Three missed appointments-meanwhile my phone still not working!
My cell calls and texts are off-and-on not going through to people in more than one state and to more than one person--even though my phone reports the message as delivered and my calls as completed. AT&T has missed THREE call back commitments! Meanwhile my phone does not work!
In your iPhone settings, messages, make sure SMS is on and send and receive has your phone number and Apple ID checked.
If settings are correct, it may be a a SIM card error. The SIM card can be replaced free at any ATT corporate store.
If replacing the SIM card doesn't help. Please contact Apple for service or repair. Apple doesn't allow anyone else to service its phones.

Dear Comcast, My new modem still is not functioning properly, even though your system online says it is. Please see attached photos. I have been getting this error message for a while... it seems to be the only thing that helps is deleting all my photos and all my music and the bigger space sucking apps.... however what good is the phone if i have to delete everything i use in order to download something new.... What am i doing wrong? I dont want to keep deleteing all my music or pics just so i can buy one or two songs from itunes...
If your iPhone is full, then you have to delete things to add new ones. Additional space on iCloud does not have anything to do with how much is being stored on your iPhone. The iPhone has a limited capacity, as with any storage device, and so can only hold so much.
You can see in iTunes how much space is on your iPhone and what amount of space what you wish to put on it will require. If what you wish to put on the iPhone is more than the iPhone can handle, then you will just need to cut back on what you wish to keep on it. Or sell your current iPhone and buy one with more capacity.

I performed an iOS 7 software update on my iPhone yesterday, and now the phone is not working at all. The iPhone screen shows to connect to iTunes to restore. I've have done this, and still the iPhone is not working. What going on?
I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue. -
My wife has an iPhone 4, 16 GB. After upgrading to iOS 7, despite having 10 GB free, the phone says No storage available. Tried a soft reset, tried restore as well. Still not working. iCloud is switched off.

Thanks so much but none of that helped. It was driving me crazy because it would back up another external drive. I just changed the name of the drive from iPhoto/iTunes Library to Media Libraries and IT WORKED!! I guess for some reason it didn't like the drive being called iPhoto or iTunes ???? I don't understand but I have tried so many solutions and exchanging things out but the name change did it????!!!

After i dod the above my ipone still does not work. It seems like all settings are gone. I tried the advice on one of the forums here which was turn the phone off, connect to the cable to the computer and not the phone, press the home button continously and connect the cable. Itunes at this point identified the phone and prompted to restore settings. It seemed to be doing something but now once I tried turning it on, its still not working.
start iTunes,
plug in your USB cable
switch off your iPhone
press holding home button(the round button in front of the Phone)
plug it on to the USB cable
keep holding the button
till iTunes says it found a iPhone in recovery mode
then click restore as a NEW iPhone
then sync!?

I can not make or receive calls! other functions itself. Internet, sms, whatsapp work. I restored as new iphone from the phone and from itunes and still not working.

I can't use facetime. I have reset my phone and it is still not working
I Have not been able to use facetime since purchasing the phone a few weeks ago. It's say I'm not available when someone calls me and I don't even see the call. I have tried to troubleshoot with a Apple Rep and hard reset the phone and remove and add facetime back, still not working. Does anyone have any options or had this problem and know a solution?
Where are you, and what carrier do you use? Some countries and carriers don't support FaceTime.
