When a new cheque batch is sent to the printer the job is queued and no printing occurs. The application Print service remains dormant and has to be restarted for the printing to begin. There are no error entries in the log file and nothing can be found to indicate that the service has stopped or ended or terminated or an error occured. It is looks very much as a "sleep" condition has occured or a time out with no error logged. We wonder if there is any printer sleep or idle option if anyone knows of a setting for no activity after xx mins. This has started to occur after a month of good operation and no record found of any system change in this area. Does anyone know of any similiar problem with this printer or a system indicator that could assist. This would be very helpful. Don

Pages_Document resizes when printing with Comments showing

I just upgraded to Leopard and also have the latest version of Pages installed. I just went to print out of Pages to my printer (Ricoh Aficio MP C3500) and the weirdest thing is happening. On Tiger I was printing fine with the Comments showing. Now, I'll click on the Print button, the dialog comes up fine. When I click on anything in the dialog box or change a drop down item, the preview resizes the document. The clincher is that the document prints out resized as the Preview shows it. If I keep clicking the Preview keeps getting smaller and smaller... and it will print as small as the Preview shows. I've printed an 8.5 x 11 document the size of a postage stamp.
Anyone having this same problem printing with Comments turned on? Any fix?

I also have this problem. As an attorney I need to be able to print out the document with the Markup (Change Bubbles) showing.
When I have the change bubbles showing, no matter what options I have chosen in the print dialog box, the document prints out at about 1/16th the size of the original on the paper. If I print to PDF, the same thing happens in the PDF file.
I like the track changes feature, but this is almost enough to make me go back to Word.
One work around is to export the document to Word and print with Markup showing from within Word.

Cheque and Payment Advice print

Hello All,
We have a requirement on Cheque printing and Payment advice printing functionality.
We are converting both the standard Sap scripts of Cheque print RFFOUS_C and Payment advice to a Z program.
It's like we have a cheque format which is priniting the Cheque and payment advice in the different pages.
Is it possible to print both on the same pages?
If yes what are the pre-requisites-
one thing i think is the dimensions of the cheque to invoke the customizations.
Pls. let me know anymore information is required to proceed futher?

I have the same issue. My client requirement is to print the cheque on top and payment advice at the bottom, they have a pre-printed stationary with this format.
They use the f-58 transaction to clear the vendor line items and print the cheque straight from there. Currently cheque is getting printed but they want to the payment advice to be printed below the cheque at the same time.
I did some research but could not find a solution. If you have found a asnwer please let me know, Will let you know the solution if I find first

Cheque Printing using SAPScript with TCODE FBZ5.
I had a problem with cheque printing in production Server. TCODE - FBZ5
It is working fine in Development Server with proper alligned data but not coming alligned data in production server. I compared, dubugged and checked the allignment...there is no difference I found.
Could you please let me know, where the problem is occuring.
The amount is not coming properly and coming out of the box.....but it is coming properly in development server.

For Amount field you must print like &amount(C)&. And it must be printer settings only. Because i gor same like this error while printing cheque. at that time Basis team had made the changes in printer settings.

My advice is to uninstall that extension. IMO, you have too many extensions installed, and are asking for problems with Firefox. I followed someone else's advice and found all the silverlight files in "INVISIBLE FILES".
In the Finder, choose File > Find or press Command (⌘)-F.
From the far-left pop-up menu (labeled “Kind”), choose Other.
In the list of search attributes, select the “File invisible” checkbox, and then click OK.
In the related menu, choose Invisible Items.
once loaded go to folder Private
then to folder VAR
then folder db
then folder Receipts
scroll to any com.microsoft.silverlight item and delete. there are a bunch of them.
close, restart and install silverlight.

Problem with Continous Cheque printing

Requirement:
Continous printing of cheques through FBZ5 on Epson LQ 2180 printer without Tearing.
Cheque lengths:
Width: 240 MM
Height: 93 MM
Actions performed:
Created the Page size , Page Format, Device Types, Formats
Also changed in SAP script for the Page format.
Now from fbz5
If I give the printout for the Cheque,(print privew we can see the exact size as configured for ZCHEQUE) but It prints on that page properly but after print it ejects A4 size.
Because of this situation I can not give continuous printout for the Cheque,
At present we are performing following action.
After printout of each individual check we need to tear off and again load the page .
Printer used is : EPSON LQ 2180.
Please Help

Please check where u copy action from standard Page format i,e, DIN4 to ur custamize page format.
If not then copy it from copy button and use SAPWIN printer driver.
Step 1 : GOTO 'SPAD' TC.
Step 2: Device type 'SAPWIN'
3 : Assign format 'Z..'
4 : Copy Action from 'DIN4'
5:save and use that driver for printing.
Replay me if any problem

You posted in the OS 9 & below forum. What OS X version are you using? What model Canon printer? Canon printers have a test print capability (open the Printer Utility). What happens when you do a test print? Are all the printer cartridges in their proper location? Sometimes when you print "black", the printer uses a mixture of the colors to get "black". In the Printer Utility, check the levels of the other cartridges. There may be one color that is clogged.
