THREE TIMES I HAVE DONE CHAT AND THREE BLOGS AND NOTHING. i cant load premiere elements 13 editor please help!!
I am at the end of my tether here. This is absolutely ridiculous! How do you get to speak to Adobe? Three times I have gone to chat and nothing has been done and they keep referring me back to the forum!! Or to look at the list of options
One guy didnt even know what the organizer is? He sent me to a page for errors. I am not getting any errors
This is a forum which I appreciate is for people with problems but when I try chat I get cut off as nobody seems to know what to do?
My story (again) is that I can load my new premiere elements 13 and add photos and videos into the library however when I tick the videos I want to build the video I get asked to sign in, which I do and then click agreed to the licenceing agreeemnet and then thats it. No load of the Editor so basically I can only get into the organizer
I have Photoshop Elemenst 12 and a trial of 13
Is this a difficult enquiry? Why can nobody from Adovbe help?
They make a stromng case abouyt their support but I have had literally none

Force iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Turn off iPad
2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times. -

Some websites like the one of my college uses JavaScripts and they seem to load correctly to a certain point but then not really. For example in one it would say select an option from the left menu. And I do it hut nothing happens. But when I go to the same website in another browser on my phone. The JavaScript works completely and allows me to see whatever I was clickig on that menu. I have seen that there are other websites being affected too. I tried clearing my cookies and data. even restarted my phone. And doesn't seem to work. I don't know how change the configuration any more to make it work like normal. At first I thought it was my school's website but it never got fixed. And now I realized is my safari browser! I wanna keep using it since I am really familiar with It. If someone knows how to fix this please let me know!

I've just got a new MacBook Pro, and want to have iTunes Match on it. But when I go to 'add this computer' in iTunes on the MacBook, a message comes up saying I've reached my limit of Match being on 5 devices. This makes no sense because I only have match on my iPad and my old Windows laptop and nothing else.
Out of curiosity, I turned off iTunes Match on my iPad to see what would happen, but I still cannot get Match on my MacBook Pro.
Please help!Do a backup before proceeding.
Try putting the 10.6.3 disk in the computer. During a restart, hold down the option/alt key, select the disk, and see if you can boot from there. If so, select the language, then go to the Utilities menu, and select Disk Utility. Check to see what partition scheme you have by selecting the hard drive.
If you don't have GUID, you are going to need to erase the drive and reformat, which will cause you to lose all your data. Did I mention doing a backup?
If you do have GUID, run Disk Utility repair disk and repair permissions. You may have to do this more than once. Then try in install 10.6.3.
If successful, use the combo update to get to 10.6.8 and then run Software update until there are no more updates.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Step 1
For this step, the title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
In the top right corner of the Console window, there's a search box labeled Filter. Initially the words "String Matching" are shown in that box. Enter the name of the crashed application or process. For example, if iTunes crashed, you would enter "iTunes" (without the quotes.)
Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
☞ The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
☞ Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
Step 2
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ User Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of crash reports. The name of each report starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report related to the process in question. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.
If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a crash, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report—they're very long and rarely helpful. -
I'm trying to install the new IO7 to my Ipad 2. I've gone so far and I've now got an ITunes icon on my screen of my IPad 2, this shows a USB cord as well, so I assumed you plug it into computer, which I did. Then asked me to restore and update which I did. 30 minutes later it finished and went straight back to same info on computer screen and IPAD still showing Itunes logo and USB. I have tried clearing the page but cannot.. It seems to be 'stuck'. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

i bought two albums about a year or two ago and now itunes wont let me download either of them it says "purchased" when i search it but it wont let me download them and i got to "purchased" sextion on the itunes store home screeen but it still doesnt appear there can someone please help? or i want my money back-.-

CCC, TimeMachine and SD need a whole drive to themselves as they copy everything, including OS X and all your programs etc.
Right now you don't need that as your having a drive issue.
Just copy your user data folders to a external drive that has enough room to hold them.
as you can see I have two user accounts
If your on 10.7 you may have to use the Finder > Go > Computer and then click on your boot drive on the left, then click on Users folder to open it like so to copy those user account folders.
Once those folders are copied to a external drive and the drive is unmounted and removed, you can breath easier. -
The yahoo mail page listing my email headers load OK, but no email buttons show and the links showing do nothing. Can't open , read, reply or forward or compose new. nothing works on the page.

I tried installing a coupon printer and nothing came up in the download box. Please help!!!
I was trying to print a coupon for Huggies pullups and it said to install coupon printer follow three steps which I did but when the download page came up it was blank, so I couldn't click open. I tried the troubleshooting page but nothing I did worked.
I suppose there is a possibility that you have security software than may be blocking quarantining or even deleting the downloaded file.
Normally if Firefox says in the download manager that the file is downloaded then it is on your computer, and if you right click you should get the option to open the folder the er the downloaded file is in.

You don't. the ipad is not a backup/storage device. it simply mirrors the selected content of your computer. The sync is one way - computer to ipad. The only exception is itunes purchases.
Did you fail to maintain a backup copy of your computer?
If so, not good.
You may be able to purchase a third party program, not supported by Apple, to get the other music. -
